gen 13 should be arround the corner for your state. According to the state calander gen 13 should come at week 134 but it's not up to date so i can't be exact with the timing but it's close.

Think about it. New states come out quicker, accelerate quicker. You have state mergers which is collapsing and collapsing the available pool of states. There will come a point where you will have alot of states at similar progress level

Issue is, between f+ filling states with bots, old players treating new states as experimental grounds to jump around and have fun at (which they can't in the rules based older states) and the multitudes of updates thrown at once, new states won't have any meaningful competition to offer at all.

If any do survive the purge of 20k per month, they will swiftly move to join those older whales rather than play against them.

And that means that there is a viable way to get everything up to 6 generations back in a volume that makes you somewhat competitive which the devs can't fathom

Its like they think dissepointment makes us keep playing. I was about to quit the game early gen 1 but i went from spending 700-1000 euro a month to 20-40 because of the Tempest mechanics and then someone showed me the market and i found a way to grind it there, but its basicly just the same.
Let downs like this has me thinking should I even bother playing a game that does nothing but eventually hurt you with a kick in the balls after a effort like the one I just went trough to finance that gear

Say maybe 1000 gears in 6 weeks. Start with the price of that, or the market price. 10 boxes is 100 coins. 100 coins is 5.99

Im using market prices here. You get around double so say you had to buy the 5000 boxes in market with euros.

And you throw in the 60 euro for the Ascension. And then you have to spend the equislent of roughly 1/3 of the full boxes to get enough coins to do a reforge. So the price is actually 450 euro

For one single peace that has a fair chance of falling twice and ending up as 408 coins or roughly 13,6 percent of a new ascension (3000 coins)!

If all it gives is a endless grind and struggle with absolutely no carrot in the end, why bother 🤷

Might aswell play progress quest. Thats 10000 euros less a cost a year

Its like beeing in a abusive relationship, not sure if they know why players are running but it would be a good idea to focus less on "bring 'em back" and more on "stop chasing 'em away"

I fully agree on all of this. It was supposed to be sort of strategy game and yet here we are with more and more random things where we cant affect the outcome... If it was done right then it could bring a little strategy to the game but not with how it is now... If they allowed to in some way pick which stats we want in tempest arms and which skills then we would be able to make sets for different situations/events. PvP set against burning enemies, set against silence, set for pure pve dmg etc..

Instead they decided we will be crafting hundreds or thousands of pieces in hopes of getting good one and then praying for good skill afterwards...

Even without paying if we actually could get a lot of materials for free it would still be crap. Saving up for weeks/months to craft few hundred pieces and not get a single "great" one?

Its time for either CM to actually do their jobs and give FULL information to ALL players and not just the older states

I have been playing State of Survival for 1059 days, during that time I have built up to a P13 and VIP13, to be honest the lack of support from the game is now becoming an issue.
There is an official discord channel, however, the so called Community Managers are rarely seen, maybe 5 minutes a week, if that. They have little or no knowledge of the actual game and the issues faced day to day.
The game recently introduced an event called Doomsday express, to be honest the event is so boring, even though it only takes a few minutes.
The worst thing though is the way certain states are disadvantaged by the actions of the game team. I play in state 759 and 3 months ago we were given 5 generations of heroes at one time with no way to catch up with the older states.
The Discord Community Managers seem to think that players only need one march which is incorrect. Older generations have their uses, which newer heroes are not suitable for. These ‘forgotten’ states have been held back, missing out on events etc. This may not seem much of an issue but it is.
The in-game customer services do not look at complaints/issues properly often giving out automated answers which have nothing to do with the actual questions.
The game used what is called a PTR server which is supposed to test events before they go into the live servers. This is not used properly with bugs and playability feedback totally ignored.
one of the events in State of Survival is unwinnable unless you buy packs, other events are ‘fixed’ so that certain alliances win. This was the case in the latest Doomsday Open, which they want everyone to watch outside of the game

The game could be a great one, but greed has taken over, players are leaving the game in there 100s if not 1000s. Feedback is censored so that it looks like players like the so called new events, with negative feedback being ignored and bots are used to change how the feedback figures look.
Just over a year ago, the game had in-game streams which a lot of people miss, but these were removed to save money, these in-game streams originally helped players with hints and tactics, but again greed too over and a mini game was introduced by the company who ran the in-game streams, of course this was only a test for the release of their own game a few months later. Now the game streams are on youtube/twitch and the number of viewers has dropped significantly, with the game needing to force people to watch them.

Maybe if the management actually played the game or used secret shoppers, things would improve. The first improvement however would be for more community managers (different timezones) to be available in the official Discord Channel. These managers should be active players with actual experience of the game itself so they can see the bugs and actually proactively report them.

Can a LMOD find out what heroes those who are currently on Gen 12 will get when Gen 18 is released, will it be Gen 13 - Gen 17 or will it be Gen 13 - Gen 18 or just like the CMs dont they care either

I bet if roles were reversed and it was an older state (under 699) the answer to my question about hero gens would have been answered immediately but of course this Discord doesnt care about states in the range of 700 to 999

They're not going to fix gen skip. Another player tried to get this point across for a year. No luck at all. You'll get whatever it is and basically play with what you have and accept it or quit.

Devs have made it clear that the current gen is the only one they care about and providing any method of catchup ain't happening.

They just want you to spend a ton so your first march is top tier. Nothing else matters

I currently have 40 pieces.

Offcourse I pay for reforges, all the time. Its the only way to get them. But I dont pay with money, I pay with coins from reprocessing.

Im 100 percent against this proposed change as I have put more energy into making my Tempest gear then most men put into their marriage.
But I have put very little money in and I have near perfect Tempest gear for my builds.
Ive made or traded my way to it, and its alot, and its good

It nearly made me quit before I discovered the power of the market. Ive spendt maybe 100 euro on my gear and it has stuff most setters would sacrifice their kidney for. All from trading and making gear financed by trading.

To put into perspective, on Tempest build days and especially Ascension day. That you should do outside event day I often have to double or tripple my blood pressure pill intake

It appears I did miss the point entirely. Thanks for the clarification. Assuming you were paying for them would have been the same as someone assuming I paid actual cash to ascend any of my 30+ pieces. I did not.

Based on the evidence here, and my personal experiences with ascending, I've never reforged a single TA, as I do not see the point, and they're expensive. Now that I'm F2P, even if I did want to spend on them, that's not going to ever happen.

Maybe if I had gotten a URTA on my main with 24+ Legendary pieces I would have been inspired. On my alt, which is only now becoming battle ready, yet is still very weak and has far fewer ascended TAs, I already have 2 URTAs.

Now that I understand your point a bit more clearly, good luck with the future reforges.

That could use some stats enhanced. Like the behemoth one. And that would go very good on my build where rider gen 1 support inf and hunters gen 2. Ive done my best to have 2 rider setups. One for defense and one for offense and a second one for second march that has heal Ascensions and leth stats.
But the gen 1 gear will simply enhance hunter when I see room for more lethality or infantry when I need more health def and it they have a firebuild 😅 some thought and effort went into this and now they just letting people simply buy stat rolls.

I should cheer as that would make my life much better, but then again its like playing super mario warping to world 4 and then to 8. Feels like cheating

There would be a natural algorithmic cap. No game is going to allow you to convert items to an extent where you'd never have to give them money, or it exceeds the amount given in current bundles, hence why I think it might organically need to have multiple items to choose from.

Think of it like how most of the stores work now. There is always a limit and many are right under what you'd need to max something unless you're on the last stages of a tree or upgrade

The stamina became a real issue even for me from old state had 1,5k refills the daily rallies on fiends deadbeasts the hero thing🙈forgot the name where you need to select heroes and after a while you could claim rewards. The amount of stamina that is needed for events is crazy. I believe the refills with biocaps price went up too.
