It's not the tournament, it's one of those "visual bugs". It's reporting your alliance level as 0, and so denying access to the tournament (as well as contributions, etc.)

Tasks with Hostile based scoring are usually based on the level of hostiles relative to your ops.

At ops 61 you should probably stop doing the grind tasks and instead save up for all the other F2P 10k tasks available to G6 players

There are no 10,000 credit tasks, there are 10,000 point tasks, but those do not give 10k credits

Hey, got an issue with Alliance Rewards. I am not able to claim the reward named VexatiousChorus88. When clicking the Claim button, I get a Resource Error dialog box stating "resources_error_12", when I click the Confirm button. I get an Error dialog box stating, "The purchase failed to go through." When clicking that Confirm button it returns to the main Alliance Rewards list to claim listed rewards.

Really, if scopely simply ask, i'm sure that 99% users will prefer to move the tournament to another date in this situation (and also, wait for the incursions). In-game chat is so bad now on iOS. I feel like it broke what whatever the last ‘hotfix’ was or maybe before. Constant restarts needed to refresh AC chat when it freezes. Typing messages causes major flickering then frozen chat forcing restart.

They can adjust the syndicate xp rewards if needed, or do additional tiered rewards…something to compensate us for the amount of time and resources we spent already.

Perhaps they will let everyone use up their leftover fatu scraps at G6 refinery cost, so players don’t feel like it was totally wasted. It would clear out most scrap balances in a day or two. Let’s see what happens when the timer runs out, but even if STFC doesn’t do anything, enjoy the accelerated access to these refines until they are gone.

It was designed into the game, it's not player's fault that Scopely doesn't want to fill in the data they made a place for.

There are spaces that say "next seasons' services", and if they don't have next season's services in them, it's either a bug or a problem of Scopely's, one that should be fixed. Or those displays should be removed. I'm not going to blame the player if the game gives them incorrect information.

I feel like this is not intended: I tiered up the Excelsior and the ship is suddenly no longer strong enough to handle the enemies the daily task requires. Meaning I'm not able to get the strongbox with ship parts and research mcguffins in order to make my Excelsior strong enough to handle the enemies the daily task requires. The VGER Fighter hostiles are supposed to be beaten by the Excelsior, the balance is off.

My excelsior is now effectively useless and I was punished for tiering up.

The point of the ship is doing the extra challenge task and use of its refinery. If the player can't do that after tiering up, you might as well just leave it at the lowest tier.

I’ll step off a node because it’s depleted and when I go to step back on it it thinks that a totally different player is on that node and attacks instead of mine. The person who it thinks is there is all the way on the other side of the system. After defeating around 5–6 enemies, no new enemies spawn anymore.

I was in three different V’ger systems, with one ship in each system, and the same problem occurred everywhere: after a few kills, the systems stopped spawning enemies and required waiting several minutes for new spawns, if any appeared at all.

This issue has been known for around three to four weeks now and is not new.

What makes this especially frustrating is the RBL event. We are given three full days of RBL, apparently designed for the most crazy and insane STFC players across EU, but the V’ger systems do not spawn enough enemies to actually complete the objectives in a reasonable way.

Please investigate and fix the enemy spawn problem in the V’ger systems.

And please don’t get me started on the Kir’Shara.

Why do I only get these options to recall a ship with Transwarp capabilities sometimes. I would like to recall normally. The only way I can force this is to bring to my home system then recall. Also would be good to have a setting for say how far/long you are prepared to travel without being asked if you want to Transwarp there. Often the normal warp time is less than 15 seconds where the difference to Transwarp is nothing especially as the location in the system is variable and the majority of that time is impulse time. I would like to set around 30-40 seconds as my limit. Also would be good if the location you arrive in the system was not random but always the same like the entry point.

I unlocked the varon-t disruptor refit by achieving syndicate level 52 but it does not show up on my list of refits to unlock even though there is a red number 1 indicating I have a new refit available shown in multiple places. And I cannot even report it to in game help because the system automatically closes any bug related ticket.

That happened to me in my own server just now. It allowed two ships to join the Outpost but not the third, just a spinning circle then kicked me out of game (with the fake Scopely error message/aka lie 'no internet connection') , by the time I relaunched it had started. It then said 0/0 on the Outpost hostile attacks left counter. I cleared cache and the counter was fixed. These bugs are well annoying but all you can do is scream into the void and raise a ticket and ask for Outpost Directives back. I find I'm screaming into the void far more than I used to have to. Cest la vie I guess.

It's probably targeting invisible hostiles, but isn't allowed to attack them when it reaches. The invisible hostiles are the Vger fighters, and you need an excelsior to decloak them.

Game laggy and crashing constantly after 5 mins how many of us need to keep reporting this before you start doing something about it

new set of bugs with xindi aquatics, 1st attempt, ship is dead back in base, (unknown as did not check logs til after the 3rd attempt, but 1st won), 2nd attempt, ship died back in base, 3rd attempt ship wins, if had known 1st attempt had won, would not have tried more than once, but with ship dying and being back at base, what esle am i supposed to think, fix please

Sync problems with incursions. Same menber Bases on both servers, mission enemys doubled, group armadas not shown to other players… cleaning up localisation wont help…

No, but that bug has been there for ages now. Happens to me pretty often when there is a lot of ships or fighting going on

The old buffed Stella bug is back, now for Excelsior and Outposts. If you buff a ship in Outposts that is close to death using Excelsior, it "destroys" the ship but it stays in the battle.

When you close something it should stay closed and not automatically reopen without you doing anything.

I close the ad and it pops open twice more. I am not spending why can't Scopely understand that.

I’ve got an issue which is really souring my recent purchase of Excelsior. I am a ops 56 and currently can’t ops up until I acquire enough armada cores.
Yesterday, I tiered up my Excelsior to T4. I’ve previously had no issues doing my daily, but now the system it is asking is Megos 57, which is substantially beyond Excelsior’s max range at my ops given research. Also the hostiles in both Megos 57 and neighboring Wudell 56 appear substantially too strong for Excelsior.
I’m now effectively deadlocked on both Excelsior progression and the challenge track. Any help is appreciated because this has fully ruined this entire loop for me overnight. <@&509690795536941056>

Just to be clear this has completely destroyed my ability to do my daily and thus killed both the strongbox and any hope of Excelsior progression as well as the challenge track. I am furious and feel like this purchase was a trap. I have no intention of purchasing again anytime soon
