Simple AI for simple stuff, most of the time ISAC just detect stuff, I on the other hand, I can answer questions, provide information, assist with creative tasks troubleshoot technical issues, help with farming, boost productivity, teach and simplify concepts, and offer entertainment through recommendations or custom content.

Hi - I just reached level 30 and beat the capital strongpoint to the point where BT shows up. I am wondering what is the best way to proceed from here? Go to New york or go through the story part first (I have the boost to go to NY). What I have read is you could start a second character and use the boost to go straight to New York and leave the main as is. I am not to concerned about the story, so I am mainly wondering if there is anything important I would be missing by going straight there

Perfect week to start the Nemesis project, or get that blueprint you been waiting for.

After you get the Tidal Basin piece , change mode for District Union Arena back to invaded and complete again for another piece. with 2 pieces in hand set GWH back to invaded and the blueprint will drop. Nemesis can be farmed from MMR TL after that regardless of project completion.

1. It has a huge recoil and bounces all over the place, inaccurate past 50m which is whack for a Rifle
2. It has two aim points? Which you don't see until you zoom in and have to adjust?
3. Worst of all, if you swap shoulders in high cover, either all your shots are going into the cover since you're glued to it, or you have to step out of cover and expose your whole body

Its either you have 13% PFE x3, or 12% crit damage x3

That crit damage will likely make an impact

Then again, Killer would probably cover the lost crit damage for running PFE

The PFE could be better off, if you are in content where Elites are very common

The people in #td2-build-advice might be better knowledable with this

Hotshot sniper is probably your best bet, Headhunter Hunter's fury is good when you activate pistolero aswell. Alternatively, A drone turret build can do it too, but cool skills is pretty annoying with it imo.

You can only optimise something as far as the max roll you have in the library. If you extract a higher roll from one item you should be able to optimise other items with that roll to the new maximum you extracted

I suggest a new 'Unicorn' workbench requiring 500 brand-specific materials enabling a max-rolled brand item (esp. 4-variable vests/backpacks, where you need to land 3/4) with whatever you want on it (core, attributes, talent). Understand that the more items that get introduced with every update, the lesser the probability will be to get what you want.

They were at the time. A lot of the gear that dropped before they weighted secondary attributes to primary attributes were 3 color pieces.

Imagine trying to get a double crit sacrifice and instead frequently getting a sacrifice with weapon damage, status effects and health.

Not all unicorns are the types that you would even want.

Back then, people wanted the ability to double reroll gear. Weighting attributes was the compromise.

Being able to double reroll gear would have eliminated a significant amount of farming for the playerbase.

We've had a few new gamemodes and mission variants, but almost no new regions, completely new missions, or actually significant changes to the core game. Those has been the most frequent complaints from people I know.

Sadly, the Division 2 is a 6 year game that is starting to show its age. The devs can't do as much as we might like.

Summit is also decent alternative. Heroic 80-100 floors with directives have "good" rng. Plus you can do that boss floor suicide thing.

But tbh best thing you can do is not farm it at all and eventually it will drop. After latest update and nerfs, coyote is not that great any more (assuming you run strikers as everyone else).

Targeted loot drops exotic chance aren't affected by diff, the amount of TL you get is. So higher diff=more TL which means more chances. The diff itself does affect exotic drop chance but it's a tiny chance.

Slower XP both in campaign and after 40. Game is stable enough that nowadays it isn't worth doing descent for HC XP.

Would've been useful when the game was crashing left and center a couple of years back but descent wasn't in the game back then

That was not the case for me, I had a character unused for a couple of years and was still level 30.
I installed the game back on to that platform and got to 40 before pulling the Lexington but it was still a 30.

They aren't that hard. Zoo especially has some super easy camping spots. Simply find some players who won't run random brand garbage/skill builds and you're good.

For the most part you only use grenades on bosses, maybe chungas. For regular mobs it's too much hassle, but if you feel like it, why not I guess, It can pair up nicely with survivalist on spawn chokepoints.

I can't hit anything with a regular grenade. Need Mad Bomber or the demolitionist's cluster bomb, or the survivalist fire nade which has a bigger radius
