With the first ever Infinite Incursions event, we saw you take on new adversaries never before possible in Star Trek Fleet Command. We saw many of you make transfers to the opposing server, and heard tales of exciting battles. With that, we’d like to announce that our next Infinite Incursions event will happen next week.
We’ve received a ton of feedback on how we can best improve the event and want to thank you for letting us know. There are some aspects of Infinite Incursions that we’re adjusting for the coming round, but some of your other suggestions will take more time to consider/implement. The reason initially she was removed was because Una was meant to be exclusive to the Infinite Incursions event. However, we understand everyone's feedback which is why we decided to make this exception and add her back to the store with a limit.
We also have heard your concerns when it comes to the event schedule and are looking to add more events everyone can participate in that also provide event store currency as a reward.
Right now we're also looking to slot in an additional Jelly Brawl event, and as we finalize the schedule further we'll be sure to let everyone know.|

We've gotten a lot of feedback about the event structure for this arc and wanted to provide some updates.
The Mantis Events for destroy hostiles, hunting for venom and using the active ability on the ships will have additional metrics on them going forward so that players that don't have the Mantis can participate and complete them
We're also going to be adding additional events to the event calendar that reward more event store currency and are not related to the Mantis, and when we have a schedule of those events we'll be sure to let everyone know.

We've seen many questions about how to earn Mantis blue prints in game going forward and we wanted to give everyone an update.
Right now, the team is still working on the way we will provide these blue prints after this arc. As soon as we have more concrete details and when it will be available, we'll let everyone know.
Rest assured, a way to earn Mantis blueprints through in-game actives will be available in the near future as we have done in the past.

We've received reports that some Commanders are having difficulties attacking ships after they've been debuffed by the Mantis. Restarting the app, and for some, going to the galaxy map and then back into the system when this happens resolves the issue, and the team is currently looking into what is causing this.

We received reports yesterday for the Deep Space Ordinance SLB that normal damage and crit damage were working against normal hostile (excluding other Commanders).
We updated the event information yesterday to show this scoring metric, however upon further investigation we've found that only crit damage is being counted. We'll be removing the normal damage line in the event scoring details as it never applied.
Just to reiterate, normal damage never counted for any Commander and no points were earned in this way for anyone.

Hostiles Healing After Battle
We've identified why hostiles (or player ships) are regenerating and are working on a fix! This should be out in the next few hours and will continue to update everyone.
Alliance Contribution
A fix is in the works as we speak for alliance help counting towards daily goals!
Bulk helping all will only count once for now, so please individually help your Alliance members if you're trying to score in an event or daily goal. Full fix will be deployed later this week or next to allow bulk help as well. Bulk contributing to your Alliance will still score as normal.

Fighting for Resistance (SMS)
This event ran yesterday and required the killing of Jem Hadar hostiles - the team is aware of cargo limitations and a higher than intended time to complete. For the next run players Ops50+ will have requirements dropped
Loyalty to the Resistance (SMS)
Today’s event requiring you to earn Bajoran Reputation - the scoring metric will be increased to 1000 per rep point earned. If you have already claimed the rep bundle you should be able to complete it when it comes off cooldown (22H timer) before the event finishes tomorrow. Final note; the team is looking to have modified milestones next time this event runs to avoid this issue.

Here are the known issues with the Alliance Tournament that we're still looking into:
• Tasks are not scoring correctly when using the slider (15+) in the multiphasic chests.
• Tasks are stuck and cannot be completed.
• Tasks are disappearing after being started.
• Translation bugs (mismatched in other languages).
We are also working on a comp and will extend the Borg store for the missing Mega Cube rewards issue.

We’d like to be transparent with you about today’s hotfix and what it means for your gameplay experience. Some of you may have noticed that the displayed stats for assigned officers on docked ships appear lower than in the Update M71 from October. However, with today’s fix, these stats have actually reverted to their accurate values from before that update.
In Update M71, a visual glitch caused the stats for assigned officers on docked ships to be displayed at double their intended values, even though the officers’ performance stayed the same. This was the concern that needed addressing. Officer stats are now back to their true values as intended, giving you an accurate reflection of their performance.
Thank you for your understanding and for bringing this to our attention. If you see any issues like this pop up in the future, please let us know, and we will look into them as soon as possible!

We are hearing feedback from players regarding the difficulty for the El-Aurian Hostile Hunt SMS and will be extending the time to complete for the next run. **We will be running an extra SMS tomorrow that will offer more Event Store Currency to make up for it. **
Ops 38 and under players will have multiple events starting tomorrow and into the rest of the month, we will update the IGN to show those events more clearly to players
The team is also looking into the issue where the USS Voyager is showing an Evolution Tier and we are working on a fix.

A comp chest was sent out that auto completed the Flashpoint 1: Repel Hurak, chapter 1 mission, it may have appeared to be empty but it granted tokens to finish the mission. The remaining chapter 2 and 3 missions are being looked into. Chapter 3 would've completed for those servers that reached the second milestone on the IMS 2 refine transogen event. For those servers that were having issues with IMS 2 scoring properly, it is also being looked into.

In an attempt (hopefully not a futile one 🥁 ) to clear up confusion surrounding the Borg event we have put together the following points after discussions with LiveOps:
Imminent Threat is an early adoption bonus and can only be completed by purchasing a pack to supplement Borg Points available from events
All milestones in Borg Reconnaissance event will be reachable by completing all the related events over the course of the month - the new Borg missions will unlock when tier 5 rewards are claimed from this event. Imminent Threat and Officer upgrade event will accelerate but are NOT a necessity for 225k points
Premium Rewards in Event Store are only available to players who purchase the Premium Reward pack in store

@latent steeple During the Outlaws III Battlepass, each weekend there will be an event where strong performance awards event store currency as well as a Gauntlet token. To qualify to compete the following weekend, you will need to receive a Gauntlet token the previous week. Each round will require players to carry out various actions related to the Outlaws arc. The 1st round is an alliance leaderboard, the 2nd will be a solo milestone event, while the 3rd and 4th will be solo leaderboards. Each round will become increasingly difficult/competitive and the rewards will increase each week. The final round will have Epic, Rare, and Uncommon Battle Frames (depending on ranking in the leaderboard), Apex research medals, and Heist loot.

In response to your feedback on today's events, the team has increased the number of systems that host lower level anomaly hostiles (e.g. level 23 systems) from 3 to 6, making the total number of anomaly event hostile systems 8 (previously 5). This should also help to reduce lag in those systems.
This change was effective beginning with the 3PM PDT events.

'We would like to clarify how mining works in the Origin Sector systems. Owners of a zone have exclusive mining rights in that zone's systems. The development team has been looking into reports of incomplete or delayed scoring in the Anomalous Phenomena event, in particular about extra points for using the USS Discovery. We can confirm these are cases of delayed scoring.
We've also heard your feedback about some events having too high requirements and we will be rebalancing them for future runs.
In general, when an action scores multiple sets of points, it is processed as individual scoring actions, and sometimes part of it can be delayed so it looks like you didn't get full points. This is common to all events that have a "bonus" or "extra" point mechanic. The team is aware and working to improve the overall performance of our scoring system, in the meantime we thank your patience.

Players who have already completed the mission 'A long way home' will receive a gift chest with the additional 5 keys to claim the 'Redux' mission. This is due to a change that had to be made because a mission later in the 2nd chain wouldn't appear as the first chain needed to be completed beforehand. The dev team is aware of the ship and base repair issues after yesterdays maintenance and are working on a client update to resolve this, estimated to be available this week.
The ship bug is visual and the lower 'speed up' button will start to repair your ship or open the speed up window if the repair is already in progress
The base bug is more serious as there is no known workaround for this, so the team extended the ceasefire shields for all players by 24hrs yesterday and issued some shields in a maintenance chest.

We recently found an issue with the cost of the new Swarm Horde armadas. After today's update, all three armadas - level 40, 44, and 48 - will cost 100 rare armada directives as originally intended. We have not changed the rewards offered, so those who open a leader chest will still have the chance to receive several Jaylah shards and rare armada credits. Here is what I hope to be, the last tag I'll be doing towards all of you today!
On the 'Impress Me' event for players below OPS35, we got reports that Eclipse Directives spend wasn't counting. This is working as intended.
The text 'Engaging and defeating Eclipse armadas does not grant progress' refers to this and the point tool-tips didn't include 'R. Eclipse' or 'E. Eclipse'.
Some were confused by the text that points were scored 'in any system' and this has been removed from the event description.
You may need to restart the app to see this change.
Finally, there were mentions of people scoring points with Eclipse for the Victory/Defeat conditions. We'll leave this event unchanged and investigate for future runs.

An update from the team regarding upcoming events:
We are always looking for ways to improve and have been listening closely to your feedback. As a result, we are making several changes to events for this month. The following updates will go into effect tomorrow:
🔹Interstellar Excavator has been removed from the calendar for April 13th and 14th. You will still be able to get enough event tickets for one event both days. This package can be found in the Gift section after the event reset.
🔹Ticketed Event scoring has been increased. You will now earn 3 pts for G2 materials, 12 pts for G3, and 25 pts for G4 enabling you to complete the events more efficiently.
There are more changes in store for events that have already run and those yet to begin. We will continue to share updates with you and listen to your feedback.

We understand that there appears to be a scoring spike with the last milestone of the SMS event.
Please note this is balanced around defeating around 50 level-appropriate Borg Probes (40 in the case of levels 26-28) across an expected 2 trips to Borg space.
Today, milestones 1-3 have lower values than intended, which will just give players their M1-3 rewards earlier.
Overall effort to reach the last milestone is the same as we intended.
As for the duplicate 9 of 10 offer in the event store, this has now been fixed offering both 7 of 10 and 9 of 10.
Following some of your questions, please know that event tickets are awarded for completing milestone 4 of the daily SMS.
And finally, the amount of ticketed events may vary depending on the amount of other events running so rest assured, you're not missing any.

• Level 31 hostiles for ops 36-41 were not scoring correctly. This has been corrected.

Away Teams:
The team is also investigating a potential issue with the Away Teams "Refresh Now" button not being available to some players (grayed out) after assignments are done.

This of course is a currency earned during Apex events that are CONVERTED to apex medals for research or materials. This has now been corrected to CORRECTLY show the apex research medals as intended.
For players who completed their events early, a compensation chest will go out containing the appropriate number of Research Medals. For all other commanders, we will issue a gift chest containing the number of Apex trophies that were incorrectly placed into the events, giving everyone the same bump headed into your next Apex event. Also, the ISS Jellyfish Acquisition event was launched as a 24hr SLB instead of 72hrs as originally planned. There might be instances where your game continues to show 100 shards; rest assured that you will be rewarded 115 shards for first place regardless of what is shown.

Here is some information from Live Ops with regards to some community questions from the last few days
• Any players experiencing issues with their Daily Events should see them restored shortly
• 4of10 Shards received through the Gifts do not count towards the full sourcing through events for him planned this Arc
• Para Bellum and Jellyfish Brawl will be running this Arc with a schedule update to come show them
• 40+ Players noticing a discrepancy in the Ore variation of the Mining Ticket event can complete the event and will receive the missing rewards in a gift in the next few days
• In game news detailing the sourcing of Worf and 4of10 shards during the Arc will return once the mistakes have been corrected
• The Unlock for the lvl 26 Cloaking capable ships that are in the Elite BattlePass cannot be converted or used for 28+ ships. For the lvl 28+ ships you can purchase through the store for this month. Going forward they will become available in the Faction store but will also be made available in the event store at the conclusion of this seasons Arc

We have received many questions around the War & Business Speculation SLB this morning so will clarify how the scoring works.
The event specifies whether your goal is to mine latinum or concentrated latinum. This can be done in any system. There is also a single designated system where you can score with PvP Hull Damage and stealing (or losing) latinum in addition to enjoying a mining bonus. This designated system varies depending on level.
The specific ship that scores also varies, with levels 24-35 scoring D'Vor vs D'Vor damage and levels 36-60 scoring D'Vor Feesha vs D'Vor Feesha damage. Raiding and mining, however, is scored regardless of ship.
We hope this clarifies how to compete in this event.

For today's event, "Who's That Officer" we discovered community members that completed the milestones were given two (2) points instead of one (1) which was not intended (e.g. the event was intended to give 1, not 2).
We're still looking into the best way to handle this situation, however, any adjustment that is made will not prevent Commanders from completing the Tendi event; if you have done and continue to do all of the Tendi (Trophy) milestones to this point and complete the current and future events, you're on track to unlock Tendi.

Members of the community, such as @crimson glade, has brought to my attention that there is some confusion on whether this event will be granting a "bonus" point, meaning community members will have the option to skip a Tendi (trophy) event.
As stated in my previous announcement, Commanders that complete the Who's that Officer" event receive two (2) points instead of the one (1) that was intended. No changes to the event or Commander point totals have been made at this time, but the intention is to compensate for this additional point in some way so that all events with a May Completionist trophy still need to complete the Tendi recruit event.

I'd like to give everyone an update on the Tendi event scoring in regards to the "Who's That Officer" trivia event providing two (2) points instead of the intended one (1) point that started on Friday 5/6 and ended on 5/8
After looking into the overall structure of the event, we've decided we will not be altering the points Commanders have gained up to this point and will not increasing the overall points needed to complete the Tendi event.
Instead, we'll be removing a trophy from a future event, the concluding event of Sal tlhIngan wo' trivia event, which will compensate for the additional point that everyone has gained from completing the "Who's That Officer" event
Just as before, all SMS events with a May Completionist Trophy you see in game must still be completed to finish the event

We've been taking in the feedback about today's "Doomsday Fissures" SMS and would like to thank you all for letting me know. We understand many of you feel the uncommon armada points are too low, and for some the rare armadas may be a bit too difficult to complete. We also agree, that starting a rare armada with the intent to lose does not make for a good experience.
Effective immediately, we are doubling the points earned for defeating and losing to uncommon armadas. The points will be tracked correctly immediately, but the visual representation on the score table will take some time to appear in-game. These points will go for all uncommon armadas defeated/lost to moving forward and will not effect point totals from past armadas.
We'd like to thank you all again for the feedback so we could adjust in real time to make for a better experience.

I've gotten a few questions about the Tendi event progress and wanted to also update on that today. The "Complete New Missions" SMS from last week provided everyone three trophies instead of the displayed one trophy.
These trophies will NOT be removed, the amount of trophies needed to finish the Tendi event will not be increased, and trophies will not be removed from events that are planned to have them as a reward. For those who completed the "Complete New Missions" SMS, you will have two extra trophies for the event.

We want to acknowledge some scoring issues we've had today with the Memorial Day events that were prepared:
• The LD Recruit SLB was rebooted to no longer be a cross-server leaderboard. We are reviewing the first XSLB and we will provide an update later today on how we will address previous points earned.
• Scoring issues with Chumming not awarding the bonus points with the appropriate Lower Deck officers as Team Captain has been noticed. Due to the nature of this issue we are making the following adjustments to the scoring:
• Increased all base scoring.
• Added points for critical success.
• Removed points for team lead bonuses.

For the new Faction Allegiance event, we wanted to give a little context to better explain how the event works.
When you claim a weekly bundle from the faction store, the associated daily goal will not trigger until the following day. Once triggered, the goals will continue to trigger again every day until you've completed all 7 of them. We want to make sure nobody is alarmed when they finished their goal and don't see another one displayed right away.
Choose 1 of 3 factions. Then claim the bundle for that faction. Then next day starts the trigger for daily goals associated with that faction.

We've seen a lot of discussion about the Galaxy Tree Extension and have more adjustments coming your way!
Starting today at daily goal reset, 9pm PT, we'll be increasing the amount of rodinium provided by daily goals to make acquiring the new resource easier. The amount available in packs will also be increased to better match the amount being sourced through daily goals. For those who purchased the packs before these changes, you will be sent a gift of the amount added.
You may need to reset your game to see the new values!
We also will be starting a bonus refinery event tomorrow that will go on for the next week.

A few months ago, Rev Deuce hosted a community survey with twenty five different topics to help get me up to speed. Once the results were in, I went over the topics with the team and wanted to provide everyone with some updates.

G4 Mining Nodes: At the beginning of the Strange New Worlds update we already added additional G4 mining nodes which I announced after the patch notes in Discord
Transporter patterns were recently updated with brand new officers based off community requests and will continue to receive additional updates in the future
Additionally, just this past weekend we put out a Chen and Ta’lan pack based on popular demand.
Lastly, there are two community hot topics we’d like to announce now:
Cosmic Cleanup: Cosmic Cleanup will now run every Saturday regardless if the battle-pass is active or not!
Refinery: In the coming month we will be increasing the refinery output. Additionally, we will be hosting a bonus refinery monthly.
We’d like to thank you all for the feedback and for being passionate caring members of the community. We hope this is the start of continued open two way communication and I am looking forward to being your emissary in the future.

▫️ We're aware of an issue where revenge hostiles are not counting for some events. A hotfix is already in the works and should be deployed in a hour or two (no downtime).
▫️We're looking into the 100 chest opening option that was stated in the in the patch notes. Looks like it was left our of the release but will be added into the next patch/update.
▫️The new Galaxy Frame does not appear as intended and will be fixed in an upcoming patch.
▫️I've seen all of the feedback regarding the new notifications (red pips) feedback and we will be making adjustments to it accordingly. The goal is to improve your experience (not reduce it).

In preparation for the Infinite Incursions and based on your feedback, we just archived bases who put on a 30d shield but haven't logged to the game in the last few days (essentially they will disappear from the galaxy).
Note, if those players come back then their bases unarchive automatically. (reappear again). This should help prevent their bases from being attacked without them being aware of it.
For everybody else, remember to move your bases to systems level 19 or below if you want to keep your shield up and stay out of Incursion events. There will be plenty of time to do it before Incursions start next Monday (full schedule of events will follow in-game this weekend).

We're seeing many of you take the opposing server in our first ever Infinite Incursions event! We wanted to provide some info on the feedback you've provided to us
▫️ The issue where ships would appear full health for some players and couldn't be repaired by the owner when attacking a station has a fix in progress and should be released today
▫️ The issue where some players are unable to claim event rewards is currently being investigated
▫️ The promised gift chest for EU Commanders that experienced lag over the weekend is still being put together and I'll let everyone know when it's sent! (This will now be going out to EVERYONE not just EU players)
▫️ We've seen feedback that commas in the scoring would make reading it easier, and we're looking into it.
▫️ We're also aware that scores are not showing on the PC client
▫️ Tracking the other servers score isn't providing the correct value

We want to thank everyone for the feedback on Infinite Incursions and for letting us know about some of the issues you've been experiencing.
Our goal always is to provide an experience that is first and foremost fun for everyone playing Star Trek Fleet Command. With the issues you’re experiencing, we feel it diminishes the experience of what Infinite Incursions is supposed to be and what we wanted to achieve.
Due to this, we will be stopping the current Incursion event in APAC and delaying the future Infinite Incursion runs for US and EU until these issues are resolved (aiming for later this week or early next one).
To all Commanders on the servers with an Infinite Incursions event currently running, we will be sending out rewards for some of the events that are being stopped short.

With the success of today's APAC launch of Infinite Incursions we will be launching the US events tomorrow and EU a day after that!
As we've said in the past, we are very focused on providing a balanced and optimized experience for everyone when pairing servers together. That means that we won't be able to pair few instances across different regions like we originally planned, due to concerns about fairness and performance.
However, due to the uneven amount of NA, EU, and APAC servers, we will have to give one server from each region a "bye-week" where they won't participate. This situation might change in the future as we keep adding new servers and merging older ones.
We will be rotating which server receives the pass each time we run Incursions to ensure everyone over time get's the same amount of Incursion events.
Servers who will sit out the incursions this round/week are below (we will be running an additional Incursion event later this month with different servers in the "Neutral Zone").
Thank you for all the feedback this past week on Infinite Incursions. We're going to be continuing to listen and improve on this new event and wish everyone participating the best of luck.
