@neon magnet I missed these legend pass rewards from last season and clash rewards because of what happened and customer care is telling me that the dev team can't offer more than 500 tokens I think its reasonable that I get gifted back these rewards because:
- I PAID for the legend pass considering its not my fault that gameloft server issue prevented me from accessing my account and getting these rewards
- I was part of a club that reached top 5% and you can see clearly from the screenshots
(this is more than reasonable considering I missed countless special events, grand prix, key car hunts and many more daily events, you can't seriously tell me that I'm greedy for asking this as compensation???)

He has completed any need to join a club but he cannot find the club, using the club tag or name still makes him unable to find my club. I tried to intvite him into my club. I saw there's the Steam version available so before installing the Steam version of the game, i wanted to link my Steam account so all my progress would be merged to the Steam version of the game but, the game used the Steam progress data, both on the Microsoft Store version. Right now I'm looking on how could i un-link my Steam Account from Asphalt 9 so i can continue using my old Xbox Account game data progress. The problem is the same on my Xbox Console as well.

Is anyone having a problem racing a car that has a full tank and it wonāt race? When trying to do a GP practice run in the Solus, I click on āPracticeā select the Solus with a full tank to race, it keeps taking me back to the select practice screen, the race never starts, just goes back to the practice selection every time. Interestingly, it was working this morning until I got the extra fuel rewards from the legend pass. Is this a fuel bug, like how the fuel counter is a bug? Hi, based on what I could find it seems your device is flagged as having a hacked version of the game.
I just heard from you that there is a hacked version of the game. I use the Windows Store version to take advantage of 4 ads, and I use the Steam version while playing normally. I haven't used anything different than this... After some research, I realized something. Maybe I found the problem. I used to use x360ce to connect my controller. Because I couldn't manage to do it through with Steam's own settings. I forgot to delete it from Asphalt 9's file location. Could it be that it sees this file as a hacked version of the game? The game most likely detected this as 3rd party software. It may have been considered a hack because the game file was changed. I think that's why I might have been banned. I didn't realize this until now. Because I was using now a keyboard.(Since my controller broke, I was actually playing with the keyboard.) This file had no effect on the game other than making my controller appear as an Xbox 360 controller to the computer. I forgot to delete the files in ss from the file location. I deleted it now. And I will completely uninstall the steam version and reinstall it. Such a thing is not possible in the Microsoft Store version anyway. I don't think I have a virus on my computer, I scanned it today and it came out clean. I did not use anything like a hacked version of the game as you say. As I mentioned in SS, if I got banned 3 times for 14 days and then got a permanent ban because of such a simple mistake. That would be a really tough decision. Okay, I admit it may be my fault, but it's not even close to what people using nitro hack or bots do.I hope the problem is just related to this and we can solve it. And I would greatly appreciate it if you could change this permanent ban to a temporary ban or remove it completely(I didn't really use anything like hacking.). What do you recommend me to do now? There was so much time lost in this last "hiccup", that its impossible to even enjoy the current season. I still purchased the LP, but i am truly disgusted with the few cards I received as compensation. This, no way makes up for the countless days lost in the game, and up to the current season. I first had access to this season yesterday, and all of my teammates are so far ahead, its like running up a hill with one leg. I am very unhappy with what has transpired. For all my teammates who play reasonably, it's impossible to get 42M to gold it from scratch. The only way I've come to the conclusion after talking with a lot of other players on Discord is to play 18 hours a day. Which, of course, is impossible when you have a job and a "normal" life.
Don't you think that's being abused for a stalk? It's the 1st time you've asked for so much and as a result, only a handful of players are going to get there even though you've called it an "exceptional hunt"
I think it is reasonable to lower these conditions to 6ā, as is the case in all Key Hunts.
