Be respectful and nice
• Do not harass, mock, ridicule, intimidate or abuse other users.
• Do not tag users or mods repeatedly or for fun.
• Any hate speech, racist remarks or abusive content won’t be tolerated.
• Swearing is also a no-no, this includes bypassing the filter.

**Communicate in English. **

• No spam or self-promotion (server invites, advertisements, etc) without permission from a staff member.
• Do not post nor discuss any leaks.
• Do not post screenshots of private conversations
• Do not impersonate other users nor create alts.
• Selling/buying accounts will effect in an instant ban.

• Sending many messages in a short time frame.
• Excessive Emoji/meme use. Using any of the following emotes will result in a warning from either the bot or a Moderator, up to being banned from this server for their use in a comment or as a reaction . Bypassing with similar emotes will result in same action. 🍆 🍑 💩 💦 🖕 🔪🍌

Keep the server clean
• Please keep chat relevant to the channel you are in.
• Please discuss only the WW version of the game. For the Alibaba’s version please visit: http://a9.aligames.com/
• Do not invite any chat bots into the server.
• Pick a nickname that is easy to tag. Nicknames that are against the rules will be changed without warning.
• Do not abuse the nickname feature. Keep usernames, nicknames, profile pictures, about me's, pronouns tab appropriate for all ages.
• If someone is already streaming in a voice channel, pick a different one if you want to stream your own gameplay.

Violations of these rules may be met with:
• deletion of post;
• a warning;
• a temporary mute;
• a temporary or permanent account ban from the server.

Moderating actions (including in-game actions) will not be debated publicly. All discussion of moderation will take place in private messages. Additionally, moderators will not discuss moderating actions with users who are not directly involved in an incident. If you are confused about a particular action taken against you, please, contact the moderators or Community team staff. Any opinions expressed by moderators are private, and should not be taken as an official stance by Gameloft.

**Cheating in any fashion is strictly prohibited. This includes: **

Using cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any other unauthorized software designed to modify or interfere with the game.
Taking unfair advantage of game exploits.
Making any game-related purchases from third-parties.
Sharing your account, disclosing its details, or permitting any third party to access your game account. Sharing your account information with a friend is against the Gameloft Terms of Use and can lead your account to be stolen.

While using a game emulator is not expressly prohibited, please note that we strongly discourage their use. The game is not designed to support them, and an account using an emulator may unintentionally appear as if it was modified. This can lead to a ban, or a complete reset of your game profile. Use at your own risk.
