Event timers are unclear and seem to be intentionally misleading to the player community.

Consequence: Players become angry, feeling like they are being pressured to engage quickly, and become confused when timers show over 24h remaining only to close for ranking calculation.

Solution: create separate timers, one for active engagement and one for calculation. Show ONLY specific timers for each phase of events, illustrating a participation phase and then a calculation phase. Update rules and event information to reflect this alteration.

Support heroes are the ones you see at the bottom listed under support skills. That's the roster of your own other heroes.

Support heroes of others in alliance worked in explorer mode. Not in hero challenges.

Any update on compensation for nerfing the lvl 250 Raid rewards or reinstating the original lvl 250 Raid rewards?? And also, them moving state average to lvl 250 doesn't help the people who missed the easy mode bug. Everyone is now stuck at lvl 247-248, and it is coming to a close and we cannot finish lvl 250 to raid it.

There has been many feedback reported on this issue that the community is not happy with their solution of just moving state average to lvl 250 and then nerfing the raid rewards. Plus, it's not even a working solution since most people cannot complete lvl 250 anyway.

In all honesty, personally I can’t imagine there will be a compensation, but we will always keep trying to push for it.
The 250 average was so many players can get to the higher levels easier, faster even if it is very difficult for the last couple levels to complete. It’s not ideal at all, no. These are all things we are bringing up constantly no matter how long it’s been reported.

2500 laps = 8 550 dices = 215 000 diamonds = 2150 $

I don't know what the solution should be or the best way to implement. Unless all the options are listed it doesn't seem worth putting in a single one

Variety of stuff they could do. No actual activity in a match is a 1 hour ban to take them out of the queue altogether. Afk queue exists. 0s don't give any activity. Wins with 0s don't grant stars. Losses with 0s grant more star loss. Other stuff. Getting 0s is a conscious effort as even playing as badly as possible you should have a 1 on your stats for a loss or an assist

Hi Jawor, good question. After searching around I also was unable to find any information on it. If anyone else has some info on this please don’t hesitate to add on. That said, my guess would be that it increases the frequency (reduces the cooldown) by which the skill is proc’d - the reason being the amount listed in the screenshot you shared still reads the same amount, 2000-3000, for the next level (2). Whilst entirely speculative, I hope that perspective adds some value for you. And yea, this definitely should have been spelled out more clearly, as it is certainly confusing. Thanks for pointing it out. I can forward this as feedback for you, given your state number.

Can we have confirmation whether the changes posted in alliance duels will work for members who don't have the update available by the time the match occurs this week? Will they get 100% recovery or 90%?

The recovery rate is calculated by backend, so the front-end resource in the new version won't impact the recovery rate result. But we highly recommend players to update game version to the latest otherwise, there might be bugs or issue with the other optimizations. 🙏

This has been requested multiple times and some KG has done in the past when limitless was first released

What's the issue and delay this time?

It has now been almost a month since you replied, there has been countless other feedbacks done as well reagrsing this.

Why are KG taking so long to rectify this and force players to miss out on rewards and to even be able to play some aspects of the game to no fault of their own.

This is why KG needs to stop rushing things and think through what they are going to release properly for once.

As an example of a recent feedback about this from players who are still affected. Can't post message link for some reason...

You should also being back the old hero vouchers as an alternative way as well to get these frags, especially how I'm sitting on about 1000 vouchers I was saving for lucky whilst we had gen 12 until KG decided to make everything limitless and screw us over

So, rather than submitting this. How does this sound as a thing around value vouchers. Every hero is available from value vouchers, right back to gen...5? I think it is before they did the upgrades. The pricing for the current gen is the same with 1 capsule/frag per purchase. The previous gen grants 2. Then 3, 4, 5 and so on going backwards. So right now on gen 15 i get 1 frag. But if i buy from gen 10, i get 5 frags. Potions separated to be priced for their value. Does this make sense? Old gens are weaker than current but it should mean that anyone can level a really old gen pretty easily

Matching based on BP was flawed, because it paired teams with lot of troops but bad stats vs players with low troops but good stats

Stats based pairing also failing, cause if both teams have roughly same stats but 1 team has much more troops, its clear who has advantage

This has been one of the best ‘events’ for a while - quick to complete (20sec), good rewards and most importantly no bugs!

Consequence:

My only concern with Rain was for the PC players who got about half the envelopes mobile players did. While I was getting between 110-160 (my highest), my PC counterparts were getting like 50-something.

Tbh a permanent / semi permanent may be any easy way for devs to provide whatever the player base needs at any particular time. Both to help players complete other events, like stamina, or to help players catch up / narrow the gap between the very strong and f2p, like red crystals, aircraft parts, hero fragments/capsules/potions… etc..

I've already seen some (many) feedbacks here talking about how difficult it is to have stams for everything during this MIGO period, and really every day, even getting the 240 stams and managing them in a way that I always let the refill fill up gradually, I have to use extra stam from my emergency stock, this every day, mainly because lvl 6 fiends don't count towards the MIGO task, we have almost no events that are giving stam, you should increase the amount of stam given to 100 or 120 every 8 hours.

As far as I can see, people have been rebelling against the rewards for the last 3-4 months and the developers have been forced to change them. Now trap and infected rewards will change. how did players play for 3 years or more with these bad rewards 😂😂

So, the name is not Fiend, so it doesn't count towards MIGO's task, but this monster gives extra prizes, so anyway it's good to use the daily chances to attack it, so we have to do 3 fiends, and who wants extra prizes can attack this lvl 6 monster (which is not a fiend but is lvl 6, understand?) up to 5 times a day

Hi Carol, I agree - something direly needs to be updated when it comes to stamina. I’ve also been burning through my emergency stock of stamina packs on an almost daily basis. I would imagine increasing the daily free stamina from 80 to what you suggested would be super easy to implement. That extra 60-120 stamina daily would alleviate a lot of the stress when it comes to being able to do everything (intel, fiends, new fiends, troop drilling, etc - the list seems to go on and on). I also agree that the wait time for using Travis on everything is way too long and time consuming. Thanks for sharing your solution. It’s definitely been submitted before but I’m happy to do it once more for you, given your state number.

This is removing even further flexibility in battle. First it was taking away the option of flexible formations with a rigid 6-2-2, then you have only one kind of troops within the tiers so no flexibility of using bonuses against troop types. Then they remove skill usage as well.

In older games from these leeches, we have 14 tiers. And each class of troops, inf/rider/hunter have 2 types, heavy or light, the battle engine favors any type of participant in a rally within a threshold - not just top tier top plasma.

So every player can be relevant within their role. Support don't act as last stop gap measure if no top tier troop is available. But actually contribute to the success of a rally.

And behemoth works across all unit types and formations. If you fill out a rally with only top 3 units, it will fail 100% cuz units there have a damage threshold above which including them in the rally lowers damage a rally could do.

It's absurd what people are okay with battles in this game becoming.

One rigid formation, one single tier. One rigid spender.

Very surprising cuz most other elements of the game offer more tactical options. But the battle itself, only about biggest spender having the most convenient time of pushing through

Hunters event also is good to gain some extra stamina. Each time I have any spare 8 points during those three days I go to kill zombies. From my observations cups of stamina are in around of 30% of rucksacks. And this can be saved for when it's needed

Hi Michelle, good question. I was also hoping to save them up for a future tournament wherein I maybe ranked high enough to be able to use them. Unfortunately, there isn’t any info out there (that I could find at least) that points towards the currency being useable for the next tournament, if it’ll even be reoccurring. I would air on the side of caution and use them up before the tournament is fully finished, unless otherwise indicated. Plenty of time to make that decision though. My rationale for it not being useable is based on other tournaments, like the RR summit, wherein the currency did not rollover. I hope that answer helps and provides some context.

Hello! If you go to your hero search screen there is an "i" on the right side, you will see if can find the rewards you got under epic search. Different from state to state.
But yes, they look like advanced search rewards to me. Please write a ticket in game regarding this, hopefully you will get compensated. After that, can write a bug report in #🐞︱bug-reporting using the format in #🐞︱bugs-how-to-report . Thank you!

Hello. I registered yesterday troops in the summit page and today less than an hour before battle they are not anymore and cannot register. The page with the customer service is not opening , i updated the game and took maybe half an hour to update . They will blame it on internet , but what about the troops and the fact that only 3 people are registered ?

The 3utc matches are being scheduled a rematch but yes, the march issue and the x/5 being able to join is hugely reported and escalated ... I can't say if the later matches will be fixed but the bug has impacted a massive number of players (it has been reported since yesterday and now we are seeing the impact)

Sorry, only half here .. still researching a behemoth thing and trying to explain to a very eager dog that we cannot play frisbee for hours straight because human arms have limitations

It is almost a pointless event, literally and figuratively, as alliances have built up such ridiculous defenses that neither party will be able to score points. Matched opponents, should just be taken to a virtual battlefield like RR or MM, so it is actually, you know, a duel. Please make some changes or remove this stupid event.

Plasma leakage - Now polymerized plasma conversation has reduced, can the poly rewards be switched to something more useful? Perhaps something like behemoth crates or a statue pass to help F2P - mid spenders upgrade the endless amount of statues introduced to the game?

Hi Island, great observation! I also noticed that while the polymerized plasma conversion was changed favorably, the plasma leakage costs were not adjusted to match suit. If you look at them, the opportunity cost of getting 1 poly plasma is forgoing 20 regular plasma cores - this is no longer worth the tradeoff. It should definitely be updated to be more in line with the new conversion costs. And I agree, adding behemoth material into leakage would be great for F2P, and really just everyone. Thanks for sharing that! I will gladly forward it for you.

old SvS gives too much freedom on when to play.
Lets do it at a time when the devs have night time, or in the middle of the working hours.
Lets see if the devs will love it

Teeny fix on the stamina front is now dreadbeasts count as fiends for dailies and migo. So no more 10 rallies
