@pure karma so from what I watched, the way they did it was dash strike to get the doom, eventually leading the athena dash into the enemy, immediately proc-ing the doom, single slash, divine flourish, repeat

the bar fills up as you're fighting, it needs to be completely full. using a full call is referred to as a "greater" call

Some people put a finger on the bobber to no be distracted and then only need to react to the white flash. That will make it easier.

Smoldering Air charges your god gauge by 5% every 1 second, but it caps it at 25%. So you get a lesser Call every 5 seconds (faster if you charge your god gauge by dealing or taking damage within that time) or for Artemis' Aid specifically every 4 seconds (because her charges are 20% instead of 25%).
But Artemis' Aid lesser Calls are pretty weak.
