Here's the sitch - I run a cool little Halo community that has a subgroup of around sixty Ranked- and HCS-loving competitive people in it. It's about as non-toxic of a place as you could find out there in the internet wilds, and we have a lot of fun pushing each other to improve. That said, we're kind of plateauing currently - most of us at the "top" skill-wise are all comfortably Onyx in crossplay, but not quite good enough to be Onyx in the solo/duo controller playlist if that gives you a sense for our skill level.

We're looking for some chill players who are better than us to join up with the group and teach us their ways. None of us are trying to go pro or anything, but we do want to get better than we currently are and keep improving. That's just kind of hard with the blind leading the blind you know? We run group practices every Tuesday night, we play Ranked together most nights, we do VOD reviews and puzzles, and all that kind of stuff already.

If you're both chill and skilled but not actually a pro or aspiring pro player (call it 1600-1800 CSR in crossplay skill-wise, roughly), we would love to have you join up. I can promise you that you'd be extremely appreciated, and hopefully you'd have a lot of fun interacting with a bunch of hungry Halo players and fans looking to take that next step and git even guder. Given our current skill distribution, there's plenty of opportunity to revel in some hero-worship too if that's your thing.
