It may not be popular but Hazard is OP... Special gets 300% damage, bigger AOE but can damage you. Can beat Prince / Minotaur w/on damage. Hades is pretty easy with this also. Paired with a Hermes attack speed bonus and Zagereus aspect it slams! I've not been lucky enough to get rocket with it though
