Has there ever been 2 double seasonal candle events in one season? And do I need a seasonal heart for the blue sparkle jelly wings? I missed a week and wonder if I need to buy the candles to finish. I have 25 seasonal candles and still need to get Running Wayfarer's cape and the whole tree of seed of hope. So I calculate I have to play 20 more daily quests and pick up the 2 seasonal candles each day to get the jelly wings if I do need another seasonal heart because the pants under the wings are 2 hearts (I looked at the price chart link but I can't tell the blue jelly wings price)

oh yah I have bad news for ps: the hug 10 players trophy is achievable since someone has it BUT doing it on different play sessions doesn't count. I hugged 8 unique people today and 6 unique people (most of whom I did not hug again today) and have not achieved the trophy. kinda gives me vibes that the other trophies need to be on same session too which. makes them extrewmely difficult for no reason?

The players are split currently to many server instances holding up to about 4000 players, because millions come online to watch the event. Currently Sky has 6-7 million active daily players so even if a small fraction of them bought the wings you'll most likely merge with others (and their friends who they take with them) don't worry

switch controller has significantly less freedom than playstation. heck even connecting a controller to mobile has less freedom than playstation does.

Not the season itself, but their spirits do come back as Traveling Spirits... at a later date

no, they do not. the seasonal guide spirits that had quests stay around in their respective realms though. so later new players that join can still do and finish them.

No but the spirits can return as travelling spirits. There is one every two weeks in the middle of the pond in the Home space. Which one comes is chosen randomly so you could wait a very long time for one you have missed!

No but you can still do the quests and sometimes there will be a spirit from that season that you can get cosmetics. They are travelling spirits also known as TS

Feels a bit like reaching there, the inazuma puzzles were specifically made to look like petals if you look closer (the Sky markings look a bit more like random splotches in comparison) as well as the Sky ones being immovable unlike genshin. If the games would collab (which I feel is quite unlikely as is) I would imagine it to be relating more to the elements of Teyvat (ie anemo/geo/electro/etc) possibly akin to the trials

This item gives the wearer and the friends they hold hands with a special ability to teleport to the Coliseum and view the concert in one of its six time slots, even after the Season ends. The option to replay the concert will be enabled in the expression menu while in the Coliseum. Select that option to be taken to the version of the Coliseum prepared for the concert—the pre-concert activities will be available before the start of the show, too. ✨ ✨ ✨

16/23 playstation trophies achieved. "skykid sundae" is 100% broken. that one doesn't have vague requirements, just straight up make an 8 player piggyback stack. I made 3 with different groups of friends and nobody in any of those stacks got it. I have bug reported in the form of contact in game support as playstation faq recommends to. "hero of sky" and "where to next" are vague enough that I don't know what entails "rescuing" a downed player. I tried lighting people and collecting wings. I'm in the range of 50 rescued players by those metrics and no trophy. don't know if there's a minimum length of time needed to hold hands with 30 unique players. I'm around 70 unique players I've held hands with and still no trophy. the other four I'm missing are because I missed one statue in eden so I have to try again after reset, we haven't had a single highest intensity shard since playstation launch (dec 11th had one), cape level 10 doesn't count if you had it before opening the game, and I'm waiting for space day in office to see if the high glider trophy is achievable without glitches and unintended gameplay mechanics. space day doesnt count so this trophy is broken by normal gameplay mechanics standards. please dont @ me, its unreasonable to base a trophy on a glitch that can be patched out at any time. and i rocketed for 10 solid minutes and didnt get the trophy so its broken even by glitch standards.

if you're struggling on trophies, the ones I know have taken multiple people multiple correct attempts: virtuoso (sometimes gives for less than 80% too), tag you're it, brighter together, crab courier (try climbing sanctuary mountain to the questgiver then diving through the trenches and swimming as far out as you can), and friend formation (try unlinking and relinking in a different order).

upating this to add: reach cape level 10 is broken for, at minimum, already existing sky players. even reaching cape level 10 after rebirth we don't get the trophy.

further edit to add: rescue needs 30 unique players and seems to be just needing to light them back up (with a candle, deep call no longer lights them it only charges if they already have light). and hold hands seems to have a minimum length of time needed to count. i do not know that length of time at this time.

you would need about 7 packs of candles. since season only come in the 15pack at $4.99 plus tax thats around $35 before tax if you are ok with that price and really like the wings. they won't return ever again. (tgc said they would 3 years ago then swept that statement under a rug like it never happened so I treat ults like they are never returning for now)

I may have posted this POV here before but think about in game candles as if you were working an hourly job irl. running off it taking approximately 2 hours when I first started playing to get about 15 candles... sky is paying you in game less than $2.50 an hour worth of candles. even less than that if you get bundles where candles are cheaper. even with daily light now and an hour or so for 15 candles, that's $5 an hour at most.

the game has a hard cap of earnable candles actually and it's been the same hard cap since the game started according to some dev conversations in beta chat when daily light first appeared. events don't count towards this hard cap but permanent light does. and once you hit the hard cap the light just doesn't collect anymore similarly to when you go afk. I think that cap is 25.

For the darkness quests, I keep doing them but the little memory spirit guide thing only showed up the first time and hasn't again? And I'll complete it and get wax but it won't come up with a "the darkness is gone" or something sign

The questgiver only appears during red shard events, black ones will only give regular candle wax and nothing more.

Additionally, the message saying “the darkness has been cleared from this realm” appears as the shard event is ending if you’re in that same realm.

Many players start to play Sky because of the concert and it's so great they can go there as soon as possible. I think many agree this concert is organized and is a great emotional boost for those who just start the game and better than the in-game tutorial imo (which I think is not that useful anyway).

It's not related, but something also happened in crab field. On the other day, I was candle running with, let's say 2 friends. We got beamed by the krill but we managed to get into the ship. But somehow, the krill still followed us and got my friends krilled. They lost wings. But I didn't. Although we 3 were holding hands. So it was weird. Definitely a bug but the fact that the krill followed us into the ship was unexpected 👀👀

You don’t need the gold wings, not during the season.

That room is opened if you go to the coliseum using Aurora spirit in home

She asks you if you wanna go to the concert, and you say yes

the room will stay, however, if you wish to visit that room after the season has ended, yes, you need the proper cape since the room is only available in the concert version of the coliseum, which cannot be accessible post-season without it

But There’s something I have been wondering for some time. In theory once the season is over, you can’t watch her concert unless you get the gold wings. So, for some new player who starts Sky after auroras season and they want to play the quests of the same, how will they complete the last quest?

That would be kinda unfair, since I think no other previous season has needed to require an IAP product in order to finish a quest, not even TLP collab.
I think the solution should be that the new player will have only 1 chance to see the concert after completing all the previous ones. And when they finish the concert, they won’t be able to repeat it.

I have heard that after the season ends, there won't be needed the concert to finish the Season. But I guess I will wait for players wih more specific knowledge about this.

The Wings of AURORA cape becomes available after completing all Seasonal Quests and taking part in the concert. This item gives the wearer and the friends they hold hands with a special ability to teleport to the Coliseum and view the concert in one of its six time slots, even after the Season ends. The option to replay the concert will be enabled in the expression menu while in the Coliseum. Select that option to be taken to the version of the Coliseum prepared for the concert—the pre-concert activities will be available before the start of the show, too.
