Why states who just got 6 new generations of heroes have to play in survival royale with old states? How we can fight with heroes gen 12 against players with heroes gen 18 fully finished?

We went from 12 to 16, they didn't automatically go limitless and capsules were scarce for Trish, Lucky and Robert as those heroes were replaced by other heroes in gen 16. There were some tweaks, but they didn't get the 7 to 12 treatment

My building issue was solved.
Account that had this problem was just woke up from long sleep and i had to abandon 60+ state transfer event.
Then after i cleaned cache and restarted phone, migo intro was triggered.

This was instruction of help&support so hopefully they will have idea for others too who dont have that event going.

As for me: I use 10 epic search maps for me to get completion capsules.

If you're using 1 epic map, that doesn't guarantee you a hero completion capsule.

Saving epic maps would be better than using it 1 by 1 at a time.

i constantly see advice of send a ticket to CS - what FUNPLUS need to understand that players have no confidence in the support system - IF you are lucky enough to get past the auto response all they do is keep asking for more information - screen shots they ask for is not good enough - video they ask for is not good enough - when you ask them exactly what they require they simply reply "more information" - result is players do not bother wasting there time getting frustrated by a system designed to not help you - how is it not possible for dev's not to be able to enter an account and see for themselves the issue - answer is simple - they do not care as long as the money is flowing they do not have to fix anything

If I was to give a new player advice, I’d say unlock all the heroes you can, and upgrade them later.. no point wasting money on them, just unlock as many as you can.. they are cheaper to upgrade by gen 8… fragments after gen7 are no good, so they’re a dime a dozen at this stage

One big mistake a lot of players make is they forget to routinely update the heroes on the wall for base defence

You should always have your strongest heroes on the wall

I’d also say, focus upgrades on badges and behemoth/planes.. they are the largest part of your stats and take the longest to upgrade.

Update about the game loop problem : solution was to fully close the game (not only the explorer mission) and do a restart.

But now I can't build that many towers again ofcourse 😂

Its not a bug. They reset the rewards at Wednesday when fixing the apex log in thing. But they gave out compensation for the fact noone can reach the 6 days log in reward.

In fact we got the rewards for that tasks. On top the coins before resetting remained while we been able to open the crates on top again, so in the end we get more rewards this week than we originally could have achieved

Currently, our state has TD (Throwdown) and operation resurgence.

🚨 ). But it gets auto selected. I don't have the time or will to manually play this boring event over and over in this game with a bazillion of events every day. It's still a bug, even if there's a (time consuming) workaround.

Exactly because, the devs made the mistake, to put this one in the mid-event-term, not to the end, where players got a second chance to take it. Now a lot got useless duplicates, i think, its just a design mistake. Premium Rewards should be at the end, not in the mid.

and this makes more sense for latecomers, late spenders which cant reach the last rewards from the timeline. And i think that was intended but way to early.

and this is my small little critic. Because Premiums costs a lot to get them, specially in tycoon

For example, if peoples cant reach the rewards in phase 7/7, put some Premium into the wheel, so those, which reached them, can pass, the rest can spend, to obtain them. But in the mid-event, it makes 0 Sense in my eyes.

Sometimes it happens to me even when my internet connection is not stable, before the game disconnects me

It might be a visual bug. If the all the troubleshooting steps won't work,we can't be sure because no one has reported this until now 😅
Sometimes when similar things happens to me I just need to restart the game for them to show up

I have reported this exact bug in PTR 3 days ago, you always need to tap twice on your intel to attack it, it's annoying, but even more that once again it was carried to live server instead of simply fixing it

This is awful, no surprise it was dragged into live server instead of fixing. It’s common practice it seems, deadlines bringing out these updates and then fix them weeks down the line. I’d heavily encourage to pay CS a visit and then visit #🐞︱bug-reporting-bot regarding these concerns.

The new version of Game on Iphone and on PC is messing with background apps.

For example - Iphone 14 - If you play youtube in the background, and then open SOS app, the youtube starts bugging. Same with sound cloud.

Fix this issue, SOS app shouldn't affect other applications.
