It was nice! I wish I had realized you could use the ‘focus on the screen’ button from the slideshows to focus on the performer. The performers were made giant and sitting in the middle of the crowd, so people kept swarming their face if you didn’t use that focus mode.

If you're having trouble finding tickets while in the festival tech/joining the Sky Fest activities mode by meditating in the aviary, you can exit the mode by pressing the arrow that appears at the activation point, either at the entrance or around the realms area. This way, you can find the tickets more easily without the crowd.

If it helps, support has always been super responsive with stuff like payments and even in game currency, even when they have their "support wait times are longer than usual" status. As with the deleting an account by accident, Idon't have personal experience, but as I understand it they have a way to restore accounts if a purchase has been made on it. I imagine if people had more problems with not getting their items, there'd be more people talking about it hth!

You can't delete an account by accident. For complete deletion you need to literally ask support then not log in for a month as a confirmation
