The chest is not the most valuable reward in Survival Royale imho. It's being the last survivor or in the top 5 and using the crystals to obtain a Legendary Tempest Essence.

However, there is one challenge. An account strong enough to win is probably not a F2P account, and only twice was my alt able to win with strategy. I will record one of these as some believe only P2P can win this event.

If you're playing on a P2P or strong account you can easily win by choosing the right time of day, but your odds drop significantly that the Legendary Tempest Essence will result in a URTA.

Used to be easy with 20 players in the map, I rank most of the time first. Now it's screwed up with 40 players from older states. I stopped playing it as it's no longer fun when you find all buildings empty.

1. I'm not sure why they felt the need to add more players in a single session? I'll need to look for info on that before I can suggest anything more than below.

2. This event follows a general FunPlus theme that is not great for the games long-term health. Overall, the rewards are not that great (except for the one item I mentioned and nano material) and don't randomize per event release so eventually players are not inspired to play and become bored.

3. For spenders, these two bundles make no sense. When it was brought to the attention of a GM, I was told there is no error here. Others have shared this image and talked about this before. One should not be called "mega" and the other "supreme" and when questioned the response is "but they have different percentages". Sure, but what value to the end user does that translate to?

It is clearer than ever that FP leads us down a path where completion of a goal or obtaining a prize can never be achieved without spending.

So we have two choices, one of which does not align with Maslow's Hierarchy of Human needs and human psychology.

1. We are either happy to just play and never complete anything, in which case we should not complain.
2. We are not satisfied that our inherent sense of completion cannot be satisfied and as such we need to find something else to do where we can complete what we started.

Hello Aussiepara, that’s strange indeed. I had a similar thing but with upper right login section of the comic, wherein it was already complete at 2/2 upon reset. Weirdness aside - I’d suggest redoing one of Leonardo’s story missions. My guess is everything was (intended) to reset in this new phase, seeing as how it’s a new comic, and that redoing it will complete the task(s). Hope that helps!

Interesting - one should still be able to repeat (challenge / plunder) story missions, even if they’ve been completed them in their entirety. For instance, I’ve done 60/60 of Leonardo’s story missions, and am currently able to repeat any of them. If you haven’t done so already, I’d suggest trying to access them via the collab page and or the precinct. If that fails, it could be a bug.

You would need to click "unresolved" to reopen the ticket, but based on the language and reason why it was frozen until the date they said it would be unfrozen doing so might be seen as spamming the system or unnecessary

Yea that reads abnormal / bug-like, imo. And thanks ShadowLord for sharing that screenshot - if memory serves me well there was a shift in the release of this second phase (though correct me if I’m wrong anyone). I believe it was originally set to become available ingame towards the end of April, as opposed to now in May. That could be one reason as to why the mission page is not working as expected. Also, it’s been reported via #🐞︱bug-reporting message - you can upvote there if not done so already.

Basically, support team has a complete process on the reports regarding game chat bullies or improper words. Please raise in-game tickets and they will take actions. if the player keeps making the same problem or issues, they will escalate the punishment for that player in-game.

The escalation matrix needs more work.

For example, enough know to evade a mute via multiple accounts. And CS has enough data to link one infraction to another account via everything from device ID to IP address but all it takes a person to evade a mute is to jump to a second account and all infraction history is invalidated.

Second, account blocks continue to be limited to 50. When some make over 100 automated accounts within a few minutes.

Third, the mute window is too little too late often enough. 24 hours is nothing. Bring back the 2 month long mutes for high infraction rates.

Honestly, there should be penalty for reporters as well. If they get caught using reporting function unjustly they should get bans as well.
Steam used different approach in their famous online game (one similar to one Riot is hosting). They limited amount of reports per day (or per week? cant remember)

Outside of migo i do that unless I'm bored. Survival is played for migo as follows
Play 1 game seriously, see how far i get, usually top 10 even if I'm weak
Next 2 games. Get bigger backpack. +8 preferred. Pick crystals and chests with rapid march on. When the poison shows up run into it. Use your antidote too. Pick up crystals and chests in all the buildings people haven't visited cos poison. Die.
The first bit takes 10-15 minutes to eventually not win, and have 600 or so crystals
The 2nd method takes 5 minutes and you come out of it with over 1500 crystals

Honestly I feel like gamers kinda get used to fully fleshed out games with rich environs and characters, and clearly written events, etc etc. Those games also tend to have developers who somewhat listen, and actively respond, to their communities.

And then they pick up a game like this and realize there is a flip side to gaming that isn't enjoyable. There's the grind, the pressure to spend, the psychological manipulation, and the real harm from gaming addiction.

It's enough to turn people off gaming entirely.

This is fair, honestly. I do often forget that while I've been gaming for 3 decades, many people - especially in this community, or others which boomed during COVID - have only just started their experiences.
So they pick up a game like this and it's not what they expected. But games of this ilk are both the exception and the rule, for how they're developed and the methods used in making them both attractive and engaging (or addicting).

For those who are more casual gamers (picking up a property on a handheld for a bit, getting into a PC title once a while back, or casually enjoying a title on Xbox they can put down when they have things to do), this is largely a dissatisfying experience here. Many of this type of gamer are still used to game which are complete, or which require comparatively minimal maintenance for a fuller gaming experience.

The tactics used in these types of games are the same exact ones used by the Bigs, who basically wrote the playbooks for developing games which utilize behavioral psych into every aspect of their marketing, development, release, and maintenance, but in such a relatively secular community - as mobile generally is - we don't get the press a Big would get if they did what FP does.

Its not really suitable for streaming except as a method of engaging with chat. Even in something like RR which is faster paced its not interesting to watch the game.

@tired wyvern your bug is not related to the operating system. The linkage to that login is lost. Happens regularly for FunPlus logins and sometimes other login methods too. Your Android still works because you are techically still logged into your FunPlus (or whatever you use) on that device. As soon as you try it on a different Android or delete and reinstall the game, you'll see the same problem. This bug is years old, but DEVS DON'T CARE. 😡

Escort mission is an alliance event activated by an R4 so everyone can garrison a train. Once the train starts, you attack infected, and you need to reach the end and kill the boss. The rewards are similar to trap, hero gear and hero gear designs.

My initial thought was "sure, make conversion take forever so others have time to mine? Or just put more mines on the map" but tbh I'm still mining level 1 and only got so high as 7s last MIGO so

Putting 100x mines won't matter, not that they did that either, or the new mining mechanism they advertised.

The processing rate will ensure most never get anywhere. Next step is to entice with discounted coal and concrete bundles. It's the usual schtick. What they give out half of, they take away 2x prior.

I think that the number of frags from lurker rallies was low. When I had them but let me check on that for you

I do think only doing full is your best bet for frags, but typically only 1-2 players would receive a frag. Make sure you use Travis at least to save stamina

I'm actually expecting this by week three or four of MIGO, once people have had some time to marinate but not quite settle. They'll swoop it in there like a safety net

Hi, yes this is the number of fish you earn from the events. It differs from the number on your main screen because it doesn’t include the fish you get for unlocking the chapter

The drop rate is low for frags from the lurker. Not really worth the stamina in my opinion

However, when the lurker events show up, I believe you get 10 frags from the crate in the event page for doing 10 rallies. But I could be mistaken. It has been a long time since I've done a lurker event.

It's only useful for Travis at the beginning , all the lurkers released after this aren't worthy
