Why make levelling up the heroes become a 2-step process. There is no need to complicate things that work fine as it is.

Reset crap hero you don't use or care about.
Then when you goto click upgrade it. It'll ask you to apply xp.
That's where you click it.

Go to settings reduce the general fps to 30
Play light mode or even ultra
Quit background apps while playing sos
Try turning off low power mode on ur phones
Also switching off other player HQ skins helps

This has been my problem for a long time, I even opened a ticket about it because they can't convince me that increasing the raid score during matching is not a type of cheating

Raid score recalculation is half of the issue. However, even though I don't understand what should be recalculated, that f2p players with 50-150k raid score are matched against p18 with 1300 combat morale 🤯

The second part of the issue is that raid score calculation is broken af at all. E.g., in my alliance player who pays money has raid score 1 076 000, player who doesn't pay money has raid score 1 050 000. How is it possible? They have a huge power gap in the battle, but their difference in RR matching is 25k points? Seriously?

I'm Lead Software Engineer with 12 yeras of experience and such incompetence of dev team blows my mind. It repeats again and again. Every Reservoir Raid. Is it a result of vibe-coders who haven't even finished school yet and get their F score for Math 101? 🤦‍♂️

Power of the march is another funny joke. Random number that means nothing. 🤷‍♂️

Last time in the KotH, opponent with 400 millions power of march killed around 10 my mates with 350-400 millions power of marches and still had 75% of his march! 🤯

I have only 2 valid explanations:

• his real power of march is much more higher than 400 mil ...600-700-900?
• our real power of marches is much more lower than 350-400 mil...50-100-150?

... and it also means that everything around KotH calculations and matching is broken as well.

If development team sees nothing wrong that 1 march killed 10 marches of the same power and still has 75%.... 🤦‍♂️ so, my good advice to them is focus on the school, get at least B score for Math 101 and after that probably think about software development among adults who graduated from the universities.

Ignoring this lowers bp. You can allocate more in purple for MK2. Which is also the same.
And end result. 2 players have the same bp. But upgrade path causes 1 player to be superior in battle.

One of the members of my alliance can't login his account anymore. The Support says, his account in game and his funplus account wouldn't exist anymore, without further investigation. He provided them with a screenshot of his chief profile showing his chief ID. His account was bound to a funplus account and he just switched to a second account of him. And when he wanted to switch back he was no longer able to login his funplus account and the CS Team tells him that there is no FunPlus Account anymore and that his game account doesn't exist. But it's still there.

Did anyone of you experienced something similar and what could he do to get the account back?

It sounds very odd, even if an account gets deleted you still have cooldown period to retrieve it for two months or so (need to check FunPlus exact time in the ToU).
As mentioned I would keep raising a ticket, does he have the FP username data? If he was bound by a phone number he should try it (I have my email and phone bound but I can only login through the phone because no reason).

Does he have ss of the account binding from before? Not just the UID and settlement on map.

Also if he has proof of purchase history with that account, he can try for that with CS. It's sort of recover a stolen account situation.

Just to add to my lovely Co-mod sometimes it does take multiple attempts to get a CS agent who knows how this all works. So this is why we often say keep doing tickets even when closed until you get the one that can fix your issue.

Many states have inactivity issues and many alliances have their farms inside which sometimes can cause a confusion with the matchmaking

Hello, if the issues persists please submit an ingame game report, if basic troubleshooting does not clear this errors, restarting the game, or even after a game repair which can sometimes help reset your system. I have not seen the reports here on Discord so will assist post if your still getting the errors

Rebooting didn't fix the second one but when I just went back in again I had to restart as the "data had refreshed" or whatever that pop up is so assume it's been fixed via that as I can now rally.

Would be so good if the game basics actually functioned day to day and the incessant glitches were dealt with instead of focus being on piling in more and more ways to squeeze money out of people.

Slowed down to 1/16 speed. A few envelopes barely even made it onto the screen before the timer stopped. The timer shouldn't stop then. 100 envelopes fall, I should have a chance to snag all 100 of them. It should stop until the envelopes go off the bottom of the screen.

I love how this popup by the paper airplane prevents some things from happening.
Please stop, that popup is massively annoying. It also overlays events and "shop" icon for events like dice or fair.
Please let us disable this.

10001 is connection issues trying to download files. Maybe sos server overwhelmed and closes your connection for players who are connected, maybe the file is taking too long to download and it cancels your download and tells you to restart, basically try again. Here are some steps you might want to try to see if it might resolve your issues

• Make sure to have your account bound to atleast 1 but preferable 2 or more ways, Apple ID, Game Centre, Google, VK, Funplus, Playstore etc.

Step 1:
Force stop the app and reopen it.

Step 2:
Clear cache

Step 3:
Delete the game, restart the device, leave it off for 5 min, reinstall and let the app fully open before you click anything.

Step 4:
Test the game on a different device and see if you experience the same issue

You know how in expire mode, if you click ×2 or ×3 speed, it goes faster right.
Well, it doesn't just speed up the that, but that's a lot of info yall won't understand so anyhow 😂

Well, it's like that with dice
Let's say I have the option to do
×1 or ×50 or ×100
×50 dice = ×2 explore mode speed
×100 dice = ×3 explore mode speed

So of you play this manually , you're going to see the top part of the video if you happen to be running ×100 dice.

If you close the game and reload it.
You'll be resetting it essentially.
And all you have to do is click to roll a dice and you'll get the game to pop back up.

This is the same exact tile. Just reloaded is the bottom recording

This is annoying… I think it was at least once if not more times reported before as I do find it familiar from here but it hasn’t been fixed since… It’s difficult to state which of your marches is where after you tried to swap unless you do what I have done in this video… Sometimes you also may be likely to easily forget who you wanna beat/fight with cause the level of annoyance this creates can easily distract . Plus BP of those marches is incorrect after those swaps take place

It kinda seems to discourage me to play the event at times alike manually doing story missions used to where after 3-5 levels I had to give myself a break until the next day
