I agree on gift code issue. I would prefer them to notify gamers first with clear explanation and act only after. Also this rollback was done on worst moment that can be imagined.

As we said go an read it , if you own it and eveything how come it is agaisnt their rules to sell, lend or share an account and this is also why players got locked out of their accounts wrongfully to but only a few players care to push things when it does not affect them . So the players are part of the problem cause this been happening since year one but only now since so much was affected and it hit home they complaining? Where was all this when sos kept "making mistakes" taking time and money. If players stood up long ago sos won't be able to keep getting away with it

Not just yesterday but many times before, how many times worng rewards was listed and ppl spent and grinded to get those items taken away , we even had an issue with wrong frags, or heroes released at the wrong time

Tbh I’m ok when there are mistakes - it happens. But what I’m not ok about is when a company doesn’t recognise the error and adequately compensate
Most match making is horrible and ppl who win complain to cause it is just a boring event when they wanted to play
they cared more about the summit💩 than thet did about the connection issues
You have the right to protest this decision and should do so - contact their customer service and build pressure at support@funplus.com. If they refuse to provide adequate compensation, escalate the matter to the consumer advice center in Switzerland and file a report. Let them know the extent of their mistake and exert pressure through negative reviews.

Which has always been the case but the majority of players instead of standing with the affected players are silent. I remember complaining for a frag issue even though I am f2p and when those spenders got back the frags instead of sos giving gen frags they got hero frags so they could not even use the compensation. So It is not a matter of compensation alone but why are these things happening so frequently? I don't care if they decide to give all players a million bios as comp what needs to be done is the devs ensures these things does not happen and to think of events and rewards through before implementing. Also even events that worked perfectly or with few bugs are now swarming with them . SoS needs to come clean with events and rewards as well as juat fix their game
as I said we have reported it already and upvotes do get forwarded too

That is indeed interesting. So someone in zurich got a phone call about gifts that went out friday afternoon - so they had to head back to office to pull a rollback on those gifts on saturday morning paired with a short 5 sentence statement - disrupted the svs by "fixing" something that wasn't a problem to begin with but also chose to extract even more from the players' pockets before the gifts were distributed. Then, as if that weren't enough, they simply declared, "Oh well, it's the weekend and we get to the complaints later see you on Monday." What an appalling approach from the company.

Taking away code rewards from players is stupid, players watched streams all night, tried, entered codes, I don’t think that these rewards will greatly affect the imbalance between player upgrades, if you adhere to this logic of returning rewards, then you need to leave a limited number of packages among the players for “balance” with the same price so that players develop equally🤣🙈

I'm honestly surprised the devs didn't view them as a positive method of engaging and affecting login statistics, considering their downloads, purchases, and current player logins have suffered massively for months.

But thats not how it works. Your frontline service desk gets the calls. If there is an obvious build up that becomes a major incident. The devs don't get every response. They get told theres a major fault to fix. Them and the cms don't respond to every message uniquely
Actually if they hired all discord members as CMs all problems would dissapear. No community left that would need managing :p

It might be true but I write from perspective of this discord user who is one of the community members. I believe here we have boggest active SoS community. Reddit is half dead, no idea if there is something in facebook
The fact that a small portion of their job involves interacting with the community, yet their title is Community Manager, should raise some concerns - and does.
The only excuse ive seen is that they CM for multiple games. Obviously they spend 99% of their time there rather than here

Its frustrating for players we get it. As Mods we do our best to try to forward issues via reports and we are all happy to try to get attention as we can to Issues via the tools we have here.
We are talking about 18 hours - so you are telling me, that they had the time to rollback on a saturday morning causing login issues and taking even more then just the gifts for some players - after getting informations about it on friday evening and are taking this long? That cant be your position right now. They clearly are not doing anything at funplus and not because they cant but because they dont see it as important - Zeroed players are bringing in money - And to assume or tell people this is running defense sorry.

I googled job discription of community manager and it was long list.
We get the mods can't do a lot. But you guys need to advocate for yourselves too. You need the support from the company. You make this discord work. The company treats you like dog💩
Even today with that terrible gifts rollback thing, the least we deserved was information beforehand. Not AFTER they already stole from players. Communication is nonexistent, we do not have even basic patch notes. Always need to wonder if something is new feature or maybe they simply broke it and thats why now it works differently (like battles taking into account only 2 airplane formations for example)
I would advice you to not do this. You are tanking aggro here for no reason. Let them take the critisim and guide the others to the right channels as you have been so far.

It kills me that the mod team is essentially handling portions of what, logically, would be a Community Manager role, and only receives in-game comp which has already been reduced from what they were receiving. CMs don't get paid great, but in terms of value equivalence, the mod comp is less than a quarter of the value of the actual real money value the CMs receive, yet you're doing a pretty decent share of their workload - per their job description in every FunPlus CM hiring listing.

Yanaz, they really can't do much more than push our feedback and encourage us to also help push it; they aren't devs themselves, nor do they have a ton of pull. They're players who take on an active role as player-side representatives.
That's why I keep saying not to eat the mods during times like these, because many of them are also affected by this code rollback and missing item situation.
Eat the devs. They're rich so that means they slow cook nicely. (I'm kidding, sort of, don't ban me)

There are a few feedback reports which can be attended as well, by players, to upvote and draw attention. Unfortunately, it's the only method of being heard outside of this channel which the devs seem to process. The more votes, the more important they see an issue or suggestion is.

This happened btw once before during a Halloween event. 80k plus plasma accidentally given you did have to make purchases to get above 80k. They took anything anyone hadn't used back withen 24 hrs.. and only one player really got compensated for what was taken but that player had used almost 80k plasma and everyone who used all the free plasma and speeds were allowed to keep progress... everyone else lost out

I've reported them to the FTC, states attorney office, and Google app store as fraud, and highly encourage everyone else to do the same. Until they get bitten where it counts, they will continue to bend us over because they know they can get away with it.

It seems a glitch caused an issue that they are investigating. A limited number of gift codes were passed out. We have already taken feedback to forward on this issue and players are encouraged to also contact them directly.

If you are missing the normal biocaps and stuff they encourage you to report that. We also have reported that here. Generally the codes give 500 biocaps I believe.

I understand free gift codes were passed out on a first come first serve limited basis. Those codes usually are for around 500 biocaps or so. Somehow a glitch caused them to basically multiply.
It's like a store handing you extra $100 bill cause some Bill's stick together in a sense I suppose.
They removed the extra glitched amount. You should have the remaining normal amount.

I refunded my recent ingame purchases due to my right of withdrawal over apple and will report it in game for the sake of everyone that wants to continue playing this game. This was the last drop for me personally.
The codes are actually very limited and majority of players dont usually get to use the codes. They are usually gone pretty quickly.
I'm not a Developer and I'm sorry that I cant answer that for you. We have forwarded the issue and let them know players concerns.
But the injustice is just not right. I get others were upset to have missed codes and that mistakes happen but how this was handled, their own fault 100%, is not right.

I'd recommend any issues with refunds or purchases go directly through them per the Terms of Service.
They don’t refund anything ingame if there is top up going on which is now 99% of the time
Let’s just face it. We spend money and time on this game to get to where we are. We get something beneficial to us and the game takes it away, and they are “sorry and will compensate us”. Where the compensation is not even close to what we worked for. Even 50% back would be nice. If this is truly a glitch why was it just taken care of as of this morning, why not earlier?

Games are built on computer engines and it can take hours, days weeks for glitches in a system at times to show. Such is how it is. I truly get that it's frustrating to open a free gift pack and see such great gifts then realize it's a mistake and way more than usual.
I hope theres some kind of balance they can find to make it fair and make players happy

The answers being provided by the devs are nonsense, saying it was a video code that multiplied, then saying the rewards multiplied in the jollymax codes, saying that it was meant to be a one time use only code, there's many different excuses that are being thrown out

I went through my backpack shortly after the reports came in of you evil selfish greedy villains taking items we EARNED for redeeming codes for HOURS because you had another "bug" happen under your nose. I counted each item that I should have received from the codes... THE 283 CODES I SLAVED FOR 12 DAMN HOURS TO REDEEM AND RECEIVE
The only items you removed from all of the rewards we received were the speedups and the gold frags. I am sincerely lucky I had some oversight to take the bios out of my backpack, but let me clue y'all in on this curve ball. YOU DIDN'T REMOVE ANYTHING ELSE YOU NEAR-SIGHTED MONEY GRUBBING MORONS! You left the hero gear designs. You left the hero gear parts. You left the legendary skill books. You left me even rss!! But that does not pale in comparison to all the other items I worked on retrieving.
And if you think I am mad, imagine all the others you had that wasted a day of in game time doing this because it wasn't an exploit. We received individual codes TO A TEE! and you have the goddamn nerve and audacity to say because of a glitch it should not have happened. That's like a casino having issues on one of their machines and three people win in a span of an hour. The boss of the casino gets upset with the game owner (Jollymax) that it happened when "it shouldn't have happened," and now you are withholding our earnings.
In this game, the house doesn't win. You owe us our earnings. You owe ME 2700 1hr speedups and 560 gold legendary frags. If you are going to reset everyone, then reset the svs points you dished out to others before this. If you are going to be frugal, then we will be sure to bleed your offices dry.

Why is there still no apology to Ella's Discord team, who do a great job promoting your game and helping the community?
I'll tell you why none of this has happened: because you've been greedy, selfish, and downright disgraceful. You treat us like dirt, and you lack the moral integrity and basic human decency to come out and apologize properly for this and commit to actually fixing your broken game, which you've neglected in your pursuits of greed.
You might not care about this community, but the players here do. Do the right thing: sell to a company that will develop the game and care about the player base. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. The CMs in the Discord need to be replaced. We need a team of CMs that respect the community and communicate respectfully, in a way that helps progress the entire community.

It's pretty insulting that the only time the devs care about fairness and balance is when people get free materials. They certainly don't care that it's unfair for hundreds of players to not be able to log in during SVS. They don't care that it's unbalanced for 180k alliances to battle 650k alliances. They don't care that it's unfair when you win or lose events because of glitches and bugs. Weird how balance and fairness only matter when players get free items but not when we get screwed over again and again by the devs incompetence.
add to that they dont care about the ever increasing gap between f2p and spenders. where was their fairness and balance when states missed out on 2 migos???

Its funny how the one mod who complained about the gift codes for those who spent hours sitting and collecting and imputing them in the game, got a plasma code that not many were able to join. I say that should be refunded because it created a big gap between f2p and p2p players.
Ironically Plasma is much more game balance affecting than frags or speedups
Well with gold frags it does nothing with limitless heroes maybe old gen, speedups come and go and dont affect gameplay. Unless the person got 500k 1 hr speedups. 2k 1 hr speedups get wasted fast on t12 training

No f2p would win with those speedups. Actually i wouldn't try as they'd ensure that i could always hit the targets which is more important f2p than winning one event

Either you have it and use it to get stronger AND often get points in events for winning more rewards, or you don't...
F2P and low spenders just can't compensate a lack of something by buying more.
But most spenders also have their (maybe changing) limits, so it's not much different.

If you max out same day, they can send you 500 bio comp the next time you make a mistake or your network is faulty or when you clearly don't favor balance in the game.
Observation: Yesterday's giftcodes given out by devs are getting rolled back.
Consequence: Many players are not happy and are gonna quit the game.
Suggested Solution: Keep the rewards and don't make stupid mistakes like this.

There are bits i enjoy. I certainly enjoy talking rubbish during mm, svs and other collab events. It would be much nicer if the company weren't greedy, disgusting, immoral, lying, filthy, incompetent.... people.
While I understand this is the message being passed but even a player who just joined the game can tell it's not a bug. This is a clear lie. Saying it's a bug has been a cycle of fun plus.
They can give a more honest answer rather than saying it's a bug for their mistakes.
We all know their services and the tos. Most of us here are aware where these codes came from.
Also it's crazy to see many people were invested in getting these codes because they thought the game was generous for once which of course the game wasn't

I just grabbed a couple. Didn't stress. But none of this really gives the devs an excuse to take stuff back like that. If you have failed you have failed. Live with your failure and learn from it so you don't do it again.

Yea I have heard many people had that problem personally I don’t check my bags unless it’s troops training day or upgrade to t11 so I have no clue if I lost some of the items I had before or not

Svs night I always have an alarm set for 9 utc to make sure all my settlements are bubbled until I am ready to fight with them

the problem is the state merge, caused a super alliance who now act as dictators because they spend obscene amounts or have extra codes from the Devs

the missing out on 2 migos was the final straw for some, i brought it here for a CM to think we were more interested in the skins, proving how little they know about the game
My main state merge was good. We had 3 states merged and we end up to get strong state. Ofc there is time to time bit problems but mostly all been good.

I think they look game bit different perspective. They probably wont need to pay on their bundles so when it doesnt have money value, first they think is the special things.
As for f2p skins are not first thing, for f2p items on regular shop is more important than in glory side.

The developers had no right to steal our things from the bag!! The codes were real, without bugs, we used these codes and enjoyed it. Thats why we say report that and this, here and there. We know, nobody likes CS as how badly its made, but we also know that chance of getting your problems solved with report is more possible that when you complain only here where we cant ensure that players with personal loss (like lost items other than ones from gift codes) is taken care of.
It would be absolutely amazing if we could. But as we are not able to return anything on our own, we need to push players to report on correct paths.

As Mods we volunteer basically as players to help other players with problems. We arent employed by them and we are all here to try to help other players.
Our role also includes following proper channels and the TOS of this server and the game We escalate issues to Customer Service as much as we can. We are here to help but understand we dont have all the answers. We share them as they come to us to you.
We will continue to advocate for players using tools we have such as feedback and bug reporting and are here to assist in those.
So why you have a problem to escalate this mess to Appgallery/IOS/Google environment??

To have a better chance to get a response, you should try to use the hidden menu. And help and support in the search bar, type%% and click enter. Do that twice. In the pop-up menu choose number 8, followed by number 2. That is the correct form and you should get an answer. I’m really sorry we can’t do more.
What you should do is to go some ppl who run not official server for FP. How would you even think they would be able to do this in here?
Volunteers or not, this is Funplus server, this what you doing here is as useful if you would contact Funplus customservise and ask them do it. Funplus runs the server, funplus makes the rules.

Why does a game need a secret C.S. Menu. THAT is what bothers me. Everytime I see that I think of everyone who has not used that menu for months.
It's not really hidden per se. In all actuality if you think about it when you call any customer service hitting for example a bunch of 0s can bypass automated system and get you customer service. Its the same concept. Our awesome team just put how to do it in a guide for all.
Guys I also know that you can ban or give mutt to players for telling the truth. So if you're going to do this with me, it's not a problem for me to create other accounts 😊 I will continue until I get my return items.
