Hey Twochae, did you tried to repair the game ? Sometimes, when updates happen repeatedly leftover files can cause problems for the game. Please clear the cache and repair the game, if it doesn't work we can try to create a bug report together.

@agile stratus This is the official PC version, or it's impossible to start accounts. It gets stuck on "loading commander data". The two Steam versions (SOS and SOS: Last Warrior) start and work, but you can't open multiple accounts at the same time: it's annoying.

Repairing and reinstalling the game does not change anything.

It can be like a second authentication. Google often alerts to sign ins to different apps than it is used to.
It might want you to allow the login via either Chrome or Gmail

As far as I’m aware they can. Within the 14 days you can also ask to stop the deletion. If you don’t then after the 14 days it will be deleted as requested.

Well my wifi entirely failed me there so I apologise. But it seems Dwight has answered your question.
Yes an account within the state does count toward the state BP regardless of whether the player is still playing or not.
The only time it wouldn’t apply was if the player requested that their account be deleted and the 14 day cooldown period has passed.
So it could be they requested account deletion 13 days ago and they’ll be counted, but if their account is deleted the day before the matching begins, they wouldn’t be included any more.

If its not the advance section of trap then you wont get any of the new hero gear items but if it is legit that the advance trap didn't give you any new materials than yeah thats a bug for sure

Please fix the Duty accumulation rate bugs. Firstly, the “base” duty accumulation, should be the lowest possible duty accumulation rate. It makes so sense whatsoever to have a base rate of 40,000 duty and having your current actual duty rate be 1,700.
2nd the Survival Guide Medical Mastery talents have the opposite effect on your duty rate than what is stated. When I select the talents that are supposed to increase your base duty rate, my base rate drops by 50-60% from what it was. As soon as I switch talents to no longer have the medical mastery ones my base duty rate jumps back up to where it was.

This is an annoying and persistent issue, every time I write to customer support about it, all statements made by me and screenshot uploaded are completely ignored and am given a copy / paste response about Duty.

I’m aware that not all factors can be reflected in the march power, but it should give at least a decent approximation.

After reporting here some time ago that there’s a huge inconsistency between the march’s BP in the truck screen and the actual battle report (i.e. according to the truck screen my march was way weaker whereas in the battle report it was slightly stronger), the values in the truck screen were adopted. Nevertheless I’m still seeing cases where my displayed march power difference in the truck screen does not match the difference in the battle report.

Obviously there are different calculation algorithms for the march power displayed in the truck screen and the battle report for the very same event. Why aren’t the figures the same? What’s the point of showing a march BP in the range of billions in the truck screen whereas the value in battle report is in the range of millions? March BP should be the same for all events, only multiplied by the amount of troops one can send.

One could call this either a bug or sloppy programming. I'm fine with both. Can we trust other figures in the battle report even if march BP calculation isn’t consistent?
