A solid DPS build with Striker's is a great choice to start with

My theory of why people used to think pest was debuff is: burn, bleed and poison are all damage over time effects that appears as an orange square with a white symbol above npc's head. So if you were a new player, you would be thinking like: this weapon that releases a virus onto the enemy that deals damage over time, should be a status effect I think...

Plus, debuffs usually are red square symbols

iron horse is kinda a puzzle raid, where it relies a lot on sequencing and callouts
dark hours is a combat heavy raid thats a lot of point defense

yes. the fire can use status effects and skill damage to scale up its strength. you rock all status on your eclipse protocol* for example, then cap lets you stack 60% skill damage on top, plus the 12% dta, and you are burning entire areas

If you own all the control points in one area, and there are no invaded missions in that area, supply drops will spawn randomly.

It can take a while, so do other things and keep checking.

You can also fast travel to NY and back to force the map to spawn a new instance which can help spawn them

Besides capturing all CPs to make the area green, if there are no supply drops but there are other green activities (IE target practice or hostage) then you can do one of those so that the supply drop can potentially spawn afterwards. Seems to be a limit to how many activities are in the area at any one time. I saw someone also suggest fast travel to another safe house on the map to force new activities in the desired area - not sure if that works.
