That being said, white death is absolutely capable of 1 shotting pretty much everything the stronger ones can take out.

you get blueprints from completing control points, level 3 or 4 - there's a big pool of possible blueprints, including lots of weapon attachments, but it won't reward you one you've already got, so if you do enough you will eventually get them all

you can also get blueprints from the CP reward chests, but they come from a different pool (old season track blueprints), and you can only get them once per day per control point, so it's potentially worth doing lots of different control points instead of just farming one over and over

it says on the control points themselves, when you move your cursor over them on the map

they start at whatever level your open world is, so if you have challenging or heroic world difficulty then all your CPs will be level 3 or 4

otherwise you have to increase their level by doing connected activities

Unfortunately that one is a little "buggy", and when you fail/it bugs out, you need to re-do it from scratch.
Same as the rest of them, except for the buggy part, mostly.

Fast travelling once you've collected any of the Eyes can remove them from your inventory, so make sure you are just walking between, and follow any time constraints that the mission might have.

As long as you are playing Challenging/Heroic, the more important thing for Targeted Loot to drop is Directives. Each one added on increases the overall drop chance very slightly.
The idea of using Countdown instead is more of a matter of speed:chance. So be prepared to do a fair few, buying Exotic Caches between each run.

there is. look at your main weapon... right side of screen, scroill down through the stuff... it says what your proficiency rank is, and how close you are to next level

I'm truly in awe at those who can solo Descent to 40+ I legit don't understand how it's even possible. Anytime I really sit down and try to do it the run always ends with me and my 400+% armor with full leadership (essentially 800% armor) getting 2 tapped from a non sniper mob while doing a cover to cover, or something similar

Just make sure it's in the bag and proficient to be able to take the upgrades.
Also gear upgrades are very bad return as it scales off base armor and not blue cores.

you dont, not for now. Use the guns that are dropping in missions for now, using a weapon that is lower level than you are will just drag you down. later, once you are level 40 you can remake a level 30 exotic as a level 40 exotic.

Took me eons for the saluting one to work but I never had any issues with the jumping jacks if that’s the one right by Potomac.

In fact I want to say I even wiped 3 times trying to solo on heroic before I beat it and they spawned every time.

Try resetting controls points and log off and back in and double check a video to make sure you’re doing it all right

they did recently have to fix a ton of weapon talents and re-release and entire ps patch because it completely broke a platform... im sure this one in the chamber issue doesnt rank very high. its affecting one kinda bad weapon marginally, the affect on the rest is a non-issue.

Disrupt immune eclipse + dps does the trick, can confirm.

If you leave an agent in the room with the ammo box you'll have 20-30 seconds to throw out some shock traps in the hunter spawn and get a fire nade ready for a sledge proc as soon as your teamate enters the room. After that its foam and scorpio, if you have opportunistic as well you can really stack debuffs for the dps guys to melt everything.
