It has been raised multiple times... I aplaud Scopely for implementin two factor login, but please implement it well. Use passkeys through established standard mechanisms, use authentication apps like 1password, Google or Microsoft Authenticator, open FIDO2 and others. Now you even disabled the fallback to passwords!

Using an email address as the mechanism is not safe. It is cumbersome. It is frustrating.

Just went to swap ships in the ridiculously sparse mining spots in the Veil. Moved ship A off, and the node still said it was on it, so couldn't rejoin and couldn't move my other ship on.

By the time it caught up, someone else had taken it. Now I'll have to wait and recheck every few minutes to find another node for *** knows how long.

Getting really REALLY sick to death of this lag, mornc bugs which have been on for years, which, if you gave a tiny tiny care you'd fix.

I'm really enjoying outpost content but I've found that the one thing it lacks is a kind of "after action" report detailing waves cleared, loot gained, rounds per kill, losses etc. it would be SO helpful to be able to reference what happened outside the limits of the combat log.

When I started to play this morning I noticed improvements like fast response but in few hours in that feeling faded, it takes 10 to 20 seconds to see events sometimes(more often then it should), ship repair buttons still jumping around and I think those are the two major issues you guys need to focus on next.

Not going past the 50s till scopley fixes the scrapping. Straight up BS that you can't get rare parts from scrapping G3 ships, and until g5 scrapping is an option and G3 is fixed to include rare parts, I will remain F2P.

QOL improvements, such as separate tabs in the inbox for pve, pvp, Outpost and armadas with a drop down option in the report that will allow you to share the report to a ticket or to alliance Chat, would be a great benefit.

The ability to delete junk in the inventory will help with bloat.

The ability to search in the refinery, faction store, officers and inventory by name will speed things up, getting us playing rather than doing individual maintenance.

And combat view is cluttered. Only thing that needs to be in combat view is the ability to leave combat view. Have the event button flash when a goal is reached, then go back hidden.

Making one button to collect all claims might not be good in situation where you wouldn't know if you ever were out of loot for that item resulting not collecting so the current set up work well since you claim all from refinery tab and can look through to make sure you collected it all.

Heck, it would save time if you checked every day. At least you wouldn't have to wait 5 to 40 seconds for every item; or deal with the game crashing when you select items when things are Scopely bad.

Pause all new arcs while you still have players. Take the time to fix bugs. Start with the annoying ones, but keep at it until even the minor ones are fixed. No one is going to invite previous players with the current state of the game. Follow through on promises and fix things. I think everyone would agree that fixing bugs would keep more players around than adding yet another ~grind~ arc.

Now what's wrong the game? Tried a solo WD, my ships couldn't move, Scopely could. Game is going the way of World of Tanks. Why rob a bank with guns, risk a severe amount of time in the "big house" when all is needed is to take over a decent game, screw it up then sit back and collect the money rolling in. Fair enough but they could at least make a token effort to sort it out! Sort the crap coding, make game better for all = more money!

i think they can keep the game running and work on bugs at the same time, so just copy all the game code to a sandbox or something and then fix the bugs there while the game continues to run, once the bugs r fixed, push an update into the game with the updated code. its really not that hard but theyll need a few teams, 1 for new updates(they suck btw hire a new team) 1 for live ops(your live ops literally have 0 clue about player satisfaction so hire someone new as well) 1 just for maintaining the game and 1 for the bug fixing

Brought back two players who quit 1 year ago. They played for less than a day, then they both quit. They told me the game is even worse than when they quit. WAY more lag. Ships don't track NPCs. Waves are BRUTALLY lagged. GS31 ability freezes whole wave map for everyone. Kir'Shara explodes in waves too. And lag. Lag. MORE LAG.

Dopely never explain the lag nor what they do to “improve” or “stabilise” it. My guess is that (along with awful code) profits are down due to bugs and lag so less is spent on servers. Now it’s like 50 people all trying to download a picture on a 56k modem.

When enough players on one server complain, more bandwidth is allocated from another server until they all complain, and so on. That about right Dopely employees?

I don't think I can convey my contempt for the devs enough. I simply do not understand how Scope is still operating with the absolute trash ideas they put into the game. The game is made by people that do not play it. It's been turned into a grind-fest with having to kill, sometimes, hundreds of hostiles for a 1 day event tied to a meta. The totally trash rewards for doing that event let alone the meta. New hostiles that a F2P player struggles or outright cannot kill because they were designed by someone with 1) the intent of selling you a specialty ship for $100 and 2) uses a maxed out acct with maxed out ships, station, researches and crew then tries to gauge downward how lower level players will deal with them.

You do an event to lure back players that quit but I don't think that did anything like you were hoping so you added a daily gift of tokens for everyone for that event. Most stuff people will get from that store cost 7500 for 1 box. You give people 8400. That's 900 left over, 100 short of get 1 Janeway shard that I don't think was there until today so rug-pull there. But I could get a Reliant BP for 750...which leaves 150 I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO USE. Why? Do you have any idea how much crap is in the inventory that is just like that? Tokens left over from old events, for some reason multiple old battlepass unlock tokens, 1-off event tokens, Tribbles by the millions.

It dawned on me the other day that every now and then, when the game lags so bad it tells me to check my internet connection, closes, restarts itself(killing the sound btw which means closing and restarting it again if I want sound) and then resumes playing normally. I didn't even move to check my router or restart it, nothing. The game restarting fixes the issue so it's never been a connection issue on the players end but on Scopely's end or the game itself.

The game just isn't fun to play. Just a grind-fest with trash rewards.

After months of heavily declining performance, I do not see any effort from Scopely to address these issues.

Last Tuesday’s 3-hour maintenance brought no changelog, no official post, and no noticeable improvements. Instead, we got a stalled and somewhat pointless Exo-Comps feature — along with several new bugs that required fixing (if all of them ever get fixed at all).

There was a promise in 2024 to focus on quality over quantity. 2025, there was even Conor’s apology video.
But still...

• The seemingly endless list of long-standing bugs remains untouched
• Game performance is worse than ever

You do not show that you "hear us" and understand. This discord is simply a one-way road.

Instead we got despicable arc-events with WoK peaking in the following Arc. The amount of introduced and very welcomed QoL since then is pityful.

Scopely, you may want to monetize this game even further (AT-reroll-tokens might be the next small step) and queeze it even more, but I’m done investing ressources. My patience is over (#💬-general-feedback message)

I feel ya bruh. I think its pretty clear what the direction of the game is now, esp after these last 12 months. Its in a decline. There will be no great overhaul of Fleet Command. It will contiune, as is, until the montly income drops below some pre determined level and then the game will be archived and put into maintinace mode. Then Scopes will focus on the next cash grab. As much fun as it is to watch the little shorts ya make and try to motivate us to do fun art projects or memes/gifs about star trek most of this community would much rather see more dedicated effort on the bug fix side of things. I realize what has been said or promised from scopley side on they gonna keep putting out content and "try" to do fixes each month but with the way things are looking so far this year were getting 3x more bugs than fixes coming to game. If we're being honest translation fixes or visual fixes aren't really a fix in today's age its mandatory work as this world has so many languages for example. Shouldn't be celebrated either as if it's a big victory either when a visual bug or language bug for example doesn't break a feature of the game slow ping rate when we launch an armada makes us maybe use extra directives thats something that shouldn't happen. Ghost ships that can't be targeted yet no new ships spawning because ghosts ships still registering in the system is messing with the gameplay. We need actual fixes for things that disable a smooth gameplay experience hammy not pretty little emotes or a new flashy pair of sunglasses on a faction avatar I know these things some people may want but majority don't they want the time on the game to not feel like a 2nd job. Bringt verdammt nochmal das Game wieder vernünftig zum laufen, anstelle es mit noch weiterem unnützen content , der eh nicht funktioniert wie er soll, zu überfrachten. Besinnt euch bitte endlich mal auf die Basics, das Game in der Grundstruktur muss laufen, dann kann man über andere Dinge nachdenken. Hier funktioniert überhaupt nichts mehr, eingegeben Kommandos werden erst nach Minuten verarbeitet, wenn überhaupt. Minenwechsel (Schiffstausch) total unmöglich, Hostile Jagd.....Schiff bleibt irgendwo stehen, bewegt sich keinen millimeter und hostiles erlegen Glückssache, mal platzt plötzlich irgendwo was oder auch nicht.
Ansichstscreenwechsel in ein System.....Aufbau des Systems dauert fast bis zu 30 sekunden, wenn es sich denn überhaupt aufbaut und nicht einfach leer bleibt.
Schiffe bleiben im Warp hängen und nur nach Löschung von Lökalisierung, App Cache und App Daten geht evtl. mal was......die Liste könnte man unendlich weiter fortführen.....ich spiele dieses Game jetzt seitdem es auf dem Markt ist, aber so schlimm wie jetzt war es noch nie, sorry das hat nichts mehr mit Spielfreude oder Begeisterung zu tun👎👎👎.

It's the same problem when you get attacked... I got attacked last week. When I'm online, it's fun because I do a bit of PvP, but this time... I was being relentlessly attacked by two players, and the game wouldn't offer any repair options. Visually, my station was intact, but after a minute... I could see my station was down... and then I had to try and repair it... one minute per ship, and I have seven... I stopped and put up a shield... (it took five minutes for it to work).... 🤮

If it is a 10k point task it is nominally designed to be completed if you've horded some currency or if you pay. This isn't new. This pretty much is what scopely said they were for. Yes, there is still some tuning they should do for some tasks, but don't expect to be able to easily get high-point tasks all the time.

Super disappointed that they are rush leveling our baby server for an obvious merge, failing to understand that new players don't want to play on old servers, So many will just leave entirely if merged.

Leave and reenter the Alliance Tournament, the last time i had an similar issue it was because someone had snatched away a Task that i went for but was a few second to late and the Tasks list had not yet updated that the Task was gone.

I've never spent on the alliance tournament side of things in this game and I do 10k tasks 3 a day everyday it runs. The "HARD" part is trying to get the ftp tasks to refresh since it's like 1/10 chance that they refresh and once you run out of the choice tokens and remove those from tasks you can do it goes from 1/10 to 1/100 chance to get a ftp task. But ya it's easy to do the 10k tasks ftp and I do them every run of at and only spend 2hrs a day on this game max so not a lot of effort grinding anything.

Yes, there are ways, but like I stated the FTP path tends to lean towards hording. Not taking max pulls. Not taking any pulls. Using tons of refreshs, etc. But my main point is that this has always been known.

How can this not get much traction? The entire point of this was to change it quarterly. I would assume that meant it was designed to be relatively simple to change. Which means one of 3 (using Scopely math) things:

1. Something has been broken in the code and it's no longer easy to change

2. It was so short sighted in the way it was implemented that it's difficult to change

3. Scopely thinks so little of its customers that it's not worth putting in 10 minutes of effort

4. All of the above.

I now have all forbidden tech that can be acquired through Forbidden Fragments. When you complete the Forbidden Tech that can be acquired through Uncommon fragments, the rewards in the Ferengi Whip refinery for Uncommon Forbidden Fragments are replaced with chances at either protomatter or Trial Bells. But, neither the Rare nor Epic fragments get replaced by any other rewards at all. You just keep accumulating those fragments with nothing to use them on. This is really poor design in my opinion, it effectively makes the uncommon tech the most valuable since none of them are best-in-slot and at least completing the uncommons gets you useful resources continually. Also, one is very likely to complete the tech this way faster than through Q trials, which means the fragments gotten there are completely useless. Exchanges for excess fragments should be added.

Many of us have been playing this game for years. We have stuck it out and tried to believe that things would get better. But its only gotten worse as far as stability of game play goes. The game is an ongoing series of glitches and bugs. Today and the last week has been really bad. Nothing works as advertised. Do you really want to start incursion with such horrible game performance? Every system scan takes minimum 10 seconds and in 25% of the time 1 minute or scan doesn’t work. Sometimes you stuck in fights with one ship for 30 - 60 seconds.

Just an update from sever 20. Lag in every aspect. Multiple restarts required to claim anything. Spinning circles, “retrieving” on a lot of AT task. You need to suspend adding things too fill your pockets. Shut off incursions for a month and run it on your test A.I. bots instead of customers.

Point of service sense you brought in transogen mining. You state canisters can be cashed in in the refinery. Their is no difference in transogen when you mine it. However you lock out the same transogen that has been harvested killing sulibon.. you are a g3 player you can cash them in.. you move up to a g4 or a g5, 6 or 7 then you can only cash in your level but yet you are still mining the same base level product... it is unfair to have a restriction on canisters.. I want to have a use for the 30+ million g3 canisters just sitting there and growing with no where to cash them in..

Point 2 you need to change the goose eggs on players that are maxed out and show us what transporter patterns you are issuing. As I sit her and look at the independent arcive of Marla pan Otto they show x0. Why don't you show them as transporter pattern credits under their name. I want to know their contribution to the transporter pattern bank please..

My point was that the officers are completely different for some people than others. Not a matter of scaling, we've seen that before plenty. But I cannot recall seeing some people get one set of officers and other people see a completely different set.

Up at 5.30am, so not peak time, current issues i had
-Unable to enter MU, reset ship to base, had to restart client to get in
-Unable to go through portals in MU due to circle of death
-Queue dropping on artifact
-Ship stuck in combat
-Kicked out 4 times for no reason, come back to find ship stuck, have to reset my self
-Unable to claim chests in store
-Scrolling through events rubberbanding back and forth
-Systems not loading properly so unable to do anything, switching to other ships did not solve, just hangs
-Waves not starting for delayed period of time
-Ghost ships still an issue
-S31 beam not working due to "invalid" target ships that i have to attack to get the error
-S31 beam just not working have to restart
-Ship repair not working, huge delay, error message, hanging, just not fit for purpose
-Tiering up ship, button missing and no way to exit screen so have to restart client

This is a typical experience and i am sure other users could add to this list

Surely there has to be some level of acknowledgement and accountability by the top table here. This game's performance has drastically declined over recent weeks and its at an unplayable,unreliable state. A peacemeal apology and poor compensation for a dire service is not really going to cut the mustard as time goes by, buyers are going to buy the shiny stuff, but im sure even that pool of resources is shrinking.

Lag and disconnects(2) this morning for me after only 10mins in game has made me turn away for the day , not wasting more time, and ill try again tomorrow..maybe.
