š Observation
Attempt 2 - The Quest For Information Continues: Circa 2 weeks from transfer event now: The new State Transfer System has launched with extremely limited transfer quotas and little clarity.
Players and alliances spent months planning coordinated moves, only to find that the new limits donāt support those plans at all.
Major/Active alliances now have almost no flexibility, and the introduction of another unrelated feature only adds to the confusion during an already chaotic update with spaceships flying around my Walking dead themed zombie gameā¦
š„ Consequences
Under the old system, entire alliances could transfer together, keeping states balanced and the social aspect of the game lively.
With the new limits - as little as 62 slots now ā many alliances canāt move as a group, and states canāt stay competitive if reasonable numbers of players leave.
Even more concerning: free-to-play players will be left behind.
When alliances canāt move in full, leadership will naturally prioritise top contributors, leaving many F2P players stuck in stagnant or dying states with no support and no way to follow their teams.
On top of this, no one understands how the new scoring system for incoming players works:
Is it tied to Individual migrations score?
Is this score dynamic or fixed?
Once one tier capacity is full, can we revert to the tier above to allow others in?
Something else entirely?
Without clarity, states canāt plan, coordinate, or even confirm whether they can bring in the players they already promised space to.
The outcome: weakened states, fractured alliances, and frustrated players considering quitting.
š” Suggested Solutions
Clarify the scoring system WELL BEFORE migration windows open INCLUDING MIGO STARTING. Players need to know how slots are calculated.
Make transfer limits dynamic. When players leave a state, new space should open for incoming transfers.
Increase transfer capacity to previous workable levels.
States must be able to move full alliances ā including F2P members ā to stay competitive and united.
Communicate early and clearly. Transparent guidelines allow alliances to plan properly and avoid unnecessary frustration.
š Closing Note
This update affects alliances, cross-state partnerships, game events, and spending decisions. If these issues arenāt addressed quickly, the game risks losing long-term players ā paying and free-to-play alike ā across multiple states.
Players actually want this game to succeed.
This new transfer setup should have been discussed and we should have been asked for feedback prior to launch.
Please donāt let poor organisation turn migration into a mass-exodus moment because at this point it looks like self sabotage.
