I'm sorry, but it's just insane to use slow mode longer than about 15 seconds to keep a chat cool. Killing conversation isn't the answer, and 5 minutes is just insane, especially when you don't turn it off. Add more channels, hell, I'd help moderate if you'd like.
And add something like carlbot so that you can mute people for a few minutes if they are spamming. Killing the experience for everyone just hurts the server, especially when people are trying to help eachother.
This isn't meant to be mean, this is a constructive criticism from a moderator of many other servers.

Also, shotguns/pistols will be your best bet, if you can kill scavs with those, you'll be good, or you can shovel out some money for an sks or mosin. 762x39 ps slaps good, and 762x51r in general is pretty good

Lastly, if you use shotguns, be disciplined to go for leg shots, if the enemies head isn't available, cause buckshot kills. But always headshot first if possible, cause every pellet does enough damage to one shot the head.

Having a high ergo gun isn't going to save you imo
If your ever in a spot where the split differences of your build come into play, then you have already made mistakes during the raid.
Early on, id focus more on going around fights, as in your gun currently you have terrible ammo
Ammo is more important than the gun by a long shot

( early on. Id use ammo like ps from prapor or use the lps for the mosin. Decent pen rounds early. Guns arent the best, but if you headshot then the second shots dont really matter. Stay to the outside of fights and focus on survival. )
