Well first you’re probably going to get a bot response (in case someone asks an easy question, they can solve it without a real person) so I think if you keep replying you will get a real agent. Also think of CC as less of “dealing with” and more “working with” 🙂

When you get a real agent please be polite and patient because they probably aren’t completely fluent in English. It’s gonna be frustrating if you run into a dead end but just try and give as many details as possible for your problem. (Not just the obvious ones like player id and platform, but ones like the exact steps to replicate your issue.) The more details you provide, the easier it makes their job which is probably to go in and change some settings you can’t access.

I've created my account on Steam and another for my wife on Xbox for PC. We were using the same computer. Since a week, my wifes' Xbox account have been replaced by mine and when I play on Steam, I cannot collect bonus cards anymore, neither collect daily bonus rewards, because the game said my account is linked with the Xbox system, who works with ads. On my desktop (AMD CPU + GPU if that helps), the game opens fine and goes to the Main Menu. I have had some issues where the game would suddenly crash when loading into a race, or sometimes right as the starting splash screen appeared (the one with the cars).
Sometimes verifying the files' integrity worked, and sometimes it didn't. I suspect that's nothing to do with the recent update, because I already had that issue before.

On my laptop however (Intel 4th gen, only Integrated Graphics), the game boots to the Gameloft 25 Years splash, and instantly closes. Doesn't get to loading the actual game, or the cars splash screen. It just closes on itself.
I've re-downloaded the game through Steam multiple times, some of which just transfers the game from my desktop to the laptop, and the crash still happens.

Probably not limited to Steam, but of interest: Gameloft anniversary TLE was announced to display the Bugattti Chiron, McLaren 570S Spider and Ford Mustang Mach-E1400 but playable cars are Arrinera Hussarya 33, McLaren Solus GT and Mercedes-Benz Vision One Eleven.
Time limited packs relative to the event are displaying the announced cars though...
