Feedback reporting as it works now would depend on players to upvote "game instructions", which that particular comment you received from the player would fall under but I don't think that should be the case, or how that should work because it affects game play in a more direct way so it's a critical item

There are bigger fish to fry and they're not terrible but I've run into two challenges with the store.

1. I get enough tickets to quickly buy everything, and there is nothing left to purchase, or tickets carried over since they don't convert those.
2. My Crystal Institute was completed a long time ago so I personally don't need crystals

Also, skin tickets no longer hold the same, if any value as our state has been getting skins and decorations that are 1-2 years old

Cyan, there is an underlying issue with feedback as I've discovered recently, which needs addressing. I'll give you the highlights, but safe to say I've flagged this already

Position Statement

• It was the understanding from the community that the Top 10 was purely for us, as an 'information' source. It turns out this isn't' the case, so I dont' know where the tipping point for this was, as a change to what we where told prior
• This Top 10 feedback, is actually directly related to the Developer Feedback we receive from FP (as Saber has referred too)
• No-one ever understood the need to 'vote' on feedback, that had already been voted on. This is why.

Problem

• The Top 10 feedback, isn't just feedback from here, its taken from various platforms, some of which we have zero transparency over
• Even if feedback 'appears' to be in a similar vein, it used, no matter how bad it is
• It appears that before this feedback is collated and submitted, its actually combined (even if its badly worded, or structured). What this results in (in some cases), is actual good feedback, being combined with bad feedback, or the messages in feedback being lost because the content gets chopped up.

You can already see the issue, and why we get odd responses to some of the items that have been raised, and why we (as a community) are always complaining that what gets provided as a response, isn't what we asked for in the first place

I watched feedback after feedback get posted yesterday, by mods, on DUPLICATE items relating to 'compensation'

literally in some cases within 10 minutes of each other, when duplicate feedbacks are supposed to be deleted (as per rules and guidance). I've seen the moderation team actually advocate that people should create more feedback (about the same items)

I don't blame them directly, but this has to do with direction, guidance and training. And the wrong message being given to those that process the feedback on our behalf.

Another thing, @merry scroll , is the compensation offered for the game-wide bug that happened during the SvS last weekend. There were states that could not use their main rally leads in the battle. And this affects both every player in state and those that could not participate in individual rewards. I hope the compensation for such an enormous bug (admitted by the devs too) was more than 900 bios and 15 skin tickets. The compensation now is more flipping a finger than an actual sorry from the devs.

You have to apply to join the PTR, for that exact reason, its part of the entire application process.

We do. CS just gives pretty dumb responses when it comes to something specific. Last time I’m pretty sure I was transferred to like 5-6 all over something so small I just dropped it wasn’t worth my time. CS is hard headed and does not know how the game works. And that’s not trash talking either just the truth.

CS is a FP issue, its an internal problem with their organisation. It may feel pointless, and on the whole I agree, but its less pointless if that same 400 people keep raising the same issues. My problem with CS is the disparity between one response to another for the same thing.

I don't have the answer, and I don't think anyone here can change it, mods included. All we can do is keep raising the issues we have with CS.

Heroes have definitely become a cash grab, and adding to the complexity of the game (which hero resonates best with who? Which is best for Garrison? Who should I use for SVS?).

They also add to the crashability of SOS.

SOS doesn't need any generation beyond Gen 12-14, and this is being generous. We also don't need to keep having heroes we've maxed, which cost money, nerfed in order to make newer heroes more appealing or stronger so they are seen as the go to for battles.

Players don't like the idea of a 7th march, which I partially created as a test, so to have 18 generations of heroes but only 6 marches is pretty pointless.

But here is the best part. Marches 1-3 are the strongest, so it's not even like we have 6 strong marches.

Someone kindly remind me why we have 18 generations of heroes.

1. FunPlus should have stopped releasing "general" Heroes from the start of RE. New to SOS? There's a solution for that.
2. Any new hero after RE would only be from a collab, and there should only be 1-2 per year.
3. As time goes by, these collabs would need to decrease, because even if they're putting out heroes at a much slower pace, players don't have the march slots to fully utilize them.

Where does this all lead? Players said they wanted FP to slow down and this would have been one of many ways to accomplish that.

Search the channel. Before 1.21.40 I could not play for more than 8-20 minutes without a crash.

After 1.21.40 its been reduced to 3-12 minutes. Refer to this SS. I know exactly what sequence of events I need to do in order to make SOS crash and my trick of crashing the game before Trap and certain events no longer work.

At the start of Saturday's SVS I crashed 8 times within the first 15 or so minutes, and I hadn't even started a rally or garrisoned a building yet.

If I expected too much, I wouldn't play SOS.

In this "Flash Deals" (LOL) FunPlus wants you to pay the same $9.99 you would once you've gotten past the x2 $4.99 bundles, which means you're actually getting less with the Statue Custom Crate here vs buying the x2 $4.99 bundles.

Regular bundle gets you x2 statue tickets for the combined $9.99. This gets you x1 for a single $9.99 payment. So you'd need to pay $18+ to get the same equivalent of 2 tickets.

Hi Future, I’m aware of both - though you raise a good point. While repetitive upvoting on something that’s hit a road block might seem fruitless, I personally feel continuing to do so (time permitting ofc) is a way the community (as a collective) can keep their finger on the pulse of the issue, so as to keep it on the radar (for potential change at a later date). That said - the idea of (re) incorporating tasks, I think that’s been voiced before (if I’m not mistaken). Yes there's no matching based on power. But the number of maps is not limited. They just distribute all registered players into a variable number of maps so that every map has about 300 players.

When something becomes redundant, there are no incentives beyond rewards that don't match the effort and time (a 7D frame is the top prize for rank 1-5) and you drop players on a map filled with whales, most players are going to pass and beg you to stop 😬

I have mentioned a few times now it has been several magnitudes worse for me (crashes) since 1.21.40.

However, I am now repeatedly crashing in Azurtane and POW, events where the game never crashed for me before. I don't know if this is the maintenance or just the 1.21.40 update and I'm just realizing the broader extent of that updates damage because we just got those events for the first time since the update

Sorry to hear that. You're clearly having one of the worse experiences out of anyone I've spoken to about the crashes. I did notice the severe lagging during one of my POW sessions yesterday, and for those seconds (maybe 10-12) I had never seen POW that bad.

We also have Annihilation and rallies should start soon so that's good to know but without the rewards being specific to MK0 I guess it might not be worth it as you're saying if one is only getting points towards that.

For me it's not only a better event, but a better use. Right now MK0 makes little to no sense and turning off my march skin just to see it doesn't really appeal to me personally.

Did you have to do "default appearance" to get the points or is it "deploy" only?

I meant for upgrading, Future. Historically, whenever Behemoth has come, it has had bugs or problems gaining points for the meaningful upgrades people are doing.
My intention was to test and ensure using fragments (or any upgrade components) would still read on one of the main Behemoth-bassd events (Annihilation).

It would appear mergers/transfers are a guarantee at this point. FunPlus is an interesting company. They seem destined to simply milk the game for all they can get until the very end.

All empires eventually fail, and I know nothing about how this translates to the gaming world but I'd imagine only a few titles have stood the test of time, and SOS won't be one of them

Skill 1 is based on burning effects,
Skill 2 is autonomous and working independently
Skill 3 is based on silenced and Disarm.

Skill 1: So if you are using Donald or having any TA with burning effects. You can upgrade it.

Skill 2: it's working independently and is not based on any other skill so it's good to upgrade.

Skill 3: Lan has the skill of Disarm and silence. If you are using Lan, then you can upgrade it

If I ask the same question from myself what skill I will upgrade?

I will go for skill 2 as per your screenshot.
