I think the goal is to have it publicly spoken so all and sundry can see the explanation about the situation. But this is something that is generally handled privately because, in situations where someone has been wrongfully moderated, it may contain sensitive information of a nature which doesn't align with the server.

It may be helpful for players to be told what the general protocol is in these issues. When we contact an lmod after having an issue with a mod, we're already walking into it with trust issues.

So why should someone like Valk, who has a legitimate concern and wants a more public answer to assuage them, feel confident to contact an lmod?

As their feedback also received so much attention before it was removed, there are more eyes than just Valk's who are concerned.

I understand people being angry if they feel an injustice has been happening to them, the reason for those asking for the ticket to be opened is So our Leadership can ask for detail and understand the problem better with more information, and as Liannin said not all screenshots are to be made public, every situation is different and require an more deep research

As of 4 months ago 876 didn't have a state assigned moderator. Its entirely feasible all those mutes where given by CS. CS mute people for no real justifiable reason sometimes. Additionally if the other state repeatedly reports people talking or saying things appearing to be insulting that triggers a mute also. People shouldn't always jump to conclusions without actual evidence. Ask the question, let it be investigated, doesn't need an entire dramatical discussion.

It was a mod from 891, we had svs against them and it was during that. We burnt the mods main account and 10 accounts from 876 were muted for no good reason that could be given straight after that. Including a 24 hour ban for the state rally lead

I don't see the issue here and I actually think these comments are not helping. I'm the first to pick up on feedback being managed correctly, that includes duplicated feedback, or feedback which is being used in place of bug reports, or indeed a complaint about a mod. I'm afraid, I actually agree with how its being handled. Its not feedback and as far as I can see, irrespective of any other concerns I have around feedback management in general, deleting it was appropriate.

People need to just get off their high horse and let the process take place.

I'm going to suggest a further change to your feedback to be more specific. There is not a SINGLE item in advanced search that is useful. Nothing. Blue heroes. Purple heroes. Hero XP. Purple badges. All useless and should be replaced.

Previous 3 gens should be in there. Potions should be in there. Vehicle XP, behemoth serum. The tiny plane XP. None of those in values of 1 breaks the bank, except for the fact you've allowed people to build these searches up cos my time doing them isn't worth what i get.
