How to get the Admins attention, i think a great fix for the Ads to stop clutching id to store them locally in the game files, for those of us using roaming data it would be great if we didn't have to download Ads the whole time, most of the glitches occur due to buffering, so if they could be downloaded and stored in the game files and loaded upon accepting i think it would be way smoother

2 second Brain freeze every 10 ads and you watch 600 of those

Hello, I am a big fan of your game, I enjoy it a lot and play almost every day. Congratulations! However, there is something that really bothers me, and I don't know if it's just me, though I don't think so: the name tags of the racers in multiplayer (I don't need or care to know the names of other players during the race) They obstruct the view, blocking, for example, the entry points to ramps, the apex of turns, and more. All this makes what should be fun become a frustrating experience. I hope that if you don't remove it in Asphalt Unite, you at least find a way to ensure it doesn't hinder the vision of other players. Regards, and thank you for such a great game.

Without ads, it's not only about the gas and tickets refills, it's about the extra credits we could get. If we don't get those credits, we can't upgrade cars, if we can't upgrade cars, what's even the point of trying to unlocking them? For me, if ads don't come, Asphalt will be an instant uninstall. And no, I will not play on my phone, I've played on my computer for years, and that's where I plan to continue.

It is funny how this version of the game was supposed to "Unite" but all it has done is to show how different the game is on different platforms. Ads still work on other devices but if you are on a PC where ads have been in place and worked for years, sorry we no longer want you to have that capability so we are going to take it away. Game Loft has just turned into Greed Loft and the update shows it even more. They will do everything within their power to make the game pay 2 play and it is already pay 2 win. The way Gameloft replied to my email made me think I was the only Windows player who no longer had any Ads related content since the update. As it appears to be ALL Windows players affected, it makes no sense why Gameloft replied with a generic response that didn't even mention Ads. How many Windows players are there? 30,000? Doesn't Gameloft get paid by the advertiser every time we watch an advert? Hopefully that will make Gameloft make this a priority. This may not be as much of an issue for veterans, but for us newbies it's a MASSIVE issue that severely hampers our progression in the game.

I've just emailed Gameloft a suggestion to get round this for platforms where Ads aren't available:-

• Halve the time between free Credit Packs from 4 hours to 2 hours.
• Halve the time to refill Event Tickets from 10 minutes to 5 minutes.
• Halve the time to refuel cars.
• Randomly assign a multiplier to increase the Race Reward credits.
• Gift credits and tokens when we log in on days when free credits and tokens are available to players on other platforms.

This would be acceptable to me. What do others think?

In practice no intelligent person will spend money on an event that you can not carry out. How do you lose so many credits without ads?
Watching ads for ad pack gives like 2x 33k credits per day.
That’s not much.
Ads to refill cars for MP? Use different cars, there are many competitive cars that are easy to lax in new MP seasons.
Ads for extra event tickets?
Event tickets don’t give many credits once you got all the rewards.

The only ad that could have an effect on your daily credit income is credit multiplier after a race.
And this is only useful to watch if it’s x8 when finishing top 3 in MP.
It’s not worth to watch x4 ad for event races where you get only 3800 credits

I used to get 20,000 - 30,000 credits for many races, sometimes more. And I did LOTS of races (not just MP). So I'm probably missing out on 300,000 to 400,000 credits per day. That might be insignificant to you but isn't to me.

Actually no, the graphics drivers you receive from Windows Update are not tested to work specifically with your PC because that would pretty much be impossible, there are millions upon millions of device configurations that they would have to test and provide a driver specific to them which they don't, they simply take one signed graphics driver from NVIDIA and give it to you

All graphics drivers from both Windows Update and GeForce Experience are tested specifically on the GPU you're using, so it should work, and you'll receive updates from the latter from NVIDIA as long as it's not EoL (End-of-Life)

Honestly I'm expecting longer simply cause what they need to do

For context, they switched from UWP (Universal Windows Platform) to GDK (the Xbox Game Development Kit) and only UWP supports ads through Microsoft's ad network, they basically need to make their own ad network from scratch which means not only building out said code to show ads but also signing on partners to have their ads displayed. That takes a lot of time.

The plus side though is if they no longer are reliant on the platform's native ad network, they might be able to use said network cross-platform which means 1. Potentially more ads for platforms that already have it since even if Google/Apple/etc stop serving ads to a user since there's a daily limit, they will have their own inventory to fall back on after that happens. and 2. The possibility of putting ads on other platforms like Steam, Playstation, Xbox, and Switch which don't have their own ad networks to begin with (of course that depends on if said platforms even allow it)

I use my limited ad uses with the one and only ad I get with Windows to hopefully get token rewards from free ad packs. There are only maybe 7 to 10 times to watch the Amazon Prime security guard, finding out he can cook well with kitchen things he buy from Prime, before that ad use runs out. I use my other devices iPad and Android phone to actually play the game and get all the ad bonuses, rewards and credit bonuses for races because the ads don't run out there anywhere nearly as fast as Windows currently.

Please ad more commercials to the Windows new ad platform besides the only single ad we get. It's not enough, obviously.
I prefer to play on my keyboard in TD because I'm not good enough for manual driving. It's too hard to play touchscreen on a small screen phone or even on the tablet. I'm waiting for a bluetooth controller to come in so I can hopefully play easier and better on Android and iPad before Windows ads finally get fixed properly and competitive with the other ad platforms.

Now having problems with the lego ad getting stuck on loading screen , then cutting out without issuing rewards . When it runs , ad claims to be one minute long , when it 's actually closer to one minite 30 seconds , as the countdown timer keeps getting stuck and running slow . 1:30 is far too long for an ad and also the fact that it is playing every second ad . some of these in game ads are suspicious and look scammy.
I fell for one of them.
I had to report it to my credit card company to dispute the charges. I had to get a new credit card number and card. I also had to go into many of my accounts and change it to my new cc number, which was a major pain and hassle.
It was the ad for sampler pack of Omaha Steaks.
I also saw another add that had celebrities doing a giveaway of cookware but I think that was a.i. voiceovers and a scam also

Why is GameLoft allowing these ads to be in game? I trusted the ads to be legit and not just something out on the rest of the internet and have to put my guard up.

I also see some ads for apps that only have a few hundred downloads

There are many good ads too, although played too often that I become numb to it and get turned off long before the 100th time.

Temu ads are almost exclusively all that ever show for me. I was getting rather sick of their shopping like a billionaire jingle but now they are force closing my app every so often. This messes up my ad multiplier sequence and has cost me many hundreds of thousands of credits.
I am unable to post a screenshot as it happens the instant the ads start. The game restarts itself and hangs on a black screen. I then have to restart for the game to work again.

Thanks for the new ads over the past couple of days for the Windows Store version of the game. I've seen new ads for celebrating military veterans in conjunction with Walmart (3 different ads with veterans), Experian remove subscriptions ap ad, and a Peyton and Eli Manning ad for King's Hawaiian sweet and salty bread bites ad. All for the USA. These new ads are much bigger and fill up the screen unlike many of the old ads from A9.

Yes, i tested this on 3 platforms(android/ms(xbox)/google play games for windows), as of today when you watch Showroom ads for tickets it is rewarding a Daily event ticket instead of the Showroom ticket - I've tried clearing caches etc but no luck or workaround found :/

It has been 5 months (!) since ALU update, and Windows ads are still not working properly. There is limited number of them (though bigger amount than some time before) and after-race ads, tickets refill ads and free ad packs seem to be counted together into that sum-total. Could you please at least make some announcement if this is here to stay/intended or is going to be fixed? It's not how it was in A9 and makes all the events much less worthy to play. This game is largely about in-game resources management and this issue makes the game unplayable in the resources management sense.

Please review the car driving programming for those who use the joypad on PC windows and Xbox consoles. Remove the freaking steering brake which is unrealistic. This will encourage players to buy fast S-class cars with little nitro. DS10 is no longer playable. All adds take 30sec+5sec+15sec+5sec+ another20 sec because skipping after the set amount of time only opens another screen with a timer. They are all 'drag to move' minigames. On the other android device no adds are available.
