There is 5 ultimate gifts on this season at my think :
Two are materials and reserved to the pass holders : the turban and the earrings.
Three are immaterials and free to get : the cut scene, the beauty of the area one healed with it's new candles.. And the best gift ever : the arabic shop on the ark. I consider these as ultimate gifts too as they come at the very end of this season (and only accessible when you complete the healing) and as these are so much beautiful gifts.

the turban and tassels are the true ultimates because they require you to have completed the entire constellation to receive them

A blessing is what, 8-16 candles so that converted into normal candles is 8-16, and when it comes back as ts it costs 5 (total price of both blessings is 10 candles for the more expensive spirits) you see the price difference

The cyan light is located at the end of isle of dawn, just before daylight prairie. Enter the prairie portal, turn around and walk back to isle. The light is flying around in the clouds @bitter flare

Purple Light: located in the Vault Archives. The Archives are on the ground floor of Vault of Knowledge. When you enter the portal, go forward a little bit then up and to the right. You will need one other person to open the two-person door to the Archives. You will also need to have collected at least 1 Vault spirit to pass through the star gate. The light is in the open area with the platforms once you go through the gate. You may have to wait for the light to pass back into a place where you can see it. It is NOT in the maze (the entrance to the maze is in the upper left of the space).

The Broken Bridges area is the last area in Forest (this is also the area where the save a manta quest and Cry spirit are located), right before the Forest temple.
