I will say, it does get confusing to see reports where someone says "this game is [adjective]" with very little in the way of constructive criticism, but the heart of commentary like that is something which can't be ignored.
They just gotta realize we are literally - in some cases quite literally - telling them exactly what we want. How they interpret it is on them.

Generally comp is awarded relatively quickly, provided you sent a CS message about it. But I have seen people go without comp at all.

So, am I right about Apex clash rules that:

• at start devs divided players into three groups “by power” to create a fake feeling of fairness;
• they left a loophole in official rules for a fair share of whales to strategically refuse registration, find themselves in group C amidst weaker players to steamroll into elimination games;
• qualification matches resulted in 10k players in elimination stage (1,5k from A, 3k from B and 5,5k from C), that now play together on one map for 100ppl -> 1k strongest (aka 1k from 1,5k from group A) goes to finals.

Sooooo… why the heck they even bothered with 3 groups? To get enough cannon fodder that could make some show for the whales while being destroyed in elimination matches?

We complain too many events, what they do? Remove PZ that barely anyone bothers doing and consoder removing bunkers that can take no time at all or take 30 seconds to join/start a rally

Don’t really see the point of removing plague zones when it was easy to ignore. It clutters up the map, sure, but the map doesn’t really have a whole lot going on anyway.

The frags we get from PZ now we have to buy with honor I’m guessing. One of the sources of honor was doing plague zone. So are we getting more honor elsewhere or are the adjustments made to honor rate already supposed to compensate for that?

I’m not totally against having an event end — we have had plenty of random events never come back already — but the plague zone is one of the “core” gameplay things of the original game so it feels worse to just dump it randomly. I understand the complaints, but I think it’s a case of listening to the wrong feedback or at least not taking the right message from it. I am not particularly “sad” that I can’t do it anymore but it signals what else they may remove from the game that we might enjoy and not properly adjusting the rewards or ability to get the items from that event.

I noticed devs messed with the drop rates of items for the Gem event which is sad was player friendly same with pinball event now you get nothing

Make it rain: 10 members of alliance get another chance at shower in alliance event. 5 members can purchase only per week

Nursing home: speed up troop healing for alliance, affects 5 members with buff of troop healing speed +30%

Pet shelter: released pets by upto 10 alliance members can be adopted, retaining 0.5% of original levels. 1k$ to unlock.

Hefner bunny: can dump bunny suits on player profile pics, 100$ per suit.

The way the feedbacks are picked are on a weekly top 10 and passed to devs. Meaning all the feedbacks posted on the same week are ranked.

to find treasure you can either manually
Search the map or look in intel post but sometimes they do not show up in intel post and as for getting treasure you can click on the pop up in chat then send march to it.

Lol that was me informing you that telling a player no other reports existed was false, and that other reports have, in fact, existed.
And to illustrate that finding those reports was very simple, which as a moderator you should be aware, and that it may be better to suggest using those previous reports as guidelines to a new, more relevant feedback.

I'm sure it's no chance that the collaborations which have been irrelevant to the overall plotline, thereby disrupting the "universe" (immersive player environment which encourages engagement through gameplay) have done worse and worse.
But then again, that's a natural consequence of having such a focus on microtransactions and paying for a win that will never come, that collaborative efforts will be viewed under the same harsh lens as expensive, unenjoyable grindy, and lacking a logical/reasonable return in player time/money investment.
Combined with the various smaller game mechanics alongside the incorrect odds, events with intentionally bad seeding, and unsatisfactory tournament conditions, this culminates in a game players don't feel like playing.

How can a collaborative effort even hope to survive just amidst the game environment overall?

OBSERVATION:

Various portions of the game along with development decisions have created an unstable and unsatisfying experience.

Game Mechanics have been broken into smaller portions, which have allowed for over monetization on the part of the developer team, and overcomplicated and often faulty battle/game experiences for players.

Odds-based mechanics often have ambiguous displays wherein the odds shown are not entirely accurate. Additionally, the expanding use of these mechanics have resulted in boredom, in addition to dissatisfaction with each feature which utilizes them.

Seasonal scheduling is viewed as oppressive and constricting, specifically as more and more states are skipped for generations as well as receiving features earlier than their older state counterparts. Hero release schedules, seasonal world events, collaborative efforts, and festival events are now becoming a mass of eventing, which is not enjoyable for the player. Even spenders may find the pressure to continually open their wallets difficult.

Collaborative events have no relevance to the plotline. Instead, efforts like Pac Rim, TMNT, and even Joker have further drawn the player out of the State of Survival “universe". As a result, these collab events generate continually less revenue, which causes the developers at FunPlus to opt for other purchase options which may be even less satisfactory.

Communications is lacking. Developer Chats which were rewarded for Camp Cafe have largely not been scheduled, dating back to the very first event. One of the chief complaints of the player community is a lack of communication, and yet when players are awarded an opportunity, the developers do not follow through. It's also said the developers don't regard our feedback as valued, as decisions are often made which don't represent the majority will of the players insofar as anyone can see in various platforms communities.

Maintenance and game size are also major issues, as our servers are unmaintained, more new states open continually, and the developers push more resource-demanding updates at players. At the time of writing this, the game sits at 15.04gb for me, which is unheard of for a mobile game.

CONSEQUENCE:

Simply, players continue to negatively affect FunPlus’s company profile and revenue, to ensure FP is not only viewed as a high-risk partnership with revenue dipping toward red, but also known to potential players as a bad-faith developer unworthy of an investment of either time or money.

SOLUTION:

Stop choosing to overcomplicate the game by adding this mechanic or altering that one.

Reduce the reliance on things like Gacha and RNG, or improve their functionality for a more enjoyable player experience.

Consider altering the events schedule, with less focus on consistent festivals (which used to be something more rare and enjoyable) and more focus on giving players the time to invest in what is being released.

Reconsider relying on collaborative efforts to drive engagement, being in new players, and supplement revenue - instead focus on the quality of the collaboration as well as ensuring it is game relevant to keep the player immersion intact for more positive engagement.

Schedule your chats; there are a lot of players, self included, waiting on them, who would enjoy a chance to discuss these ideas as promised. Take the time to have your representatives reach out to players who have innovative ideas, and ensure that communications from representatives is clear, concise, and informative.

A game so large cannot be played on many mass-market devices, and even causes problems on some computers. Reducing the amount of events and features being pushed into the game, as well as cleaning up the backend code, would help immensely.

Well I can't mention any other titles, but... It's basically full microtransactional model cosplaying as free to play.
Technically it is, but the power gap between players is massive.
And the company is sort of know for this type of thing. Granted, the thing happening with the size of the game isn't normal, but in terms of how they develop things and how they view their community... Well, they listen to what they want.

Have they fixed or altered some things in a positive manner based upon player feedback? Yeah, but it has come with caveats and ripple effects. We don't get improvements for free, there is always an expectation and usually a new feature or purchase to make.

And please, Rion. I know it's a small thing, but it ties in with what I said yesterday about disrupting our immersion into the game.
I understand having the animations up on initial introduction, and sometimes after an update which might have "reset" that instance, but otherwise it should be something players have a choice in seeing.

Sometimes it's not even about the huge changes we want, but smaller QoL things. So I appreciate your efforts

We don't have the companion in our state yet. It could very well be a bug that they rolled out with that update. Normally there's a flag for if first time intros have played. There might be a problem in that code.

you can only post bounties on successful raids towards your trucks. so if someone attacked you and failed, you cannot put bounty on them.

Force stop the app and reopen it.
Step 2:
Clear cache.

Delete the game, restart the device, leave it off for 5 minutes, reinstall and let the app fully open before you click anything.
Step 4:
Test the game on a different device and see if you experience the same issue.
If none of those work then please open a ticket with CS in game.

I did, but I after and disagree. There is a huge benefit going from g1 to g2 or g3. Its hard getting numbers like 600 extra hunter Leth Leth g1 and at the same time get 500 extra infantry health 🙂 but with g2/g3 thats quite doable

• The salvation Ascension on g2 is good

So im doing g2 and using high Leth or high health rider g1 to help hunter and infantry

Tested high Leth rider with ok ascensions but it seems more worth to just add 150 Leth to Hunter

But im avoiding g3, simply dont see the benefit.
G2 still has the important ascensions like PP, RV, rejuvinate HB and salvation.

And they have same stat ranges, easier to reforge.
It gets too expensive to reforge stats past 5 imo.

And yes ive heard more purple. But personally I dont care that much about color, its better with 4 purple Leth on hunter then 4 orange red health on hunter 🙂

I noticed that aswell, so if ive been a bAd BoY people can place a bounty and make my own trucks more visible. Isnt the entire point of that thing to raid trucks? Why we getting bounties for doing what the developers tell us todo ? Id much rather see a ingame ressourse bounty on killed troops in a base.

Its moreso to highlight people who are strong who open red trucks with very high goodies. So instead of seeing more green trucks with nothing but rss you see more highly valuable items

They changed the mechanics. Probably broke a bunch of things when they did. The target used to aim poorly but i could see what i was shooting.

Now its dead accurate but my finger is in the way. It is also non responsive to moving aftee 2-3 seconds and you have to release and retap

I don't mind it for one legion, but not both. We use our legion two to cover what legion one doesn't. Now I have players who have to choose which legion battle is more important for them, and that's if their main doesn't have the event at the same time (one so far has said they do)

Idk why they won't have some sort of mechanic that corrects duplicate eventing, but I suppose they feed off making us pick and choose what we play and how. They probably think this means that people might buy what they lack from Raid, but really, they'll just stop doing events.

When has forcing player engagement ever worked in the devs favor? Those things tend to make us more feral than usual.
