What they are doing is re-selling over and over. Think about it. Every new state is like a 'fresh start' for FP. They can lure people in, those people are blinded by the marketing and hard sell, and/or that in those early stages and generation there is very little to purchase to get ahead. That ramps up over time. Then you end up in a position where you pretty much cant get out.

Rinse and repeat with every new state.

Today in KOTH, I sent 3 of my marches at a building and guess what all 3 of them are stuck there for like 45 mins. I can’t retreat, I can’t die, I can’t win, also 15 people who had joined me they also got stuck. Combined we had a power of 500 million and still we couldn’t defeat a 4 million bot for like 45 mins. Even after 45 mins the KOTH ended and we didn’t get anything

KG made a mistake and made those codes available for 1000 redeems per code instead of one. It was their mistake, not exploit. All we did was put in official codes and later they stole it all from us and refused to admit that they made a mistake and it was their fault. Instead they started lying how it was exploit or something

Observation: Today's KOTH had some problems – the March menu kept getting stuck on the screen, everything was laggy, and clicking on cities often required up to 20 tries before the menu showed up.

Consequence: These issues made the game less enjoyable for players.

Solution: It'd be great if these problems could be addressed or fixed to enhance the overall gaming experience.

It wasn't an exploit. They backtracked on a legit method that they didn't realise the scope of.

If you check the Russian site, it will be somewhat obvious what occurred.

They provided codes to them that were inadvertently multi use/multi redeem. The third party vendor allowed access to the codes on site from purchases.

F+ on realizing that the codes they had provided were multi use - backtracked and said they were intended to be single redeem unique codes.

Retroactive decision on their intended usage doesn't make it an exploit simply because a portion of the users profited off it. The users themselves did absolutely nothing wrong in the redeems. They were given codes, they redeemed them.

And I say this having not used any of them, cuz I have seen this mess occur five times before with f+ 👀

We almost didn't get P1 in our KOTH and it would have been all down to the pathetic server performance.

We were down to 1 march left in centre at the end after minutes of me taking 20-30 seconds to send each march and speed it in, despite having 300K food for revives and speeds, the majority of UI interactions were just not registering for 3-5 or more seconds

There's been server performance issues in every MM ever and a lot of RRs. These devs have had YEARS, more than enough time to do some code optimising so events like these go smoother.

It's just unwillingness and incompetence at this stage

Weekly rank for hero challenge are unfair for players who sleep at 0 utc. And also, there's still the cheating factor.

Sos needs to implement ranking based upon fastest time completion. This will give at least a more fair chance to those asleep at 0 utc to rank well.

Hi Mufasa, I agree - having the ranking be based on who takes the least time to complete it as opposed to completion in order of arrival would be more fair to those who are unable to be there for reset due to time zone stuff, etc (which is often times out of one’s control). And as you said, the Labyrinth event is a good example of it already setup here. Thanks for pointing that out! I’ll forward that for you.

Being a cheapskate like me helps a lot. If it was super useful i might have spent $2 occasionally. But nothing in this is really worth that when its outdated. In another game if i spent $5 i got a plant that always had a place, no matter what level and i could use it or not as it synergised with the other 8 plants i had on the field

In sos you look at a pack offering 30 behemoth frags for 5$ then take a look at you behemoth, count how you need propably few thousands frags to max it then it is easier to not spend :p

Look at tempest arms pack, 1 gold craft for 5$ then think that you have like 1 in few thousands chance to get all orange and above stats, then that there is whole 4% chance for advanced skill and only few of those are usefull and it is easy to not spend. When you realise that you will need another few tens of thousands packs to craft anything good :p

They notice some players took advantage of a "design flaw", they silently remove it, so the majority of players have an big disadvantage, but because they don't talk about it, not enough players realize it and there's no big protest. Another 100k$ earned.

Depends your state. In older states the bundles have more stuff and are cheaper. 500 plasma, 100 red crystals for 10$. In pretty sure you can buy 50 ape fragments for 5$. There selling 80 Dino fragments for 10$. Used to be 64 which was still a good deal.

The bad thing is it entices you to spend thinking your getting great value which is half true.

Transfer event for states 1015-1080/1129-1140/1183-1188 will be November 12 (invites can be sent from 8-11 November, and they will not be receiving a Merge)

Where can I complain about several state ranges being skipped from state transfer event? I have made friends with several players in my migo and they were excited to transfer to my state. Now they cannot since we were skipped. SOS risks losing dozens to potentially hundreds of players due to skipping states in the state transfer event since they were on the brink of quitting the game but sticking in it waiting for a transfer event. For example, my state has been skipped twice so far for state transfer events (state 1099).

I've also said this, the manner in which bugs/feed back is reported is inefficient. The output from all of those needs to be captured in a list that is viewable and traceable. Right now, everything is just stacked repeatedly on top of each other so it gets lost when the next and the next and the next is posted.

I think any normal person would not even suggest to scroll through days if not weeks of people's posts to find out if its been raised before. Next thing, you'll get some ridiculous suggestion to go scroll though all the version updates and patch release notes from the last god knows how long 😂

They don’t care, our grace period is nearly over and we’ll be annihilated, too little, too late.
• we got 2 state merges, the rest one, we get killed during warfare, and the new state merge, we are scared, will the rest merge outside their brackets, will we? Most likely, we get screwed again, only because we had to pay for the mistake they made. And guess what? They don’t care….
• each update making the game more unstable, they don’t care.

Knowing that a lot of these things are fixable issues, if they would just put the time into it and listen to us about halting certain updates to prioritize bugs and correcting the obvious imbalances, is what grinds my gears personally.
Like, we all know these types of games have to have a subtle imbalance in order to market packs as a more viable and quick option, but it's things like what happened to Groot's state grouping that really ruins the game for people.

Agreed. They could legitimately say, "We have no plans to address this issue for now," and while it would probably tick a lot of people off and lead to some rough days here in our beloved feedback discussion room, it would still be a better option than complete silence.
They could even fib a little and say, "We aren't certain of the root cause, so we will not be addressing this concern yet until we have more conclusive results to share." Is it likely due to building upon layers and layers of old code and not maintaining servers? Sure, but at least implying they're investigating is better than nothing.

It has been worked on but from the looks of things since newer and more overpowered features are being released faster than the matchmaking algorithm can catch up it can cause issues more times than we like.

I admire what you guys do as mods, your enthusiasm, and beliefs, but there is also your naivety, and sadly a lot of you are disillusioned into believing it makes a difference. I was like you and many others, thinking I could make a difference.

FP just use the players and the mods are a prime example of this to not just placate players, but also front their own inability to actually put the proper resources and controls in place. Look at the feedback mechanism. Do you think its right that its the players/mods that have to define the mechanism, front it and collect it? I don't. FP should be providing the tools to do the job.

That to me, just proves that the casting and upvoting in DC doesn't work, because there was no way on earth it was 40k, more in the region of 4k.

Hi Allen, been a little since I’ve played that event too, as Liannin says, I know you used to have to be on a certain time before the event started for it to recognise you being in that round (kinda like a matchmaking stage)

So in spite of all feedback and a few msg from devs “we are improving matchmaking”, we see no change at all. As usual the finalists are known in advance and the winner as well. 4 teams know they will be burnt and crushed for 3 days. So since matchmaking can’t be adjusted, why couldn’t the winning rule be adjusted? Instead of the strongest wins first place and takes all rewards, another time, why don’t we are given mid event information like rank 2 or rank 4 is the winner? Or the alliance closer to a certain points level. Would be fun to have strong alliances try to underscore and manage their score. All alliances and all players would be relevant.

There are trillions of ways they could improve matching, they just dont want to.

It could for example remember previous results and take them into consideration or remember what members from alliance show up in matches and matchmake more according to that than just total alliance power. For my alliance MM matching we get matched with nearly same alliances all the tine. Maybe 1 out of 8 changes... It is madness that it keeps putting same opponents together because it simply means that same alliance almost always wins...

Well I don’t know your matching pool but we have had a variety of opponents, except the profile is always the same: one very weak, one weak, one very strong/insanely strong and another reasonably strong. Final is always between the insanely strong, which will win, and the very strong.

Clearly the 2 at Elite rank have zero chance against those at Master rank
