Great, we can't do anything about this. Support may be limited on what they can say/ do if it's an official ban. Which is pretty common for most games. But they are the best equipped to manage that.

one of the reasons could be your account was hacked and used for illegal things like hacking in game/aim botting. thats usually a ban, people have gotten banned for it in other games

Close the game, and the launcher. Wait about 2-3 minutes, try again.

Also be careful to not confuse a temporary disconnect and error code with a ban, they are very very different things.

If it's really noticable when you look at the ground, turn shadows/ particles down and see if it helps; they both have a high GPU memory requirement and if the game taps out the GPU memory, it'll hitch like crazy.
