Also force start no longer seems to be a thing, you have to have completed the invaded missions

Run it again on story but make sure you set it to story difficulty once you're at the actual mission location: if you set it from DC then fast travel there it bugs and switches to your world difficulty

Is there a way to reduce the amount of... visual clutter(?) in any way? Im doing Countdowns and there are some situations where my eyes glaze over because of all of the stuff on screen on top of particle effects (static etc).

Yeah cap is really good on skill builds. If using explosives or oxi you'll want secondary to be an in sync shotgun.
Capacitor and shotguns roll with 12% damage to armor which helps those type of skills do more damage

I think people should just not run reviver hive in incursion. It's nice but if you go down once but I bet you'll go down more.

Basically how it works is if you have a higher roll in your inventory anything lower gets auto deconstructed on pickup.

If you wanna pick it up for another character or friend you need to pick it up as favorite.

You guys would be surprised at how bad people can be in countdown - I commonly see atleast one idiot in Heroic countdown running skills at extraction.
I've run with Draconis - while he might not yet carry a countdown run, he sure as hell ain't the reason it's not completing.
From what I gather, console has most people running Challenging - but on PC, you almost always get insta pops on Heroic aswell, so people are more split up. Then you have time of day along with other factors aswell.
At the end of the day - you're gonna complain about the bad runs, not celebrate all the others.

Incursion is the name of a mission type, there are a few in Div1 and one in Div2 currently. They are missions that are harder than normal missions, more akin to a raid rather than a normal mission.

I was against 3 rogue agents (players), I beated the first one easily

With the talent activated I beated the 2nd one and tbh i recivied many shots but while tenacity was activated my health just decreased to 80%... Everything was fine and ready to beat the 3rd one but after tenacity talent ended my health droped to 2% instantly and I died

the tl;dr is that Hunters can only hack "deployable" skills.
Honestly though, Hunters are not that common in div2. Countdown is about the only time you'll see them regularly, and Floor 100 of Summit.

Rogue Agents can't hack skills but can spawn in regular missions, replacing encounters.

It's deployable, so yep! Although technically speaking, they need a line-of-sight on the skill, but basically it's advisable to not use them in Countdown/Floor 100.

Yeah, both articles was quite interesting to read, the IPA came first - but is more the alphabet linquists use to write how you pronounce a word (as far as I understood it), whereas the NATO alphabet is to streamline transmission of critical information and comes from a few other alphabets
