Ive just got my main character to lvl 30 (non boosted), when I get to the specialization bench, none of my year 1 specializations have their points at 165 compared to my other characters that were boosted to lvl 30... is this normal?

Yeah, survivalist is good for the 10% amp not the heals. I run tech mostly but I just leave it on robotic damage vs changing it ever.

Recently they added a haz pro bonus on the first heal you get from a placed skill or any armor kits(including the quick ones where you double tap your heal buttton) I think it was supposed to be for PVP but idk anymore.

Some are day and some are night. Depends on the requirements to spawn them. Ones that are at night are usually after 9pm game time

I can't give you a definitive answer on what's causing this issue, but I would not be surprised if it's a bug. Previously they were having issues with the projects in it they've said they've fixed a lot of things but I don't think this was one of them

My theory is: before this season, you needed to finish the WONY campaign so you could regain access to Washington and the level 40 projects, they devs probably forgot about this detail. How to fix it? I think you need to complete WONY campaign.

Lvl 3 or 4 works equally well, you get 1 blueprint from each.
Heroic gives you more xp for completing it, and there's Named Enemies, that's the main difference.

Tons of really good skills but it comes down to preference/build/playstyle.

Most of the time a build might make use of certain skills but if you are on a DPS build that's not utilizing skills via the build we call those utility skills, things that help you stay up or give you an advantage in combat, some of the better ones for that are decoy, crusader/striker sheild, sticky emp, turret(used as a decoy basically), reviver hive, healing drone. Tons of really good options tho.

hello, i have barely played descent since i came back, i left before descent was out. i wanna ask if there's things i should know to optimize my runs to make it easier to have long runs (i wanna farm tokens for the blueprint cache thing)
as far as i know, with the current talent rotation i should just stack intimidate and adrenaline rush, and bloodsucker as much as i can but thats all i'm aware of

Good start but I also get unhinged and the 2 yellow ones that give weapon handling (the one that gives weapon handling while in cover stacks up more), and the one that gives 1% stability 1% accuracy on hit. Entrench is insanely op cuz at max ranked if u hit a headshot u regain all ur armor instantly. For long runs if u see shock ammo at a bench buy it on ur pistol and when u get rogue agent rooms use the pistol to shock em and I use a vector for really high DPS on rogues and a lmg (usually the m60) on reg enemies.

I’m aware of PvP weapon damage vs Open world, but why does my weapon damage drop as soon as I go into the DZ. Example: smg dmg in inventory screen inside a DZ cp is 93.1, but as soon as I enter the DZ, it drops to 89.8.
Wpn dmg is 93k in the stats screen but pvp wpn dmg is 30k. Anyone able to educate me on this?

If you look on the map and press “R”, IIRC, it will show you the targeted loot for each zone and mission, these are RNG and reset every day.

If you go to summit/countdown in the top right of the map, and hold “H”, it will give you a menu to select your Targeted Loot. You may not recognize the icons, but the names should appear in the top right as you scroll through the brandsets/gearsets/weapons.

I would simply recommend selecting your Targeted on the latter, and do challenging countdown.

Hey all, returning player. Are control points alert levels broken? I know that the control points reset on logout, but I can't raise the alert levels of anything anymore. I just redid tidal basin but nothing changed. I also don't see it mentioned on known issues.

You can use a TDI Kard custom for an extra skill tier to boost your off skill.

Countdown has the highest number of loot drops per time spent, matchmake on challenging or heroic (challenging still drops loot on par with heroic open world)

Weapon ranks are proficiency levels, part of the expertise system. By itself proficiency ranks doesn't give you anything, but it opens the possibility of upgrading gear and skills.

no, not normally. there is currently a bug with bag/chest appearance mods that causes some to be "sticky", and they will modify mementos look. the sticky appearance mods are all the mods not associated with an actual brand/gearset. if one of these mods are on your last equipped bag, when you switch to memento they will stick to it. map swaps to different areas breaks the sticky appearance iirc, so it isnt going to reliably stay put if you utilize.

I tried T3 control points with my full red crit/Chatterbuild. Dmg was nice, but getting hit hurts a loooot

use the environment and your positioning to your advantage. use the pie slice method of standing next to something that blocks 4 out of 5 enemies so you only have to be exposed to one at a time wherever possible. I use all red builds with preservation talent on the weapons and it makes it easy mode.

For example, I ran Invaded Tidal Basin, got the key, opened the door, opened the weapon crate, but did not get the weapon I'm supposed to deconstruct.

Does this imply I already got that piece? If so, where can I check for it (the deconstructed weapon becomes a scope called "Tally") Or does the weapon not always spawn?

i would also make sure you dont have a nemesis on agent or in shared stash as well. if you have an agent shared nemesis, or you have tally in inventory, adrestia rifle wont drop again.

Countdown will consistently give the most loot of any game mode, Heroic Countdown will have higher quality loot (better stat rolls as a % of the total stat allotment) and Legendary Summit and Strongholds having even higher quality albeit less total loot. As far as the actual stats that roll on an item, they are mostly random

Well technically speaking, NPC's were already doing that, but the issue is that the entire map is resetting and not just a few, depending on RNG.

however: just increase the base level of CP's to 3 or 4 and you'll get the blueprints you need.

How much does world difficulty impact loot drops? I read that the point of difficulty was to modify the loot pool, but it doesn't feel different to me.

The wiki also doesn't really mention anything about loot.

the targeted side drop can be good, but just in the same way that you can get max stats in normal missions, but just as often is purple or min rolls that can only be normal diff.
the main drop is always above the min roll of heroic. edit- if heroic world obviously

yeah, once you have one piece you can get the blueprint from bank mission, and farm for it with targeted loot, but overall it is going to be more consistent just to get all the parts, they reset daily, and usually it is done in 1-2 days of resets if you get all of the keychests.

check https://division2map.com/ to make sure you did open them all, as some guides only talk about the keychests in missions, on that site hit hide all and then only select locked crate, and then see if you went to all of them in the 3 zones of the chatterbox

also it is only the hyena locked crates that you go after, not any of the other factions to be clear

I am still confused as to what status effects attribute does... in warframe it's obvious because it refers to chance to proc different effects depends on the damage type (there are 14 of them in total), but what about in this game? I only know 2 ways to apply statuses, skills and shooting after getting special ammo

there also bluescreen/scorpio/sacrum imperium/iron lung that can proc status through their talents. hitting environmental destructible items like barrels/electric panels/gas cans/etc that also proc status. Hunters fury/OD has an associated status based on talent. not to mention imperial dynasty, ridgeways pride chest, and shocker punch holster through their talents. im probably missing something tbf. lots of ways to apply status
