You can kinda do what you want really. I would suggest getting a proper build made and sorted first. You can find a spreadsheet pinned in #td2-build-advice, head to the Hub(builds) tab and on the right side you'll see a link that opens a comprehensive guide for that build.

How to find The Snitch | Looking for Cassie and Danny?
Who is Jared "The Snitch" Nash?
He's an NPC that - when interacted with - gives the player a bounty (scaled to world difficulty - you don't need to do the bounty to find them) and marks the location of Cassie Mendoza - the Gunrunner and Danny Weaver - Textile Vendor on your map (Shopping Cart Icon).
The Snitch has 40+ potential spawn locations in DC, however you don't have to search through all locations to find him as his spawn isn't random - he doesn't "pick" a spawn location. Instead, when you get close to one for the first time in your game session, he will spawn in the world.
Utilising this knowledge we can then spawn him into the world by doing the following:

• Login to your character from the main menu ->
• Fast Travel to either Space Administration HQ or Tidal Basin ->
• After spawning in, turn around 180° and move about 5-10 steps. If he's spawned into your world you'll see a green arrow ahead of you (like you see over friendlies). At Space Administration HQ he's in the building, at Tidal Basin he's on the road.
• If you don't find him at first, log out then back in and repeat. You should find him within 1-3 tries. I personally use Space Administration HQ.

You can have up to 4 agents. You can leave current where it is and boost a second direct to wony. You'll be able to do world tiers at your leisure and have the benefit of getting endgame gear and progressing season with the boosters alt.

The lootfarming method is how you listed. On lobby it refreshes the floor, making loot able to drop from the boss again.

The anchor stays and wipes to reset F10 while the others leave and reset tower progression so they get boss loot/xp everytime.

Depends on what you're trying to build, it all depends on what you wanna build

its a case by case thing and didnt affect everyone equally. weapons that had their original talent rolls are what was affected. any weapons where you rerolled the talent because all the attributes were good wont be affected.
i wouldnt get rid of anything that was affected though. theyll implement a fix probably in the next week or so. there was a similar thing with all ar's ended up getting rifle damage rolls a few months back. once fixed everything was back to normal.

downloading/logging wont make a difference either way as the data is stored on their servers

not really tbh. its 50 extra credits if you extract. youll still need 2 runs per exo cache. considering 4 agents can carry a challenging cd its gonna complete more. its also most likely not going to have build/shd kicks like heroic.

for components, yes, its basically a cache every 30 minutes. plus whatever drops (target ar/sniper/lmg for good exo:all weapons ratio)

if farming for something specific it may take a bit longer with countdown because it is lower drop chance and the caches are not able to be targeted.
for specific target loot exo, summit might be a better option. to max out summit chances you kinda want to farm a boss floor. like floor 10.

this requires you getting to floor 10. killing first wave and then boss. collect the dropped loot while leaving other npcs alive. map> goto lobby then go back to 10th floor. youll refresh the floor and the boss drop. repeat

you can honestly get drops anywhere your target loot is. if you can add directives, itll improve drop chances

For mass of loot, gear set, named, brands - yes. For RNGjesus with exotic caches (there's 29 exotics before any are unlocked via blueprints) - best of luck.
If you want to focus farm exotics you go to the LZ, Heroic with as many directives as you can.
Lincoln Memorial if target loot matches -> Control Point farming in a zone with matching target loot | Summit boss floor farming is a good alternative.

• Look through your inventory UI and take note of everything. Brands, Gear Sets, Talents - get used to what you're looking at. What is a core, what is an attribute, all that.
• Familiarise yourself with the map, what can you look at, what info does it give etc.
• Familiarise yourself with the tinkering station and for christ sake read the tutorial popup, because it covers the basics
• Go into #td2-build-advice > check the pinned messages > Go to the sheet and then read the FAQ
• Pick a build from the hub and go for it, get to grinding
• Familiarise yourself with the power hierarchy | #ask-td2-community message

Specializations have amp's to teammates damage.
But specifically countdown has "Close Range Countermeasure" that is supposed to increase your damage by 25%, but... erhm. It's more like 3-4x

Each Directives added slightly increases the drop chance of TL, as well as a little boost to xp.
how TL works is that it's a chance for an "extra drop" on top of what an enemy already would've.

Try slowly raising your Directives up to about 6 or so, it's a good balance for most. Which one doesn't really matter.

Definitly dont worry about speeding through the expertise levels, but if you notice some of you materials getting full make a couple mat donations on the crappiest skills. I ran into a lot of protective fabric and reciever components filling up when I stopped being able to donate items that had become proficient.

You'll want to keep around 2000 of each for actual crafting/weekly shd project

It’s tank reads codes (you don’t even need a tank for this part really, just vanguard and a shield)

People confirm their code and shoot out their boxes

Control room reads screens and moves crucibles

Power and control room control when you do weakpoints : shoot rockets at the turret to prevent the boss from shooting the turret at the control room

Crucible (move the lava on top of turret), send waters and you definitely need a tank to do this but use water cannon to solidify lava then kill boss

I haven’t done the control room or power so I can’t tell you how to do those

Use 2 different weapon types and let the other refill while using the other. So for example use AR and LMG (might need to drop vigilance for composure cause vigilance with lmg is like trying to cross a highway with cars going 90 mph) or an smg like safety distance so you maintain 40+ meter optimal range

I used to use negotiators with classic M1A / M1A cqb spotter flatline and it did pretty well on ammo … do of course note it will generally take a bit longer but you’ll be one shotting most reds

I beg to differ, don't want to get swarmed/surrounded (which is so easy on something like Roosevelt) when the whole point of HHF is to be up close - otherwise I might aswell just use my HE Regulus build, if I'm staying at range.
Mindset plays an important role (which I mentioned), because holy fuck can the NPCs piss you off. Run HHF, try to take (my last experience) the Air Force One Control Point, see the enemies spread out in every direction and run to Narnia, suffer.
Oh and I cannot understate this enough, don't play a hard aim build with cold hands That's suffercity

You'll also start the regulus project after your first completion. Not sure why you want the rav as it's pretty meh and niche for use.

You can get strongholds to drop their piece anytime you meet the conditions. Doesnt need to be first clear of that invasion. If someone just got adrestia from tidal and broke it down, they can reinvade and the stronghold will drop the piece.
Also this is why I always post when gwh is invaded so ppl can get their bp even if just starting the project. 😉
