Check the keybinds in the settings. If that does not work, unplug your mouse or wireless dongle, wait one minute, plug it back in, maybe restart the game too. If all that doesn't work, I'd check out the #community-support.

You actually have good timing, about a week ago the game wiped its servers so everyone was reset so even though you have those players that go hard sitting at level 30 already a majority of the player base is still pretty low geared. As for finding players, with how many users are in this server and Sherpahub, it's pretty easy to find a playgroup.

Just crouched in second floor of factory through an entire 3 man gunfight in the next room, without moving, for 5 minutes, and had someone come down the hall and no look spray headshot me while I was off center of the door after literally just entering the second floor. Wasn't even part of the original fight. Literally just arrived.
Right through the wooden door, no way to know I was there, came from the opposite side of the hall from where there is literally a one inch crack through the stuck door. 0% chance he saw me.

Maybe, but he dumps into a closed, literally empty (as far as he should know) room next to office without even checking office first. Right by those stairs? It would have to be a pretty perfect guess on where I was in the room, my current position, and completely ignorees that there might be someone in the next room who would hear the noise, step out, and tap him. It was too confident.

I accidentally selected customs again when I was supposed to select factory because I'm in the middle of deliver from the past. I was pissed because I felt I was going to die and have to go repeat everything and I was going to lose a factory gear kit that I saved up for the mission. You have to make sure your cards are able to be used for international transactions, not all of them can be.
