The arena pairing really needs fixing. Regularly getting matched with teams that are way above the -/+7 ops limit.

7 up 7 down is for the host, not the matchups. Matchups are average ops and rank

Arena issues:

1. Ship getting stuck in warp. Restart doesn't help and the ship counts as deployed so you can only use one.
2. Getting stuck on prep phase on start, unable to send ships without restarting.
3. Game getting stuck on 91% load after a game, account works on other devices and other accounts work on the "stuck device"

When are you going to fix the exo bug that causes an exo to fill two slots…? I know - it’s already been reported about a billion times. That’s why I ask when you will fix it. If you don’t plan to fix it, just admit it. I heard when it doubles like that, neither one actually works. Is that true? I could probably live with it, if it stacked.

And, for the cheap seats, don’t give me all the phony work arounds. None of them actually work, consistently, and we shouldn’t need to work around this bug anyway.

Since the arena feature started, my Graphics settings keep getting reset to almost the lowest possible settings. I notice it because it caps my FPS at 30 each time it resets and makes the game less playable. I have to keep going back in and adjusting it to "uncapped" FPS. Arena PvP is impossible, it takes 45-60 seconds for the spinning wheel to go away. It’s virtually impossible to target anything. Lag is awful normally but pvp lag is unplayable.

So Arenas is a fine idea on its face, but it wasn’t adequately tested. The matching algorithm needs work, the lag is terrible, and there are various other game-wide bugs that get in the way.

I noticed today that the "Refinery" seems to be bugged now. I have done my daily pulls, Territory, I pull Progenitor Alloy but it does not appear that it registered into my account. NX-01 Opprotunity Tokens and Apex Recruit Tokens, also shows that I was awarded these tokens but again, did not register in my account. I have stopped pulling stuff from the refinery after noticiing this.

when i started playing this game the first 6 months it worked good. Synchronization is way off. My ship is attacking hostiles halfway across the system as if they're in the same location as my ship. Attacks taking anywhere from 3-300 seconds even though they're supposed to take 5 seconds. My ship also appears in a different location than the attack is taking place. There’s a long term hang in the game. When it happens, I have the habit of just shutting down the game and restarting. Do you have instrumentation to detect a hang at this point? Does anyone else see this? I’m on iOS, latest release, but the hang has been there for months.

The game is happy to prepare forever… it’s not a particular view transition. I’ve not recorded which transition, but it’s my impression that it can happen any transition.

They originally applied a normal maintenance shield to US servers, and then re-applied the hurricane shield after we identified that was an issue. If you opened the game with the original maintenance shield the client can be bad at syncing shield changes.

Scopely really need to change the game so that when starting a brand new account, first it GIVES YOU THE OPTION TO LOGIN. I don't know what you think was "fixed" this patch, but Android gameplay has gotten terrible. Every time you change screens to "adjusting, preparing, activating" or whatever made up terms make people think something is actually happening, zoom is reset to right on top of your ship so you can't see anything. Why in the world is not the default on Android max zoom? Also, while there's entirely too many toast popups, there's now zero. That's even less helpful. So while doing yet another event that requires about 70 kills (I'm Ops 60 doing the Ustable event), I'm not recieving feedback on how far along I am. I check my event status, and then I'm zoomed all the way in again. Fix your game.

Ok so for the directive eating issue, had this happen, whew, 5, 6 times in a row with dominion solo armadas, tried logging, out clearing localization, starting it with a different ship, changing crews, finally changed the ship slots, was using D - G - H for these, in fact have mostly used those last slots for the whole time. Changed to the good old A B C slots, immediately got my armada to go off.

The changes to Arenas do not address the complaints that most people had. From even just a casual view of complaints on galaxy-chat, the top 2 complaints that I saw were: Arenas should not be on Mining Monday, and the matching algorithm needs to be adjusted to make the matches more even.

have you tried uninstalling using "geek uninstaller"? Using the xsolla uninstaller leaves residual files/registry values. Geek uninstaller manages to find these and allows them to be removed fully. Then redownload the launcher and do a fresh install 🙂

Bought the TERRAN FACTION ULTIMATE SPECIAL to use in the Terran Faction Store to get the G4 Innovative Engineering to make ships cheaper. It says 50% cost efficiency, which is incorrect. It comes out to be 33.3% cost efficiency. Reported the issue, just thought I would post here to alert everyone.

You are forgetting the STFC Effeciency Formula: base cost / (1 + sum_of_bonuses) so given the total bonus is 50% it should be base / 1.5

You would need 100% effeciency to get a total of 50% reduction

Have 2 minor things I’ve noticed
1-Have to hit the gift button twice. Once to reset it, then again to actually activate
2-While doing building upgrades, if I need to speed another, coming back to build, the build button freezes. Have to exit the build screen and come back for it to work.

Stop implementing new stuff. And get all the bugs and lags sorted first. I have been playing for over 6 years now and u still have the same lags and bug since then.
I suggest u stop implementing new stuff and take a few month to sort u stuff out and fix all thats is broken.
Every time u install new stuff there are double new bugs and lags etc...
The game getting more and more unfriendly to play and we have to restart many time a day.
It cant be that hard to get all the stuff fixed if u just focus on that for a few month.
And please review all the event rewards etc, they are outdated and need to be updated.

The actual mining rate and times shown are incorrect. This is happening on all mines. The times will always say longer than the reality and the miner continues to mine even though a node is depleted. The miner is mining fresh air in that instance based on the timer and not the mine!
