That's why you have to learn how they work, bring the right build, and most importantly: pick the right faction for that build.

Directives are critical in XP farming, and if you're going pure meta then it's Heroic.

If you're a beginner player, then you likely don't have an optimised build, or the game knowledge on how you can do them efficiently, plus all the little things you learn over time.
There's no need to rush, div2 isn't going anywhere.

remember that SHD level has been around since march 2020. You only need 1k in total to be "done".

Yes, there are still some imbalances like big tough grenadiers when an Elite Patrol goes out/in or when clearing the enemy waves before "Defend the Control Point" comes out. And sometimes you get a Named guy with a helmet and it usually takes 5-6 shots to take em out

So I've been able to grind out the system corruption gearset and have all the blueprints, except for the backpack. I've opened about 18 crates, not gotten a single backpack. I went to check the crafting bench, and had the rest of the gearset as craftable however the backpack is uncraftable and doesn't even appear at all. Is there a specific way to get the backpack/blueprint? As a group of 3 we've opened 40+ crates and not a single person has gotten the backpack. Maybe we're just unlucky atp

It's just how it is. Random pieces of different sets are missing in a crafting bench. For some it can be bp, for some gloves etc.

Regarding no drops, always possible something is bugged indeed, but who knows, 40 boxes aint that much.

Depending on usage, you may not benefit a lot from the syscor bag. you can run a highend bag as another source of bonus armor. Syscor bag doubles the bonus armor gained, but using highend with adrenaline rush can give up to 60-69% bonus armor based on proximity, or bloodsucker that can give 100-120% bonus armor based on kill.
Honorable mention of memento, but depending on purpose this might not fit.

i have 311 HSD on model 700 with 44.5 handling

if i trade 1 or 2 attributes HSD for handling, will my damage go signifficantly lower?

one thing about handling is if you go handling, you might as well get 100% stability to eliminate sway

of course reload speed helps too but having 0 sway is the best benefit for handling, past it you don't really need more imo

Legacy climax missions are the ones with yellow icons, check the manhunt tab on your map menu for a 'legacy manhunts' prompt that should show you the full list.

-farming countdown for weapon types. youll also get a lot of named items at the same time because the way countdown drops items. weapons and named items are 20 donations for each.

-any secondary and pistols on build should be items you want to level, and keep main weapon as your preferred weapon.

-use different exotics to knock out those expertise levels through kill xp.
its also good to use a lot of different skills as you will only be able to level through usage or material donations (which get very expensive).

-craft 20 each improvised gear for donations and thatll be a quick 60 increments towards your next overall expertise level. you can also donate crafted weapons if you have a lot of excess materials.

-gear and brand sets level pretty easy so it would be better to focus leveling these after weapons. youll get a lot of gear and brand pieces anyways when farming the weapons so alot will probably already be complete by the time you start focusing on them. these are 100 donated pieces of any type. named items wont count towards brand as they share a section with exotics.

-as you start getting more stuff complete youll have left over junk that wont donate, break that stuff into materials and donate the mats to specific skills you hate or exotics/named you may not have access too. obv only mats that you have excess and dont need atm. i used to use the protective fabric/receiver components for these donations and save the other stuff.

-lastly, if you have a high enough shd level you can level/drain/delete/repeat alts for their scavenging points and use those towards material donations. this is an end game rushing method to level and not at all necessary .

Well, the only piece of gear that I can think of that kinda works like that is Coyotes Mask, but it doesn't increase crit chance over time. It increases crit chance and/or damage depending on how far the target you are shooting at is away from you. It will not be able to go over the cap, and the bonus won't be reflected in the stats, so you have to plan around it. If you're shooting only at targets very close up, then you should still go for 60%, if you're shooting at medium distance more, try going for 50%.

Yep, so think about how far away your targets will be and plan around that. You can also have different crit chances depending on the gun, so you can run a gun with 60% for close range and a gun with 50% for mid range.

Probably obsessively reloading anytime you stop shooting. You lose any ammo left in the mag if it isnt empty.
Along with previous mentioned pistol builds, Hotshot does well on ammo hoarders /pistolero because of the 4pc talent reload

Ok I wouldn't use navy plaza. Its preferred by some but it isnt gonna be fastest xp.
Personally sleeping giant is fastest xp, especially if using determined hotshot build.
Its outcast faction and they rarely have any helmets other than heavy NPCs.
Heroic 4d will be over 700k which is a full shd level per clear. With the spawns at sleeping giant initially wave only spawns from 1 location so it's easy to take advantage from an elevated position. Defend wave only spawns from 2 locations and you also have npcs funneled towards a common path and an elevated vantage point to snipe from. Once you repeat it a few times you'll get the pattern down and its able to be cleared in a couple minutes. The speed xp comes from clearing and resetting. The safehouse you spawn at is a very short run to the cp.
Doomz has a solid breakdown of the xp gains to expect which includes kill xp on top of the cp clear.

Other activities are very quick but you also have to factor in travel time and time between activities spawning.

Generally, absolutely not. If you're getting into the nitty-gritty of the game, probably. There's some shakeups with gear and weapons, but nothing too crazy to break any of your builds.

There's a flat buff to your character, various other unlockable modifiers which are mostly straight buffs when active (but some have trade-offs), but some enemies have buffs as well. You can turn the whole system off and on whenever you like.

In my Legacy Manhunt Timeline menu, the Hornet status is Completed. but still I cannot progress to Camp White Oak : The Recruiter or Manning National Zoo because the game said Hornet mission requirements wasn't completed. Did I missed something?

once you do all of them, the invasion will disappear until you reach endgame (lvl 40) after which each week you'll get 2 invaded missions, one invaded stronghold and tidal basin (the final invaded stronghold). You can clear them each week or just ignore them if you don't mind more black tusk activities around the map in place of the usual factions.

you should be able to run those manhunt missions at any point by just toggling mission mode from the mission options screen. The one in your screenshot is Invaded zoo (not manhunt) and is actually probably locked by the base version of Tidal Basin, not the manhunt version.

it's not only for matchmake, you can run anything in this game solo (although you won't be able to complete the raids)

but completing regular tidal basin on Story difficulty is part of the story process you're supposed to use to unlock all the extra endgame content, including the zoo mission. yeah i came across the "bug" myself. he didnt realize how he was getting the season levels, but he more than likely did get them without premium+ because i did as well

like when it consumes all stacks (perfect for example), it provides 35% amplified damage, whats the point of the stacks??

does it double the amplified damage, does it increase the time for the within 20m part?

have you tried it in the range yet to see if there is a difference between 1 and 3 stacks, because it appears like it doesnt matter by the wording of the talent. i dont even have the talent to test it yet 😅

I'm doing my first mission with the season modifiers. Requital (probably spelled wrong) is everywhere. The first room had 3, the second had 4, 1 in hallway, 4 more in first wave of the ballroom. This is normal?
