@sage stag From what I've heard from other people it's more efficient to have a higher wattage power supply than you need. Most PSUs don't run into issues unless you overdraw it.

Ok, so what you have to do is go to msconfig and do a diagnostic startup, afterwards google how to turn JUST your internet back on through your services menu, it's a little different from PC to PC. After that try running the installer again.

I tried to do what you told me to and i didn't manage to get it working. After that I figured that if I formated my disc and reinstalled windows the thing that was blocking the installation would be gone. (It's a new PC with not much on it, a few days old reinstalling everything was no big deal.) But it still wouldn't install with a clean PC with only Tarkov on it. I also didn't mention before that the first time i tried to install it, it started installing but then I got a popup saying that some file can't be installed because my internet is too slow even though it was 2MB\s and the options were continue and abort, after clicking continue it would just sit there at the same progress as before and after a few minutes it would pop up again. After a few tries I clicked abort and the installation stopped and when i tried to install it again I arrived at the current problem. I have no clue how to fix it.

its not getting declined, its being stopped for possible fraudulent transactions. almost all banks as well as paypal have safety features for transactions with off shore countries to keep people from getting robbed. call your bank and make sure they are not blocking the transaction

Xsolla does accept prepaid cards, they just have to be able to be used for international purchases. Not all cards are able to do that
