We have reported the issue with the blank store page to the developers to address. However, I recommend you report the issue in-game also so there is a record of your account having that issue.

With regards to some states seeing dice bundles after their event closed, we believe these are test states who started and therefore ended their Tycoon event before the majority of the other states. Most states still have their event running which is why the bundles are still in the store. Anyone who bought dice bundles after the event had already ended should open a ticket with Customer Support via the Help & Support menu in game.

So the latest dev feedback really wasn't what people were talking about. Or its been misreported. We had 2 issues. One was the placement of the saved march buttons, which they had resolved a while back,and the other was the useless banners spamming us all. I'm not sure if this is fixed.

The other ones, troops returning, rally launched etc were an issue inside all the minigames. Turning them off for everyone wasn't the correct thing to do. Some people may disagree there but this is the result of the feedback system only working in 1 direction

Hi crim, the matchmaking can always use some improvements. The troop count is mostly bp and you’re right about likely that bp will be maxed and can just zero half the opposing members with ease.

I found a recent report submitted under feedback here on that. I would reccomend submitting this in game as a bug.

In help and support menu there is a text box at bottom. Type in && and enter a few times. A new menu will eventually show up with 10 new options or so. Select from that the one best for your issue and submit.

It's not just 1 lead...thats the problem... when multiple people have behemoths that are considerably stronger than our alliances, it's basically impossible to do anything about it... I'd much rather spend an hour narrowly losing against equal opponents than failing to rally/solo even the small buildings for 10 minutes

Rr is all about timing and moving as an alliance. If you are out gunned fight smart. Recon every building by everyone. Then select the target. Move and hit hard and fast. Pick the weakest buildings. Another tatic is zero the joiners by your rally leads. A rally lead is useless without joining troops

It's surprising how many people try to play RR without using voice. It can make a big difference.

We understand your pain beleive me. It's all about finding the way that suits you. We fight in 3 stages. Remember they can only be in so many building at once. First 1/3 We go for 4 buildings. 2/3 we gor for 3 builds and maybe the muntions or center. 3/3 we really fight hard on the tanks and pop building. Tank water can not be taken away from you unlike building water.

And we sometimes start buring joiners from the start. Hard to fight with 0 troops.

Also your build for the behemoths can make a difference too. If you have someone with a strong ape and another with a strong rex then maybe pair them up as rally leads. That way you have 2 strong rally behemoth sets.

Hi Shirosei, from what I’ve seen there isn’t an equal 1 in 6 chance for rolling each number. For context, when the dice feature first released (during the anniversary event), I tracked the individual roll probabilities. Out of 172 total total rolls, I rolled a one 29% of the time, a two 20% of the time, a three 25% of the time, a four 5% of the time, a five 3% of the time, and lastly a six 17% (likely outlier). I’m sure others who have had larger sample sizes would probably see / have seen a similar trend. I forget the exact stage during which I observed for this but I imagined at the time it held near constant across all stages of the event. I would bet that since then the probabilities have become even more skewed towards the 1-2-3’s, as like you I have also noticed an increase in rolling those numbers over the latter three. The dice need to be updated such that there is actually a 1 in 6 (fair) chance across the board. At the very least, the true probabilities should be clearly spelled out in the events rule section, imo. Thanks for pointing that out. I’ll forward this for you.

Same. The game takes enough time as it is, like I don't have hours to make my settlement look like a 3D pyramid model, or line up all my decorations by size and type. There are things that are obvious. Its their game, not mine. This is one of those things. I'm sorry, but having spent an entire career dealing with developer incompetence, this is a classic example. There are many other instances of these same behaviours. So, while you can disagree, experience tells me that its actually down to them to "design" effectively, as a paid employee of FP (and a business that has enough revenue to hire a very experienced design team)

I do however concede some other game aspects can be made better and requires community input, but the vast majority of things can be avoided through appropriate levels of testing.

I actually think more people would be willing to provide constructive feedback if there wasn't so much dismay and frustration with FP right now. They've reached not just new levels of low, but also new levels of lack of care or consideration to players, community and the game itself. The CM's can't even be bothered to be here any more, and when they do they just serve up the allotted 2 minutes of nonsense.

People would take this more seriously, if there wasn't so many issues, bugs or otherwise and an actual framework of testing that is listened to.

My personal feelings are that you are right. I feel there is something missing from the testing and development process. It doesn't look right to me.
But all we can do as players and mods is to identify the bugs and issues, report them, and then continue to monitor them to ensure they get fixed.
