<UPDATE-Resolved> for anyone else, I had to update Win 10 to 21H1 in order to install the Xbox Windows app. Once I did that it started working again. Be nice if something had said that.

Issue: After the recent update, if the game is left afk for more than 1 minute and when you come back, it refuses to connect to the server and shows "synchronizing" and returns to the loading screen of the game.
The game did not have this issue till the update was released. The game is not loading for me now and I have many other people with the same issue. One thing is...few of us use the same network providing company-Airtel.

Sorry I won't be able to follow up on this. Normally, we won't even reply in this chat, as here we only monitor and gather the info. But make sure to check the patch notes, as that's where it's normally mentioned.

I'm not a software engineer, but in the same way why VPN was helping some of you, when you use a specific service, your signal goes through different paths (hubs) until it reaches the service. So at one point, different services will have different paths.
To make it simple, think about it as roads. If you need to get to location A or location B, at one point you'll have to take a different road. And even if there are roadworks on a road to location A, you can still get to location B as you take a different road. What VPN does, it just changes the path (road in our example) you go so if the issue was happening somewhere in the middle, it might help you to bypass it. But again, we would recommend avoiding using them.
And another reason why a website might work while the game won't is due to amount of packages you need to send, as online games are more demanding.
I hope you'll find it helpful.

P.S. again, I'm not an engineer so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm working for many years in the gaming industry and it's a very common problem.

I am unable to sign in to xbox live on windows (but non-cloud game things work, including store purchases). I assume that means my game progress is not being 'backed up' to the cloud. I always see the error "could not execute action on the server (2)" when I try to sign in.

Hello all. Just wanted to address a glaring issue on the PC version of Legends. TouchDrive randomly deactivates between the car selection screen and the actual race. When I start the game I sometimes realize that the car doesn't start going on its own. By that time I've already lost the race. I hope there's a way to fix this issue.

Additionally, in some races the touchdrive turns off in the middle of the race and I have to scramble to the settings to switch it back! I hope there's a way to create a ticket for this issue.

well, depends on your system's performance. idk how a9 will do well on windows 7, 8, and 8.1. but since miscosoft offers free upgrade to the next gen of windows including windows 10 (look on their website to see if windows 10 is free to upgrade but i am sure it is bc older windows version are going to end soon or they already ended and microsoft knows that using an older version can cause you problems and gives you more vulnerable to virus and hackers, and no, not the a9 hackers. i mean the online, money stealing hackers.). RAM requirement is also important. i think a9 needs a minium of 4gb of RAM in order to function correctly and no lags.

FFS remove whatever the block of code you've put to freeze the game only for me, and let me get my 750 token milestone and get lost. Anybody using Xbox controller? I need help. I bought a xbox controller 2days ago for playing asphalt 9 in pc. It was very good experience with this controller but it wasn't last long, when i experienced something worse part of this controller. The issue is when i want to so little move cars it's loss speed. We are basically use a tricks , keep taping (msecond break)our keyboard left or right button when we wants to move the car very short without drift and speed loss what called so little moves or something ( into the small turn) . I hope you can understand what i mean. On Xbox controller left stick button not working like the tap tap button on keyboard . When i try to move my car in small turn it's always moved fully and loses too much speed. But i tried everything don't got any solution. I don't create too much pressure in stick button and also i try to do tap tap things on this stick but it's loss speed . Im now too much frustrating for this. Fix your game. This error come to me always where there is free pack or events refresh time. It always take minimum 5 minutes to get past this error. It's always when i want to start up game at the time when there is free pack or event refresh.

For example event refresh is at night 02:00 based on my region time zone time. I can't log in the game before 02:10 cause i will have this error and game wont start up so i need to close game and wait that 5 minutes

Got disconnected from a MP race without losing connection. Curiously, that race was in Cairo, which is a location that has been going missing since the season mission came out

Weekly competition went infinite loop on this connecting to server and thanks to that i didnt get the reward and lost the 2 tickets. Fix your damn servers or make these events as offline or something. Do the syncing in the menu of the game and also remove the tickets at the time the race is done same with the fuel as your game crash a lot so takes your tickets and fuel

im just about as fed up with this update:
-the filtering system is halfbaked and doesnt filter in events properly
-the filters dont save in general which ruins the point of them
-another messed up career stage mission with its time requirement being in mere milliseconds
-kd camera sound fadeout is inconsistent and in some cases doesnt fade out at all when you kd a player (happened frequently in events). this should have been fixed when the game launched to not happen at all when you dont use the kd camera
-many game ui elements are still broken and unchanged and i wont even go into detail cause then youd be reading 3x as more of what ive already listed
-the constant synchronization that kept happening upon opening any leaderboard event or leaderboards in general are back, this time even worse causing to happen to A MULTIPLAYER LOBBY now (check the clip)
-the removal of "recovery nitro" when you get kd'd in multiplayer which tells me someone merged the club race rules into normal mp without realizing what theyve done

So since the update i have been encountering this issue which i never had before. Cpu charts of a9 skyrocket and it takes up over 10 GB of ram. I alr resetted the game and made sure its not hardware fault (I have a ryzen 7 1700, a gtx 1080 a samsung 970evo plus ssd and 16gb of ram). It isnt a constant thing but it happends like every hour and stays for like 10 mins even after restarting the game.

This seems to work for me with sync problems:
➡️ Before starting a race in MP, go to Leaderboard first
➡️ In the Leaderboard, choose some tabs like My Club, Top Players...
➡️ This should trigger a (long) sync
➡️ When the sync is done, go back. Press Play, pick your car, and press Play. No sync happens. The race starts...

Cant claim reward as this syncing gets stuck in the infinite time. 3 force restart of the game in a row. Each time same problem. Restarting the game and doing to events to claim and it gets stuck in this syncing
