Now I got them, but they're acting funny, like, those ads for tokens, first said no ads, closed the section, reopened it and had ads, saw them, but the ads opened on chrome, no reward nor ads again, closed, opened, ads again, saw them, got the tokens, but always this same "routine" due to ads open the browser in the end.

Limited ads are ok for new race tickets (same condition as mobile versions), but not for reducing refill time and credit multiplier after race.

You won't lose progress. E.g. If you log out after opening free pack and the game won't synchronize on another platform you will get exactly the same thing after opening that pack. Loot is queued. No matter how many times you will roll a dice it's decided before what you will get.

For the last 4 years that I have been playing this game, every season I will buy a season pass as well as a daily pass and a multiplayer pass, a main reason why I do this is to keep the game alive and to continue adding new concepts.
Unfortunately, the developers are endlessly scamming their customers.
In this season, I bought the ultimate pass just so I could complete the tokkens and unlock DEUS, since it is not a special hunt and DEUS is a support car in the special event, it should not require such a high rank.
At the moment, they have deceived too many people to a large extent, what the developers and gameloft have done in this particular event is the definition of fraud.
If by this afternoon they haven't changed anything in this particular stage, it will be the last time I personally buy anything in this game, they should respect people's money and not cheat their customers like this.
And the next step will be to show the gaming world what scammers the developers of the game and this particular game are by posting on gaming sites the scam they have organized, as well as comments from many people showing both their displeasure and the fact that they have been cheated.

You may have already completed the Muira stage, as they've updated it with a Muira Epic from a W12 Epic. I had already completed the stage and then it was made aware to me that they'd changed the Epics, so I've gone back in and got the Epic reward, but the rest still show as incomplete. So it's just a display issue. However, if you hadn't completed this stage before, then you should raise this further.

Why getting performance issues, constant stuttering, can't even race. Seems like game is hacked as no controll of car sometimes, steering into objects (drawn in like a magnet) or constant left and right. Navigation issues as left or or right brings up overclock in build tab, navigate rewards brings up free ticket refill (always land on tokens) (since we don't get them anymore (F2P). can't exit with B key (can cause a purchase when doing so). Funny this started happening when you added a background task to windows version. ( monitoring game play or other info).

You can try first to just switch screen resolution, restart the game and if it's fixed, then put it back to your usual setting. Afaik there are no issues with ads (there is only limit of ads that you can watch daily), id you have issue with black screen when watching ad try this:

1. go to ms store and make sure that your XBOX app is up to date
2. if xbox app is up to date and you still exepriencig issues - open xbox app, click your's profile name (top left corner) then go to support, then click gaming services repair tool and start repair
3. reboot PC, start the game and see if problem still persists

Not a Windows specific issue, but a game issue, but since we still don't have a sub under "Report an Issue" for general game bugs (although there is a Suggestions and reports channel, the sub only states suggestions), I'll report it here. Security/Police cars cannot be knocked down with 360s or Shockwaves, and indeed they can knock you down especially in mid air. Not sure if this been an error, or this is by design, if it's by design it's wrong and whoever did it, needs to go and sit on the naughty step.

No, I'm experiencing the same issue with the most recent update (but I'm on Xbox - I just used the search feature to see if I was the only one and found this message). Police cars cannot be knocked down at all whatsoever. I'm stuck on a career mission with 5 knockdowns and only one cpu opponent. There's no way the game is designed for me to knock down the same opponent 5 times in a sub minute race.

And the police cars have been buffed so they can actually knock you out pretty easily. It's really frustrating.

Now it breaks most of the gaunlet maps and beat golden arash, devel, and tartarus easily. I just tested this with a max rank 4/8 EIP with OC - went 4855 meters, collected 130 notes - don't do 360's at start or even at all on the first lap of track - use them on 2nd lap. Also this was done using Touchdrive, I usually drive manual but for these collect events I find touchdrive is easier to get the max collected.

Thank you for fixing the Game Exit issue that has been plaguing the game for several months with a delayed or NO Exit from the game.
Unfortunately, placing the Game Exit under the Grand Prix "Lets Go" button is inconvenient, but it works great. Fix for GP bug - it worked for me.
Exit the game and go to windows 'settings', choice 'apps', find Asphalt 9 and select it, select 'advanced options', now first select 'repair' then select 'reset', this should fix the problem. Start the game and you might have to setup your preferred controls & display options but you should now be able to get into the GP.

Nice find! 🙂 will have to keep this in mind for future issues. I was able to get into GP but the game still has issues as it crashed in the same way when I scrolled through the season cards/placards for the Phantom Riders season. I was able to get through those after restarting the game. Just FYI.

Hello, I just wasted 250 tokens because I clicked the "refresh" button by mistake in the new Hololive event. I bought an import part, then I closed the dialog box by clicking the X, but instead of clicking once I clicked twice, which closed the dialog box, but also clicked the "refresh" button, because both buttons are exactly in the same place. So, in order to fix this, you either add a confirmation before taking away my precious tokens, or move one of the buttons somewhere else, so they are not in the same place.

This. Posting your time on Steam fixed it for your Xbox as well. This bug appears to originate from the leaderboard (hence you are not seeing another person who qualified along with you), and altering the leaderboard can resolve the issue for some people.

The after images are pretty faint and hard to see.
First click on 1:02:400 race time you can see 5 equal distance after images of the car. Pay close attention to the mirrors.
On the second clip when the car is landing you can see a few after images of the rear of the car. Pay close attention to the rear bumper and the rear diffusor fins.
One copy of the after images / artifact of the rear diffusor fins is visible in both clips as long as the car is on the ground.

This issue has been there for a long time now. If you previously played ONLY on steam or epic games, then you could claim those. This is as steam and epic games do not support ads. But since you played the ms store version, which supports ads, unfortunately you will not be able to claim the free rewards. You either continue playing without them, or switch back to ms store version

I know but it's way too slow to get from D to S class when there is 300 and more cars... for example I had a race to do where there wasn't any class buttons above and it took me quite some time to get to from D to S, that's where I had an idea of a faster scroll slider. This is a normal feature. Since you connected your steam account to your phone, you can’t get the free tickets, since ads are available on your phone

if you really want to play your phone account on PC, avoid steam at all cost. Download the game from google play beta or from the microsoft store. You wont have any problems if you do it that way

Bug affecting ingame Legend Store - ever since the Lego Technic Spotlight Event the Blueprints for the Aston Martin Valkyrie have NOT appeared in the Legend Store for purchase for credits or tokens, the Epic Import Parts do appear for purchase, I'm Garage Level 56 - this bug MAY ALSO affect the other non Lego Technic cars that were in that Spotlight Event, I'm not certain on that because my other non Lego Technic cars were already at max rank. might need to be downloaded again and overwrite all files... when it doesnt shut down properly its gotta be a at least 1 or more files that are corrrupted... best way, is to get a fresh copy of it all... all your cars, credits etc, will not be screwed up either, if that may be in your mind too... so yes,,, i have had that problem too, i fixed it as above... download asphalt 9, onto desktop, then reinstall it... over the original install... do not use uninstall... then install... it stands the possibility of loosing your progress, and may take 3 or 4 times to run it, to update properly, from the servers... which should also be fixed properly, and perhaps allow all of us, to backup those files locally, and put that update file into the proper file structure.. by copy and paste locally... thats the best way to insure your progress is backed up... instead of trying to rely on any type of cloud type backup...

It might be your Xbox Live settings. Go to Xbox.com and sign in, once signed in, then at the top left click on your username and select "My Microsoft Account" not "XBox Profile" (translated into your language). Then select Privacy on the left hand side, then scroll down to the bottom to "Find privacy settings in Microsoft products" and click the Xbox logo. You should then have three options at the top of the main section, click on "Xbox and Windows 10 devices Online Safety" and then on my computer every box is set to allow (except the top one about personalised recommendations). In the Privacy section you can set these to whatever, but I have none of them blocked, except voice data.

As game loads i get this pop-up and click ok like six times before it goes away and the game starts, then the same pop-up re-appears again whenever ads start to play i click it two times (twice) and the ad plays and then again, the pop-up comes back when i start mp races another two clicks (once) and we're off and racing.
