If you matchmake at the mission it’ll attempt to put you into that mission on the tier first, if it can’t it’ll put you into a random mission on that tier, if it can’t do that it’ll chuck you in any tier on any mission iirc

Mainly do challenging so you can get expertise from kills. Enemies are less of a bullet sponge, so you can run crazy builds but still complete it with relative ease

For expertise is it better to run countdown with just a specific targeted loot like LMG or better to be more granular and pick the name set you are trying to level up? That way you don’t keep getting the same gear you’re already proficient in

like this is going to be a very specific comparisson, but the more I see the escalation "issue" the more I see the yugioh tcg meta issue.
"harder" difficulties do nothing other than to test how well you copied the loadout off some random guy. chances are you dont know how it actually works, cuz having the game play itself is easier
best example is striker, and im guity of this too, but the build literally boils down to just shoot enemy and get big damage that feed crits. theres no "brain" behind it. which given how the division works, its a shame the game doesnt push the players to get more creative with the tools we have, but then again you could argue that if we go more realistic we get ghost recon (which btw ubisoft wheres my future soldier cosmetic for this game ?) and the other end of the spectrum is the insane crap we see in R6 Siege

Maybe it's intended to have a scope but not a forced one, that is usually not a common thing for guns

I saw people already reporting it as bug. Check the bug reporter platform and upvote that/those posts (depending on which one will be accepted by the devs)

Usually any imbalance from that is just worse.

CHC caps at 60% (which means you want around 120% CHD)

Most of the time you would benefit from more multipliers/amps than trying to work in more CHD from external sources.

Ik that the only way to get quickstep as a new player efficiently is to have someone host the mission for you. But on average how long does it take? Purely RNG right and not tied to completion of the mission?

It's a bounty, and bounties are usually rather short activities about equivalent to an open world event, shouldn't be more super long, I believe it is solely RNG, but it's from a small pool of items iirc

Picked a random mission to view, saw the below modifiers, and instantly "nope'd" out.

That's an entire discussion, the main flavors right now are Tipping Scales and Striker (big surprise)

Blue cores have been considered useless at higher difficulties in a general sense since even with all that stacked armor, it gets eaten equally as fast so it's better to invest those cores into damage to essentially kill them before they can kill you

I still think there's a place for a tank build but that's a fringe case moreso than something that anyone could build and use effectively

lots of assumptions there. There are ten tiers, with increasing numbers of modifiers. Tier 0-3 are doable quite fine with a well set up build.

i've accepted that part a long time ago, even in heroic I only use the shield as a small buffer to move from place to place, or to push an enemy or two out of a spot. But blue being entirely useless with 10 tiers to boot, is pretty crazy imo.

No explanation or chart provided on said mission (which ought to tell the player "here's whats active per tier"). Initial impression: "These are all active for 10 tiers? Nah, im cool."

That's an odd oversight made by massive then. You have to go to the mission and then it shows you, instead of viewing the mission at the dedicated spot for said missions next to the seasons guy, and then can only view all mutators, but not the tiers in which they are active. Not very intuitive imo. Especially if they are all already listed, just put some lines/bars/line breaks with the words "Tier One" and so on. That's all they'd have to do. But good to know i guess.

if its the same as it was when i dipped, its the same map-controlling (no lifes) players teaming with (excessive amounts of people) normal amount of people spawntrapping killing you well outside of spawn, or rotating the map, clearing everyone out, then a (cheater) skilled player eventually appears, and wipes that group, and everyone else. The group gets mad that they got wiped, and then the DZ is controlled by the cheater until they leave. Rinse and repeat.

striker drone is a good distraction for the rogues so u get a good chance to finish them off imo

esp if someone else using foam and st elmos
