Alliances that got promoted or relegated appear to have gotten Emerald Chain XP as if they had placed where they placed in both leagues (example if they placed 1st in Expert and got promoted, they get EC XP for 1st in Expert and 1st in Master putting them lightyears ahead of those who were for example in Master and stayed in Master).

Also not sure if it is related but players cannot attack hostiles and it seems (though can't be sure) to be tied to alliances who promoted/relegated and thus experienced the bug above and got EC levels that they were not owed.

We have an alliance on our server who was in Adept and are at least level 7 Emerald Chain/81k (have avatar etc.) now and nobody can hit hostiles, armadas, players, etc. in that alliance.

Scopely is not even acknowledging the fact that the Alliance tournament is so buggy it’s impacting other aspects of the game. I wish there was an opt-out option for this BS. With all the bugs, I didn’t even try to do it. Make it go away until you can run it successfully in a test environment on a mirrored server… you know basic SW launch SOP with a UAT and sign off. How about some quality assurance measures?

On PC the Alliance Tournament Store keeps resetting to the top. I went to click on the image of one item to get its tooltip, and it jumped to the top and made me purchase something else entirely. Wasted 3,520 Alliance Tournament Credits. 😢

Since the alliance tournament and ascension to the next higher league, my alliance cannot attack NPCs, players or their bases.
We can't finish the events and are now losing our 1st place in the faction hunt. We are also losing valuable resources due to the events that cannot be completed.
We won't be able to participate in the upcoming Incursion either.

Bugs are becoming so common and the game unplayable. I'm surprised people have not started to sue you for it. People spend thousands on your game and you can't even be @ssed to bug test new releases. Fixes are too slow for a live game and you keep adding more content to make it worse without fixing pre existing issues that are older than alot of the content now. <@&509690795536941056> We are unable to Attack anyone, nor can anyone attack us. Server 105 - Alliance BTR. Since we ascended in the Alliance Tournament yesterday we could neither attack hostiles, nor players. Other alliances were not affected, afaik.

We lost out on: daily chests, could not finish clearing out afk/lost player-bases as we were not allowed to attack them. We could not finish Faction hunt, Anomalous Phenomena, Threat from Beyond.

And we are utterly unable to participate in the incursion. As we are the most powerful alliance on our server, this will drastically impact the incursion. Thats not a fair tournament. At all.

I really, really hope there will be not only a fix and 3x 1min accellerator + 3x shard from Belana Torres - we loose out on a lot here. And it only affects our alliance (BTR).

1. 401 have no tokens to enter 400 at all
2. Multiple alliances on the 401 cannot be hit by 400 players once we are there

To be honest, Scopely should put gold shield on everyone for 24h and extend it if needed until this is resolved. There is just small amount of players on discord and most just glance on shield timer when for example waking up. Many may think that perhaps they put 24h shield instead of 12h when seeing 17.5h remaining in morning. It might be just visual, but its critical as its misleading people in thinking they have enough shield duration when they don't, which can lead to loosing resources. Scopely should be accountable if this happen and even more if someone bought resources in some packs as that would mean loosing real money because of their bug.

I realize this may not be in your "job description " ... and I am not effected by this anymore as I can reach farther into Delta Quadrant space. But I am trying to get this done for all those mid 40 and lower 50 Ops players who still ARE being effected by this.
Misalup has been broken on Server 21 since LAST DECEMBER. I have put in multiple tickets and posted here MULTIPLE times about this.
When you zone in to the system, the system is empty and you get the "swirling scanning of death" .... followed by an Error 200 message, at which point the system slowly populates over 15 to 20 minutes, BUT the Voyager "summon ability" does NOT WORK ...
You can never summon the assimilated Cubes l, and you get the Error 200 message every few minutes.
This is now amplified because you have chosen to run an event that gives bonus points to hostiles that MANY players have NO access to .

In fact, the reply is proof that scopely's transaction logs does not match what's in my account (i have been short changed/cheated)... It was an issue with the run of the BP event, that came up short. If you completed the original 15 hour run you can safely ignore it. If you did not, you have another run to get the points on.

Alternatively you can complete it and have the points in-hand so to speak giving you some flexibility over the next few days.

the timer was shorter than it was supposed to be, so the second one runs until the regular event reset, either do it for bonus points or ignore it

you don't "have to", just means you finish the BP 1 day early if you do both

the issue is the event was wrong and ended early so some ppl missed it, so the added a 2nd for the remaining time for the ppl that had missed it

My issue is with the game client getting randomly stuck when you change views, like hitting the Events button, or the Exterior button, or the Interior button. This used to happen maybe once a week, and only when going from Exterior to Interior view, and the screen would change to a cutaway view of the frame of the base. Now it happens mutiple times a day, and seemingly with any change of view.

I'm sorry but their 2nd event is not the right way to solve this. I was 400 pts away from the top milestone when it reset and then when I woke up my completed away teams were only able to get the first two milestones. So I miss out on 8750 points to earn 4375 instead.

In your case, you can file a ticket with CS and see if they'll help. I think I'd just finish the 2nd event though to build a buffer for the future and to ensure you don't miss out on the overflow if CS rebuffs. #👽-how-to-contact-support

my bet is if you can show the score on the 2 would have totalled enough to finish they probably would, but that seems like a hassle and not guaranteed, and so if you can finish it with speedups or trait xp I think that's the smarter way to go
