Correct, they were removed on JAN 1. Communication didn't go out as widely as we needed to, but players who have purchased bundles for those teams prior to removal will still have access to their items. This is the same as when past teams left the partnered program.

I assumed it was the one from MCC (which I don’t have) but when I started watching, it was for the Overkill weapon charm from Infinite. Was this a mistake on the calendar?

Unsure of when the 'missing' items will be recycled into the shop. That is managed by a different team that will communicate officially if/when it happens.

2 pools of 5, 10 teams for pools

it also says top 8 advance to pool play day 2, and then the last 2 spots in pools are determined by LCQ from the teams 9-12

so if there are 4 teams from online qualifiers, that means they are playing in the open

because otherwise, 8+4 is already 12 that would be in pools, which isn't the case

At the moment, there's only like 2 "orgs" that are serious and have teams.
Shopify and Luminon.

Faze is rumored to pick up a team, and SSG is sitting out as an org until later in the year.
C9 is supposed to be 'partnered' in the off season here, but we've yet to see what that actually looks like.

There are smaller grassroots level orgs involved too

i am currently carrying my lobbies in halo infinite ranked but i just played with the most annoying guy ever
he had 17 kills and 9 deaths with no assists and my stats were 6 kills 10 deaths and 12 assists with 4500 damage
he kept saying i sucked and i should just leave when he was the one that was running the opposite direction of the opponents when i was trying to heal my shields he kept getting me killed instead of covering me and i did the most damage but he just took the last hit every time
very annoying

im only plat 4 and im not very good at halo compared to onyx players but im still climbing pretty fast im still gaining +15 csr per win but i might be wrong about that guys skill but still seemed like a horrible teamate

Official HCS events for Infinite concluded with Worlds in October 2025. The tournaments happening this year are related to DreamHack, community grassroots/pro streamer events, and Halo Fest. HCS will return, most likely when the next Halo with multiplayer is announced. Nobody knows when that is though at this point. Hopefully that answers your question.
