I had a pretty quick Rama run just now

I didn’t really use my attack at all XD

Just special all the time with a random cast & call now & then

I kept forgetting about my attack

I had Zeus special with jolted, bigger spread, bounce & the Zeus legendary hehe
And then I got the hammer that gave +4 special

Still wasn’t a good run cuz I had 28 hp when I was done w hades, but I hit the final fish catch for my complete fishdex, so yay, and for the first time Rama didn’t feel slow

Maybe I should just start ignoring the whole bow attack thing NeekoEhehe

tbh i like the bow because i just like ranged attacks in games
but for me nothing beats the shield because it just bullies enemies, especially with the two-attack hammer upgrade

i see no downside, because i use the shield for melee 95% of the time and the knockback is therefore kind of annoying

Almost all values for damage ups, like the +50% of Common Blinding Flash, is additive and calculated from the base damage.

Look for the words "base damage", those will be multiplicative because all of the damage modifiers you have from boons and keepsakes will now be calculated off the new base stat.

as Mike said practicing FO early is very valuable if you’re planning to do a lot of heat pushing, but bare in mind what your goals are

it can make the game a lot harder and you can definitely get to 32 without using it

I haven't been taking it with rama. Enemies attack faster, therefore you get less time to charge your attacks. If you get hit while charging, you lose a couple seconds because it resets your attack charge.

There will most likely not be any DLC, at least not soon. Hades is the biggest game SGG has released and they're probably burnt out on it- but also adding something would be difficult due to it most likely breaking the storyline- think of it like a finished puzzle that you can't add pieces to without cutting the already-placed pieces.

Is Trippy Flare in the patch notes supposed to be Trippy Shot since it's regarding Aspect of Hera? Isn't Flare specific to ||Beowulf||? (I'm just going off the wiki which could still be outdated since I can't remember off the top of my head in-game)

its not necessarily that the wiki is "outdated" but like. wiki editing is 100% community-driven, if no one knows theres a mistake on the wiki, it can't be fixed, if that makes sense.
