if you want pvp, then I have bad news for you, play the game normally, learn the general stuff, and by the time you hit 30-40 you'll be good, it should take you 3 to 4 days to reach lvl 40 depending on how much you play

Be warned, the blueprint to reconfigure shroud is currently bugged, as it will not even reward you a reconfiguration. So whatever you end up getting as a 3rd attribute to your shroud is what you're stuck with until you secure another duplicate

For your first question, you could start doing them now, but you can do it around the second to last week so you can get all the info faster

For the second, it could be under invaded status, which you need to clear the invaded missions and then you can do the invaded stronghold.

Named enemies occasionally drop em sometimes either from finding them in the open world or missions. But a guaranteed way to get keys is through bounties. Bounties can be rewarded through open world events like hostage rescue or public executions.

Also, are you sure you're looking in the correct sections of the crafting table? Reconfigure is near the bottom of the weapons section, while craft will be right down in the exotics bit next to optimization materials

There are some that if you spawn them, they will run away and if you dont kill them they despawn.

At some point you must have solved the hunter puzzle to spawn them

hazpro doestn stop the damage, only the status. same happens in countdown with the shock floors, also something like outcast rushers you wont burn but will take the blast damage. i dont think there is a way around that other than avoiding it

1- I finished an IH run and got all 5 keys and opened the chest last friday, I got 2 projects, Bulwark and Future (donate items)

I just finished Bulwark's and another project to donate high end material popped up, on GCD they told me not to donate to Future project till I finish bulwark, no idea why tho anyone can shed light on that?

2- can I donate to future now or will they be wasted? also for the high end mat any quick way to farm them instead of rngesus on the summit? (the needed mats are in the pic)

3- after moi is done with the projects (I think the high end mat one is the last one right? or will I get another project after I finish the future set project? what happens then? what's the next step to get Regulus crafted (I know I have to run the IH but not sure how I can use my sub character to speed up the process, should I just do IH with it and that's it or are there specific steps for it to count toward the IH regulus project for the main character (The one moi is doing the projects on)

If you have upgraded one of your skills and view another player with that same skill equipped, it will show your expertise level instead of theirs, this was true even before we reached expertise 30, I've noticed it multiple times in the past when inspecting.

I doubt the inspected player has abused that exotic component bug from the first stretch goals so much they could upgrade everything to 30 while still remaining only shd 170, that would require an extreme and dedicated effort.
Plus of course everything you'd need to get proficient to even reach exp 30

Enemies will appear with a symbol above their heads turning yellow, once that symbol reaches full Golden Bullet assembly, they have it, you can kill them when they're assembling one (before it turns fully yellow) and get the effect.
