This is a localization issue with the wrong info on the scoring card, the English version has the correct scoring. It's only 5 pts for a contribution

🔹 My Disco can't jump/summon!
There is an efficiency calculation bug affecting the client. A possible workaround is to change one of the parameters affecting efficiency like swapping in/out Discovery crews, upgrading your Disco's warp component, or increasing Cultivated Mycelium Jump Cost Efficiency research (Support tab, top row).

🔹 There's no place to use the Officer Transponder!
The Officer Transponder exchange doesn't populate on the PC client yet. Log into the game on a mobile client to exchange it.

🔹 My ship is stuck!
Try the email option in contacting CS.

The constina space system on server 80 is game breaking right now. If you click a separatist ship to scan it just clocks and breaks the system UI forcing you to restart the game. If you kill one, your entire game freezes and you have to restart. If you even view the battlelog of after the fight, it crashes the game as well.

Delays on the client acknowledging or showing that you have been attacked continue to be a problem. My phone actually warned me this time almost a full minute before the PC client even flashed a red warning that an attack was coming in. It's impossible to fight through an attack when the client lets you get hit 3 times before it even tells you an attack came in. I mean, I want to keep them blowing themselves up guys, you need to help me out here. It's supposed to be a PvP game, not a let your station get hit repeatedly one sided game.

Hey guys, has anyone else noticed an issue with Marcus' 2nd ability triggering during a discovery vs. discovery fight?
For the current disco pvp event I have been using Kang/Marcus/Worf as a crew (dont have Harrison 😅 ), and in some fights, without any clear pattern to reproduce, Marcus' 2nd ability to increase shield piercing just didnt trigger at all, regardless of if I was the attacker, if I won or not and if the fight went 1 or more rounds.
It looks to me like for some fights, Marcus was just too occupied plotting evil schemes to actually care for shield piercing increases 😄

also it doesnt just happend to me, other players in my alliance were able to reproduce the issue with a disco vs. disco fight. Can any of you reproduce that too?

Like, depending on his tier (My t4 does 12%) he could increase your officer health to an odd number like 128.6 for example which is then rounded up and shows as the next tier of officer health bonus. This only shows on the client though whilst the server has the correct values and applies the correct officer health stat bonus

There seems to be a client to server communication issue.

Pretty sure everyone knows of the issue when you initiate warp mid flight to escape from combat, but after some seconds you get pulled out of it right into combat.

I now had it that i initiated an attack on someone across the system, then recalled mid flight. Even though my client went into warp, the server still followed through with my initial attack.

typically, when we see shield errors, one of two root causes is at play:

1. You didn't force communication between the client and server after applying the shield but before logging off. To do that, send helps or collect a timed gift box after setting the shield and before you log off.
2. They accidentally hit the reshield button when attacking a hostile (clicking too quickly).

But you can send a ticket to CS and ask them to review your log. They can tell.

If you aren’t on an android device, then as far as I know you can’t use google play to pay as it is an android specific method. Just like on the pc or web store I cannot use the Apple App Store to pay. The whole point of scopely creating the web store was to avoid paying the huge cut to google and Apple.

Yes that would, as it is an android emulator and is running the android version of the game.

Keep in mind if you can use a different payment method such as PayPal or straight CC, buying thru the true pc version or webstore gets you the multiphasic credits which you buy additional packs with. Gives you an increased value per purchase.

It's not so bad if they're far enough away and you're prepared for when it pops up. Otherwise it prevents you from responding. Who is the genus at Scopley that can’t add. A Chance to Shine AMS requires 22.5 k points, even with 5 per kill it requires 4500 kills. You are only allowed 2000 per day. The ams is only 2 days. What is up.

I have lost all faith in Scopely. The game started crashing on me about a year or so ago, and now I can't even get into the game to play. Scopely CS reps keep trying to pawn it off as an issue with my device, yet I have had my device tested and there is no issue with my device. What makes Scopely employees think the customers are unable to understand the difference between a hardware issue and a software issue? Before you leave an alliance there is a big fat confirmation pop-up warning you you will lose ongoing alliance events progress. This is how it works

That is not an issue. You are tied to initial alliance. Leaving disqualifies you from participation of that particular event even if you rejoin original alliance

(1) 2byte characters, for languages like Japanese.
Every time I have to finalize the text, the text is cut off.

I found a way to fix this bug by trial and error.
I solved it by changing game language to English and then back to Japanese.
It seems to be effective for Japanese and Korean, which uses a 2byte language.

This is because there is no change management. They don't check to see if they put a broken routine back in a release. It seems this is more like a high school project than a business.

There’s an issue with the coordinate sharing in iOS. Sharing links in game are resolving as follows and are not able to be selected in the chats.

No but done hard resets and cleared localisations. Not just myself but many are having issues since the 'fix' updatr

When exporting the battle logs on a PC that uses the comma , as decimal separator, the numbers with decimals get mixed up

There are so many bugs reintroduced in the latest patch...like squashed text in ship tags, Ships Stuck in battle, Event menu pages are presenting blank (requiring the player to hit the back button), Subspace interference errors (due to serious lag), Systems blank when trying to view them (requiring player to go out to galaxy mode and try again), game crashing frequently...just to list a few..

Yeah, mine crashes a lot when trying to do missions and events. I have given up on them. It seems to kick you out at the most crucial points at those times. And by the time you get back in your ship is dead...more wasting mats and RSS for repairs...only for it to happen again.
