It is one thing for FTP items to get messed up cuz Scopely Devs arent Deving... But when people PAY for things and they arent working, thats a whole other animal. imagine going to a Chevy dealership, buying a silverado, and on the way home you realize the brakes dont work.

All I see is more bugs, unfixed player enemy bugs and nothing new regarding quality of life. Nx01 mastery is ridiculous high, talios has a requirement of archive 26 and the final parts lock at 58, mantis has archive 60 and cant even remember meridian… fun fact if a bug is player friendly gets corrected in a blink. The way I see it now we , the players, are like clowns in a circus while scopely is watching the show.

The new Venari Ral in Academy space - shouldn't Critical Damage Mitigation from the Academy building work against them? I'm seeing zero critical damage mitigation in my battle log.
Also, there seems to be a big discrepancy comparing the hostile ability description which states 10% Hyperthermic Decay in the first round, vs the battle log which shows 25% Hyperthermic Decay damage every single round.

They've infiltrated academy space, and are only designed to be killed by Athena, because they reduce non Athena ship damage by 99% and have various buffs that usually only Athena can counter.

I actually get satisfaction out of seeing so many failures from Scopely now.. Every customer and player you lose is sweet karma at this point.

Your Senior Vice President makes statements about fixing the game and almost immediately the game tanks to a new low level of lag and brokenness. And to add insult to injury you offer more cash grabs to the players you're already angering.

Kir’shara artifact is not working. After destroying the current hostile, the program briefly attempts to target the next hostile in the queue for a fraction of a second, then it untags that hostiles and jumps ahead to the next one, and never battling that first queued hostile. Very annoying! And if I tag/add additional hostiles to the queue, it again skips the next one in queue and jumps to the next.

New bug for me. When my ship logs into a system there is a delay of ~5 sec for the content to show. The same is when I play with multiple ships in different systems / switch between them or check the mining ships, or log into my home system. (EU 135, lvl 53, Win desktop and Android, all updates applied)

Sometimes it loads in 5 seconds, other times I have had to exit and enter again after 20+ seconds of nodes/hostiles not loading.
Combined with the lag on repairing ships, changing docks and that thing when selecting another ship and the manage, locate, recall option shows but just before you click it disappears and you have to reselect that dock.

The game is now a stressor instead of a way to de-stress.

Guys is there a bug with the NX-01 archives? I am Ops 42, have the NX-01, Archive level 40 and cannot unlock stage 1/12 as it reads "Requirements not met". I also have enough Archive Data Shards although that shouldn't matter for the requirements itself.

Fleet Commander abilities pop up windows don’t open correctly. Using iPad. Tapping on an ability does nothing until exiting the skill tree screen. Reopening the skill tree screen immediately loads the window for the previously tapped skill.

Kirshara is a complete and total disaster. It has exactly 0% functionality.

Chest Collections have changed from a grid presentation to a horizontal line that flashes across the top of the screen and you can't see what was collected.

The bulk refines for factions we're a nice addition, but it took 4 and 1/2 years which is as long as I have played. Please don't take that long to fix these problems.

And as always, G6 Klingon uncommon solo armadas are busted. Only two of the four work. That's going on 3 months now.

Kirshara bug # I lost count but after updating app today new bug, if you try to add hostile to your chain while your ship is moving and when the time reaches its turn your ship is going to stop for 5 to 10 seconds or forever, so workaround is to add ships to queue when your ship in battle

Kir'shara Artifact is getting stuck so much more often. So often that it's hardly usable in it's current state. When it's like this, we have to queue it off, re-target the hostile, and click attack again. A game mechanic that was designed to be a QOL is in a current state of being un-usable. I feel like I'm back in G3 waiting for a battle to end and then targetting/attacking the next hostile.

Please, please prioritize making the Kir'shara work in a way that players find more enjoyment with than they do frustration

You've probably upgraded and scrapped the Revenant, this bug seems to be happening to quite a few people...
If restarting or deleting localization doesn't help, you'll need to contact support #👽-how-to-contact-support message. They'll give you the parts to Upgrade your Revenant again.
I heard that if you upgrade the Revenant back to the level you scrapped it at, the refinery reappears.

When repairing multiple ships and speeding them (so I can repair the next ship) the help button flips between help and spend lat to speed instantly back and forth a couple times. If I don't patiently wait for this to finish I accidentally hit the spend lat button. This used to give an error and it was annoying but wasn't a big deal, but now it seems like I'm actually pushing the spend lat to speed button. Thankfully I have the option set to ask if I'm sure I want to do this, but all it takes is one frustrated "yes" click because I wasn't really reading the text to get me to spend a crazy amount of lat.

My meridian is fully upgraded and I have enough archive credits yet it says I haven't met the requirements. I ran into the same issue with the Franklin A. I never reported that but it took almost a year before it was cleared up. I definitely don't feel like waiting that for this 1.

Chiming in on the Excelsior Decloacking and Enhance abilities.

1. Not having targets is WAAAYYYYYY too frequent - every day, take out 3-4, then no target, fidget around, go to other system, send other ship to kill hostiles... Then maybe a new bunch of targets show up. It's REALLY not worth the time!!

2. Ability simply not working/stuck on [negative] timer see photo.
   Same as above - completely random when it resets. Go to another system, suicide hit, reset location.... Random if/when it comes out if its stupor.

3. Enhance works... On SOME ships, not all ships.

Bulk Claim in transogen refinery doesn't remember artifact settings after I change it. I change which artifacts to refine, then come back later and it's back to old settings.

Funny whenever you try to claim chest the game goes wrong. Whenever you run an amarda the game goes wrong, so now players have no Idea if they receive the rewards.

That's 72 hostiles killed. So should be 720 points and Heroic Outpost SMS event completed.
But just checked and I'm missing over 400 points.
Haven't seen this mentioned in known-issues.
My ALB & SLB scores are both 130,570 which is correct for a basic L70 Outpost with all Retaliation hostiles completed.

So much for your QOL improvements. So basically, it’s just a waste of resources.
It’s not just that there are still no transporter blueprints for mass refining—no, now there aren’t even any parts left for already completed Forbidden and Chaos technology.
So now I'm faced with the choice of wasting resources or investing an endless amount of time and clicking myself to death while redeeming the ever-increasing number of boxes?

i needed to uninstall/reinstall on my phone.
then at first start the privacy setting popped up at exactly 70% loading screen.
after setting my choices the game loads flawlessly again without getting stuck at 70%.

on PC ofcourse the client never gives us the choice to set our privacy settings, i tried to unistall, reinstall but game never brings up the privacy settings popup.

Yes, hostile queuing keeps getting worse. For me right now, it started adding a 7-10 second pause between hostiles in que like they tried to keeping it from erroring by giving it time to locate the hostile. But, if I can go make a sandwich and come back, cancel the que and hit attack, it's better to just turn off queuing.
I'm not spending a dime till it works right. Need to start getting what I previously purchased before making new purchases from now on.

In various refineries, if an item has already been bulk claimed, and I change my settings to not bulk claim that item again, and confirm, the setting is forgotten and bulk claim will claim it again after the timer resets. It only works if I make the change before the item is claimed but while it is live. If it is in cooldown, changing bulk claim settings gets forgotten. The Outpost Hold SMS, Defender SLB and Hold ALB are all scoring correctly. But the Heroic SMS is not scoring any wave 1 retaliation attackers. If this goes like last night then perhaps the wave 2 attackers will count, but this is really poor AGAIN.

Captain mining buffs simply do not work. The timer on the ship icon counts down to zero but mining continues for the length of time that mining would take if the mining buff officer was not in the captain's seat.

Here is a list of bugs/issues I have reported, some before the new Scopely version at the beginning of the month.

1. IOS devices will intermittently switch the music back on - would be nice to be able to set the music and sound effects volume
2. The "Sales" icon continuously pops up to the left of the event icon - nothing is ever "on sale"
3. Some mines when they change from Tritanium to Parsteel still show the description and image of the wrong resource, only when you start to mine do you see exactly what it is (even though the very low mine yield is generally the give away anyway)
4. When bases are hit they do not always automatically peace shield up as they used to allowing the stronger players to drain a lower players resources - which are now impossible to get back in anyone's lifetime
5. Fix the countdown for mining, using an officer may change the displayed countdown, but the actual countdown is not the same so you are notified well before the mining is completed that the mine is depleted
6. Refining G3 rare is IMPOSSIBLE, I know as I have been refining twice a day for the past two or more weeks and I have received not a single one of any of the G3. I require so many rare G3 to upgrade my ships and therefore have not progressed or grown in strength since the 3rd - it is painful only mining to try and get the resources, but then being taken out by a super ship and losing everything on repairs, I want to get a stronger ship but can't. I even looked at buying a pack, but NONE of the packs all the way up to the $159.99 AUD Ultra Ship packs have ANY G3 rare in them, so you obviously do not want people to progress at all?!?

7. Fix the Officer upgrading. I have an officer stuck for promotion for over two weeks because office upgrades (in some cases) requires faction credits - I will never be able to get the required 4800 faction credits as I can't progress and have not progressed since November 3rd. This same Officer is always being offered as a recruit chest reward and because he is stuck and can't get any more it swaps his for XP - I would prefer another officer offered in his place, and a major reduction in the faction credits required - we are not talking Captain Kirk here, this is Cadet Sulu!!

So to upgrade my kehra and vahklas to allow the next tier (both tier 5 at the moment) I need a total of the following...

3x G3 Rare Ore
17x G3 Rare Gas
4x G3 Rare Crystal
plus millions in unobtainable tritanium

If it was only Ore that I needed than I would have bought it, but it is Gas and Crystal as well and without those the Ore is useless. The packs I bought in October had what was needed to upgrade and tier up my kehra, but nothing like that since the new server build - either the packs aren't giving what they had before, or the upgrades now require what was not required before, or a combo of both. And support have told me that each pack is different depending what level you are on, so what I get from that reply is that a pack for a level 15 will be different to the same pack for a level 25, etc.

In one month of refining I got 6 rare gas.

@cosmic egret this is what Refinery 27 does. In the instance I'm at, at least. The double refining applies only to ore and gas, while I only have one chance to refine crystal, up to 3 batches.

@native oyster Hi, as a long time beta player can you address the imbalance in the mid game please as it is completely unsustainable. I’ll provide an example in case you are not aware of the later game stages. Screenshot 1 shows that I have a tier 7, lvl 34 gladius. It was destroyed and the repair costs for a full repair is 12 Million trit and 914k dilli, not to mention 10 hours and 40 minutes repair time.

Trit mines have a base rate of 300 / hr. Using a lvl 7 Envoy (the specific tritanium mining ship) with the bonus captain for tritanium and two mining crew for full synergy bonus gives a rate of 6055/hr

Now lets assume I have 3 of those (which I don’t, even at this level). Theoretically that provides a max of 18k trit income an hour. Now lets also assume I can keep them mining 24/7 with no travel time etc. (again impossible) That works out that 1 full repair of my gladius takes 666 hours, or just over 27 days to mine the required repair bill !!!!

I don’t know about others, but my ship gets blown up a lot. It is impossible to have a 27 day down time to repair it everytime (even if I wanted to play farmsville to do it).

Please address as this makes the game totally unplayable, and you are going to have a lot of angry customers who shelled out lots of money who will hit this same wall.

@native oyster 2nd example. Gladius Tier 7, requires 218 Million trit for ONE component (you need three of them) plus some more trit for the other four components. In total you need around 750 mil trit for whole tier. At current rates thats 4.7 years solid mining!!! Its not more mines we need - this needs the upgrade and build numbers reduced and mine extraction rate increased. Mid Game is unplayable.

As a 2IC I am unable to make changes on behalf of the admiral which can be an issue if the admiral is offline for days or a week or more due to real life issues.

I personally have searched every system and checked mission hub (lit or not) and Dark Space mission does not appear. I get you want us to discover it for ourselves, but we need a little direction. So please, I beg of you for my sanity and bloodshot eyes, is the Dark Space mission currently implement on the beta servers? and can it be access by lvl 32 players? From reading the storylines of the lvl 32 / 33 missions everything tells me we are building up to Dark Space, which would tie in nicely with g4 ships and resources. I'm going to assuming that Dark Space unlocks at player lvl 39 along with g4 ships etc? Can you confirm or tell me otherwise? thanks

If I hit recall while low health and force close the game while the warp drive is spooling up I'll frequently log back in and that ship is destroyed. No combat mail so I wasn't hit or anything.. My ship is just randomly being destroyed.

From some minor testing our alliance has done, it seems like you don’t get mail when your ship gets destroyed in a single round of combat that the enemy initiated.

If that is to be the case here then that would mean either someone is hitting me in the one or two seconds between when I'm looking at the ship(recalling) and force closing which is unlikely...or it's not actually completing the recall when I force close out and then I get hit at some point before I log back in.

Had a funny desync issue today: I clicked to upgrade my ship (Horizon) and I got a server connection message, and then after that I was able to go to other screens, but the game was still acting like I was on the Horizon stats screen, i.e. I could press the buttons from that screen even though they were no longer visible. So it was like, the real current screen (being displayed) was underneath the ship stats screen (interactable) but the main HUD was still on top of both. Restarting the client fixed it.

@celest flower its a known bug that if u leave game after recalling a damaged ship is stil in warp, it tells u its destroyed. Try noticing repair time and costs next time it occurs

to me i read this as an increase in the amount of resources your vaults protect. I checked those values before completing the research, and they didn't change at all once research completed. Vaults seems the most logical place this research would have effect on.

Known sustems are now undiscovered. Even the system I have my station in is flagged as undiscovered. Navigating to it doesn't help as I cannot get in at all. "Fixes" to bugs should be verified before making them part of the actual game. You are basically treating us as beta testers, but the kind that pays to have the pleasure of seeing other servers updated and improved before our server.

Not that any of that really matters because our server is not being upgrades to the map other servers have and therefore also with rediced mines and therefore making sure I jave been mining for a week and still don't have 300 inconmon g2 gas to upgrade my R&D center

PvP is broken and horribly unbalanced, high level players raiding bases 10 levels lower than them is crushing the average player...

What is the point of mining or farming reds for resources if one of these high leveled players can just take it all away within 10 mins.

This needs to be a top priority fix.

I do not want a timeline, I do not want a "it's going on the list" copy and paste response or a response patronising me that this is operating as intended for competition...

<@&509690795536941056> raise the protected cargo limit to 50% (and tweak from there). It will make mining still worth it and allow PVP to not be a complete waste of time if they can score 50% of a load. Yes, the repairs are still a resource drain, but one game play mechanic at a time

<@&509690795536941056>. I found a bug. The bug is in Standard recruit. When i purchase 5 chests for 100 Recruit tokens. I will give example what this bug did. First boxes I got 1 shards for K'Bisch. The bar below show I have 1 shard for that officer. Then next box I got other shard for K'bisch. but it did not register that I have other same shard. So the bar still show I have 1 shard for K'Bisch. Until I open all box. Let say I got 6 shards of K'Bisch from opening 5 boxes in one go. Then I go to Officer screen where all list of my officer. I check the K'Bisch. It still say I have 1 shard but not 6 shards that I suppose to have. This bug affect all officer if obtain extra shard of same officer. I have not test Premium and Ultra but i suspect they suffer same bug as well.

It hasn’t expanded so far. When I was 12 the limit was 4.. it’s still 4 at lv 21. Don’t see how a 28 is beating up 18s
