Feedback has been changed many times, which is confusing and upsetting to players. The new style of reporting feedback is confusing and frustrating, as it is based upon a voting system and is often ignored despite meeting protocols.

CONSEQUENCE:
Players become tired of sending feedback and lose confidence in the moderation team, the community managers, the developer representative, and the developers themselves. This leads to more negative reactions overall and can result in loss of download statistics and profits, as well as more negative reviews on app clients prompting investigation.

SUGGESTED SOLUTION:
Review highly voted feedbacks, implement that which can be, and be transparent when certain feedback reports cannot be met as well as why.

Even just looking at their numbers from last month alone, while SoS revenue is down, other titles did show profit gains, and even older titles experienced a raise in download statistics. They have multiple other titles currently in Early Access and in active development, and they spread their interests.
The larger picture is of a venture company which is expanding and growing their profile. The loss in revenue you're illustrating is normal for a game which has been out for four years.

Aye, there was a bug not long ago which had allowed some players to essentially one-shot each level and get to 250, which then granted massive rewards and enabled an easier time upgrading aircrafts and squadron.
This then made competing in other events much easier for those players, increasing their likelihood of ranking well and gaining further rewards.
The correction of it was to release more levels, but also restore difficulties (and reduce rewards in levels) so those who did not get to take advantage of the bug in time are behind in craft and squadron strength as compared to those who did.

My memory is kind of faulty (old age), so I could very well be mistaken.

Now what i have done it its still quite easy but needs (depending level) 5-7 hits.

I have noticed that with passes you get way less parts than before in 250lvl.
At first it was 7 parts for skills but now its only 4.

I didnt pay attention to level up rewards if they are reduced as well.
If so, its deffinently unfair.

That's a big part of the issue. I never did take advantage of the bug (I usually don't), so I don't really know if all the level rewards were nerfed, but 250 definitely was, and it has been an issue for many people who rely on Tactical Drill to help grow their crafts

I wasnt online for 1 hit bug as well. But after fixing i did rest of the levels till 250 with average of 4 hits on main account on first day they were opened.

Its really sad if some ppl got less rewards. Specially skill ones is really hard to get without paying.

I missed the bug too and am stuck on 248 with 0 chance of reaching 250, so raid passes can only be used on the nerfed 245, surprised theyve allowed those who exploited the bug to keep the extra parts

there are many hard aspects which we used to suffer of for long time already: bs which drags you to occupied bunker of any team (menu appears in the center and almost all click it by mistake) 3 years+, radar doesn't work properly 3years+, intro for plasma and new troops (which we already have for long time), we saw it hunreds or even thousands times. 2 years+, transparent menus (you never know if you will click something what you see or it will affect something what has to be affected if menu what you're using closed) 1,5 years+

And many didn't notice very hard bug, we got together with new ugly and laggy interface which give us additional click for events: the game eats your reports together with rewards (there are unreaded reports, which you can't see. sometimes they appear after you relogin, sometimes no, sometimes they just disappear)

i think no sense to mention other hundreds of bugs, before those will be fixed

Demolishing/damaging buildings barely gives any points and its hard to get inside them in active alliances as it depends on garrison capacity so only handful alliance members can get points, the only other way to get enough points is wounding troops in those buildings, but if enemy alliance doesn’t fight back much nobody getting any merits/points anyway… So explain wtf is this decision as it’s already in some cases are incredibly difficult to earn enough points for migo alliance duel milestone 100k…

Having reinforced all 4 buildings in your own hive doesn’t give any points if nobody attacks them too..

You needed to reach Gold to get the second sticker.

• Stone - 3 tiers x 3x stars = 9 Wins.
• Iron - 4 tiers x 3 stars = 12 wins.
• Bronze - 5 tiers x 4 stars = 20 wins.
• Silver - 5 tiers x 5 stars = 25 wins
• Gold - Tier 1 [REWARD ACHIEVED]

Total amount of time you would need to unlock a single damn STICKER is 12 hours. IN CASE YOU WIN EVERY SINGLE GAME

Lets say you wont lose every game and you wont win every game and you might win being an MVP. And you also lose stars when losing 2 games in a row.

I had around 60% winrate, and i got to silver 3, investing 2 hours a day for POW.

If you still think its fair to invest this much time and effort into a single damn STICKER, you win buddy. Feel free to spend the eternity to get one.

Hi yes please if you have time, the suggestion above is very raw but would allow all strength level’s to be useful. There are other idea that might be a better solution. For example allowing R4+ to change the battle order, so leads that have an equivalent OP hero 🫠 can fight against the opponents OP hero quicker, instead of waiting. This would free them up to utilise there strength else where. I’m also sure the community could think of other solutions too 🙂

Yes, but our strike team chat is currently used for POW summit, perhaps that’s why I have an additional flag chat.

When KotH first started and we realized the chat was shared, we used it to mess with the other teams like "hey go to this building" and then we all went to different ones lol

I was selected, and told to contact Nanami. I did that weeks ago and have gotten no response. Then, suddenly, she's poofed away and I have heard she's on vacation, but... Its more than a bit concerning and sort of feels like it was a pacification attempt to keep some of us quiet.
In the meantime, I've been taking feedback like crazy, and I've even started collating it all into a document file for reference. Very detailed stuff

I know reset is 8pm my time, so when the game says something ends on a specific day, I have to assume it means per UTC time

I understand it, but do you really think I read rules to check the end of the event or I look at the date and see 09/25 and think: ohh I can play 9/25 because it is in the date, like come on. Just look at the screen, nothing else. Event starts 9/18 2:00 and ends 9/25 21:00 that's how it looks like. And this isn't first time I got angry because of it. Alliance Throwdown have the same problem

From the feedback we will no longer have deaths and woundies, so it would be good if the points for attacking the colonies came back, because that way even offline people would have a way to score if they were attacked

I have another example of this what I am talking about. Both of the events have still going timer. One of them is closed (PoW) already and another one is running (Hidden Treasures) I know you mentioned the rules about last day is for rewards and ....... but timers shouldn't works like that

agree 100% - the day for calculating results (why thats even needed who knows) should be removed from all event times and only show the times where participation is actually possible - the calculation phase can then have its own separate timer if thats considered necessary

and its got even more confusing because some events do not have that extra day included so cant even rely on it always being a day less than stated

I think having active participation timers, and the separate ranking timers would be the best option to minimize confusion.

Calculating or tallying scores is part of the event though just needs to differentiate between participating and calculating

and somewhat related - if you can participate in an event until 23.59 and it closes at 0.00 then the respective stores need to stay open longer, eg plasma leakage
