Still have the overheating issue on iPhone 15 pro max. No other apps cause my phone to overheat despite heavier use than Asphalt. After between 5 - 10 races in just about any mode my phone starts to get hot and then the races get real choppy. This has gotten substantially worse over the last month.

Yes. Though, you can link them and transfer one of the accounts to the other device. It’s a one time transfer so choose wisely and read the instructions carefully. Go to settings > gameloft connect > connect > link account with code.

Players are complaining that the Facebook login option was removed... These players are actually the ones who most frequently share accounts, which is why they’re upset. Some are truly honest players, but those cases are rare.

To those players and a few others: having multiple accounts is prohibited and is stated in GAMELOFT s terms of service.
But who cares about the terms of service, right? After all, several players from big teams have multiple accounts (for example, DarkHyper). So Gameloft could never ban smaller players for having more accounts on their devices.

I would like to report a technical issue of the nitro bottle selecting with Touchdrive. (Does not affect the ramps, just the nitro bottles.) it’s happened since the latest update ran out.

Something is wrong in DS12 … in Stage 3 from the Survolt part you get all SP from one race on Hazard Level 3. This forces me to race on Hazard Level 2 until i almost reach the required SP for that stage to get more Coins. I doubt this is intentional.

This series score 'improvement' in MP1 of 10 points more than before, feels like mocking the players. Since there's fewer players, we have to spend more time waiting for a lobby in the higher leagues. And you get a lobby of at most 2-3 players for which you can get maximum 50 points per race. Meanwhile someone in bronze gets full lobbies and can score 100 points per race. Waste more time for fewer rewards, it's a mockery.

Since addition of style coin to 2 star requirement of hunt car …car selection by default defaults to hunt car if already maxed. Earlier it use to be the last car used.

This is similar issue we face in key car hunts. It’s very annoying. Can we have some sort of fix for this.

In Gauntlet, I’ve now twice tried to use the Chiron with Evo upgrades on Bridge to Bridge in Nevada and it stays stuck from the start behind a road sign and you can’t get it free. I have to quit the game to get past this and you end up with a dnf for that round. I’ve also had issues with it in MP where it rolls back or forwards from the loading of the race so you either end up with an advantage if the start is downhill or a disadvantage if it’s uphill. Just to be clear here the car starts moving during the countdown.

NOT UNDERSTANDING and it‘s NO SOLUTION to force players to stop playing cause Gameloft causes issues.
Like many others I bought a pass and I want to play and I want my points.

We have raised the issue of Jesko SE Stage 5 having a weird track layout, however there's a much more serious issue going on with this stage.
There has been an influx of reports from players getting sent to cheaterboard after playing on this stage, and here's what you need to know to avoid it while devs are fixing the stage itself:

• To check whether you're in cheaterboard or not, do a multiplayer race. If matchmaking is taking unusually long, lobbies are not full and most importantly, you gain 0 reputation points after the race (by checking your rep in your club section), you are in cheaterboard and you should stop playing for 24 hours and you will (usually) not be in cheaterboard anymore
• If you're not in cheaterboard or have not played the stage yet, avoid playing it until the stage is fixed or there are more follow-up announcements about this issue. While it's not 100% confirmed that this is causing players to be sent to cheaterboard, it's best to not do the stage at all to prevent anything unfavorable from happening at the moment

Reporting a bug in Sponsorship.

Due to yesterday's cheaterboard issue, I was out of the game for 24 hours (and I already knew this — described below — would happen, but I imagine it might have been fixed by now).

The problem is that if we claim the sponsorship for the first day (of 10) when it updates (9 PM for me), I MUST claim all the other days within a 3h window. If I don't click the sponsorship claim button before midnight in my current time zone, it expires and I have to restart the sponsorship again.

I think this is a bug because I should have at least a 24h window to claim my rewards, not just 3 hours.

This is old and it's been happening since the sponsorship feature launched. Please fix it.

So I changed the store location on my main iPhone, deleted and reinstalled the game, and I have my ads!

So I just got the new iPhone 17 Pro Max and of course the first thing I want to do is race in Asphalt lol. Anyhow, it definitely handled a lot better than my 15 Pro Max with the better graphics settings, but I will say after about 12 minutes of playing and recording at the same time with the built in recording feature it started to get a little warm on the back side of the phone. I stopped playing after that, but definitely better performance on the 17 Pro Max.

On the iPhone 17 Pro Max, it seems there is an issue with how the sound comes out of the bottom left speaker holes and not the bottom right speaker holes. Can this be adjusted or possibly give players an in game option to adjust the balance depending on which way they hold their phone, or the orientation of the phone. The way I hold my phone has the front camera to the left. With holding it this way a part of my palm naturally covers the bottom left speaker and muffles out any sound.

Hello, I need help with an account transfer issue.

I have an Asphalt account on Android that I still have full access to.
I want to transfer it to iOS, but I have a big problem:
• When I install the game on iOS, it automatically creates a new Game Center account instead of letting me load my existing progress.
• I deleted that new iOS account.
• Since then, every time I open the game on iOS, I immediately get a message saying the account is deleted and I must wait 30 days.
• It has now been over 1 year, and the same message still appears.
• When I press the yellow button, it opens a website that says I am banned.
• I have reinstalled the game many times, and I am logged out of Game Center and social networks, but the issue remains.
• Because the game is completely blocked, I cannot reach the main menu or the linking options.
• I still have full access to my original Android account and want to transfer it to iOS, but I am stuck.

Please help remove this ban/deletion state from my iOS side or link my Android account manually to iOS.

On mobile it doesn't work. Discord client is for PC/Desktop and Console. Discord on mobile doesn't have the 'Client' which allows all detected games to list of what your currently playing.

Once again, the wildcard card exploit is being used by a limited number of players who have discovered a new method to take advantage of the glitch.
The hotfix developed by GL only addressed about 50% of the issue. However, these players have now found another way to bypass the system, keeping the exploit limited to a specific group.
I strongly suggest that, if GL does not yet have a full solution, at least fix the issue where the wildcard balance is not being deducted when players make donations.
I will not explain how this exploit works, as that is not the point here.
Please fix this situation URGENTLY!
Be aware that with these exploits, players no longer need to spend money buying GL's car packs or even the newly released “Ultimate Star-Up” item.

I recently started my account on Steam, no issues there at all and it's been working fine. I started the game by creating a Gameloft Club account there.
But when I tried to log into my Gameloft Club account, iPadOS 26.0.1 on iPad 10th Generation it always returns me:

SERVER ERROR

COULD NOT EXECUTE ACTION ON THE SERVER.

With a little 1-7 on the bottom left.

I've tried the other way, being Connect - Link Account with Code, it just returns me the same splash, but with error 1-0 on the bottom left.

Since the M4 iPad obviously Supports 120hz framerate is it possible to get Little Info if dev Team is working on this and how Long it will take to implement.
