If anything just matchmake for every mission on story difficulty. The population won't be large but if you do find people they will most likely be your level.

Either buy the boost or do DZ landmarks. If you're efficient the XP rates are good, and being a low lvl you most likely won't be bothered by rogue players.

Over and over until he's 30. Just breeze through the story as fast as possible, missions will take as long as the characters run from point A to B. After that, do the prologue to WONY and get to haven. While he is doing this, you need to be doing Lincoln memorial on heroic with as many directives as you can handle. Once you’ve beaten the boss and are waiting to get into the elevator. Invite him and he needs to use the ammo restock chest. Once he does that you get on the elevator and finish the mission. Just keep doing that same mission over and over. He will be boosted to 40 in 10-15 mins depending on the amount of people.

If you got a caretaker, it's now in your loot pool and can show up in a named item cache, if you don't have one, then you'll need to be in a group with someone when they open their named item caches and hope they get one to give to you

yes, we always tell people to grab things they want for their build wtih the correct core/attributes/talent on it so you can change the 1 thing on it, it's usually wise to just change the talent if possible as new talents enters you can just change that for you build but some there's no way around it and you may have to have the 2 attributes and talent on it so you can change the core on chest/backpack

Depends what skills you are using. If you run something like drone/turret, that don't require extra attribute beyond skill dmg, you can spec a lot to chc/chd and do substantial damage with AR, in this case capacitor.

If you redo that hunter puzzle they should spawn again, you will only get the drops from the missed hunter

Otherwise no idea. Had a similar thing myself but i was missing 2 masks. I now have an extra off white key left over though.

Honestly, do NY first. Has more skills and stuff like the decoy is great on more builds than the smart cover. Then i'd say run the legacy manhunts. There are a few more skill varients in those. Then so brooklyn last. That way you are also all caught up story wise

Brooklyn will be a tad confusing if you are behind on lore tbh.

I think Division is suffering the same way Destiny 2 is at the moment, seasonal plotlines. Short stories that have to be crafted every few months just don't get the job done, and I guarantee the writers just cannot get quality stuff out in time.

Div2 would need a ton of work to bring it up to modern standards. It's also difficult to bring players back to a 6+ year old game. Div2 appears to have many legacy issues that have never been fixed, that in my opinion do hold it back. So personally I think they should just do what they're doing now, keep a small team delivering a little content, while they develop Div3. Although, kind of along the same wavelength, I do think Massive should've just stuck with Div1 and continued to build that with new areas etc. instead of making div2.

Okay, so I wanted to ask, because maybe I am just not understanding the final mission of the Mr.Recruiter man hunt well.

What the hell am I supposed to do?
Other than the oubvious that I figured out by destroying the weaknesses.

Keep one enemy alive, ideally a regular assault/grunt and not a grenadier etc. that will stop the endless spawns, then rush and destroy the 4 weakpoints, retreat back to the tennis court area, wait for Birdie to bring the network down (when you lose your HUD), now you can damage the recruiter. You will need to damage him 2 or 3 times I think, until his HP will regen, then Birdie will say she's got a plan or something, you can then retreat back to the lodge for the final cutscene.

After destroying the 4 weakpoints, you might need to shoot a few bullets at the recruiter, after he jumps down, to trigger Birdie saying "you can't hurt him with your tech" which then will start the countdown to her taking the networking down.

When at the tennis court, if the recruiter is there too and chasing you/trying to get angles on you, literally just walk laps around the stacked boxes and wait

That's down to developers, I could replicate the visuals of Div 2 if I wanted in Unreal if I wanted, its not hard to do so.

Most of what Div 2 does, is fairly normal, its the implementation when all of it works together that counts.

Minus skin shading, which is clearcoat based.
A bit of a hack, but it works fine.

I have yet to properly understand what they are doing differently to make the clearcoat act like skin, but it works none the less.

I beat all of the manhunts finally, minus mr recruiter, I am skipping that mission, I can not with that mission.

I find it so odd they bungled the design of that mission, turrets too close to you, a boss who's objectives have little to do with said boss, etc.

Not even hard, just vague to the player more-so than they needed to, and also put all of the weaknesses in locations which make the player vulnerable unnecessarily.

On top of that, they then make you do an objective they give you little information on how to complete after the fact, and then take away a lot of ways to handle the boss who at least as far as I tried, can not be widdled down while he is moving constantly and can kill you in two shots.

Oh and the constant stream of adds, no stops.

Hell I grabbed gear to switch to for that boss fight only, and it still did jack for it.

I gave it....like 10+ tries by this point, and so I have just given up on completing it, if I can't complete it on hard ( when I have completed all others on hard no problem ) then I just won't complete it, and the rewards are not worth me brick walling it for more than that.

I have chosen simply to not complete it, its not worth it, and no one can convince me otherwise its worth it by this point if I could complete on my own, all the other manhunts just fine.

I finished stovepipe faster than most thought I could, and stovepipe was apparently one people complained about.

Especially when it gives you little indication on how to properly complete it.

If the idea was to show you how to make a hunter show up and then fight one, then their should have been no timer, and the objectives to make him appear made obvious, as to be a tutorial instead of an ass beating.

i did most of all manhunts, for the longest time i'd jump on do the weekly manhunts, then do the final manhunt and wait for the next season to start

I just looked up a video honestly to get the lore once it got to a point I knew I would rather skip it.

So at that point if someone wants it for lore, I'd just recommend looking up the info at that point.

Sure, but for all the other lore things, ala the other manhunts, I am fine completing the rest for lore and rewards, but its just mr recruiter that I am finding is not worth, either for lore or rewards.

Stovepipe was mega-fast for me, and people were suprised, but also none of the mechanics fought each other for your attention in stovepipe.

i keep dying to them quadcopters or the drones. i sit and wonder "how did i do this before?" but nothing comes to mind

For me, status effects, like pestilence and disruption.

Problems arise in recruiter however, pestilence doesn't last long on recruiter, you don't want to kill more enemies otherwise you generate new ones, and you don't have gear to properly keep them distracted while you fight recruiter.

On top of the objectives.

That is too much for a player to be handling with half of their mechanics taken away.

i'd have to find a proper video for that fight. vague memory i have is shooting these hard to reach weak points while dealing with adds and the boss getting on the side or behind you?

Its basically this:

|> Hard to reach weak points which make you vulnerable to his line of fire while adds spawn forward and backward of you, shooting at you with little gear to keep them distracted, aside from possibly decoy and pulse.

|> Once weak points are destroyed, you have 2 objectives, kill ( not really kill, would rather have killed him fully ), and somehow get back the SHD server ( which is on a timer ).

|> Birdie will disrupt all SHD tech in the arena, yours and recruiter, meaning you have no tech to keep adds distracted or recruiter coming at you.

|> You are on a timer, while having to kill recruiter 3 times ( more like his armor, but still ) then you eventually I guess leave via the house you came in through, when the cutscene will then begin.

|> Boss complete from there.

Basically you're not allowed to "Monetize" On exotic trade basically like

"You can buy my exotic for 10$!"

You can "offer" To give an exotic to someone else who either needs or wants it!

How to give or trade exotic is quite easy

You need to have "exotic" Cache / exotic when you're in a party / group, if they weren't there when you got the said "Exotic" That exotic is not trade able / giveaway
